Once your podcast feed is configured, you can use Mato's distribution settings to manage directory submission and status tracking.
Use the platform guides for the exact account and verification steps:
- Submit your podcast to Apple Podcasts
- Submit your podcast to Spotify
- Submit your podcast to YouTube and YouTube Music
- Submit your podcast to Amazon Music and Audible
- Submit your podcast to iHeartRadio
- Submit your podcast to Pandora and SiriusXM
- Submit your podcast to more podcast apps
Step 1: Open podcast distribution settings
Go to the podcast settings area and open the distribution or publishing section for the show you want to submit.
Step 2: Verify show details
Check the values that platforms rely on:
- Show title and description.
- Cover art.
- Owner name and owner email.
- Website URL.
- Feed URL.
Step 3: Submit and monitor status
After submission, Mato tracks the state for each directory so you can see what is pending, approved, or failed. Treat the first sync as an application process, not an instant publish step.
Step 4: Publish episodes after the show is approved
Once a directory accepts the show, episode-level publishing becomes much simpler. Keep the feed stable and avoid unnecessary metadata churn while approvals are in flight.

Contact Mato support if you want us to check the feed or guide you through a directory submission. For YouTube, we recommend that you submit and publish from your own YouTube Studio account.
