Every question your listeners send in lands in the Inbox first. This is where you decide what moves forward, whether one at a time or in a batch, and it is built to be fast: every action is instant, undoable, and reachable from the keyboard.
Open the Inbox
From your podcast, click Questions under Monitor in the sidebar. The Inbox tab is selected by default.
If Listener Q&A is off, you will see a prompt to turn it on instead of a question list. See Set up Listener Q&A.
Read the stat strip
Three numbers sit above the list: how many questions are to review, how many are approved, waiting for an episode, and how many are already on air.
Filter, search, and sort
Filter chips narrow the list to All, High priority, Voice, or This week. Typing in the search box switches to semantic search, which matches questions by meaning rather than exact words, and disables the filter chips and sort control while it is active.
The sort control offers Best first (the default, weighing relevance, clarity, priority, and how recent the question is), Newest, and By topic, which groups questions under the topic Mato tagged them with.
Read a question
Each row shows the channel it came from, the question itself in quotes, the listener's name (or "Anonymous") and when it arrived, and its topic. A voice question includes a play button that streams it into the app's audio player without leaving the page.
A question still waiting on the listener's consent to air shows a Waiting for consent badge, and its Approve action is hidden until that consent arrives.
Approve, reject, or archive one question
Hover or focus a row to reveal Approve and Reject, plus a More menu with Archive. Every action here is immediate: the row fades out, and a toast appears with an Undo button that puts it right back where it was.
Use keyboard shortcuts
A legend under the list shows the available shortcuts:

Shortcuts are disabled while you are typing in a text field.
Act on several questions at once
Select questions with X or their checkboxes. A bar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many are selected, with Archive, Reject, and Approve N buttons that apply to the whole selection in one action. Press Escape or click Clear to drop the selection.
If your selection includes a question still waiting on consent, approving the batch skips it and leaves it in the Inbox, with a toast telling you how many were skipped.
What to do next
- Approved questions move to Approved queue, where you can set the order they air in.
- Rejected and archived questions, along with anything that has aired, are all in Archive.
