The archive holds every question that has left the Inbox for good, or so it seemed: aired questions, rejected ones, and anything you archived by hand. Nothing here happens automatically on a timer; a question only lands in the archive because it was decided one way or another.
Open the Archive
From your podcast, click Questions under Monitor in the sidebar, then click the Archive tab.
Filter and search
Filter chips split the archive into All, On air, Rejected, and Archived by you, each with its own count. A search box matches question text and listener name; unlike the Inbox, this search is a plain text match, not a meaning-based one. Sort the table by newest or oldest first.
Read the table
Each row shows the question, who it came from, its outcome, and when it was archived:
- On air links straight to the episode the question was featured in.
- Rejected means you turned it down in the Inbox.
- Archived by you means you moved it here directly, without approving or rejecting it first.
Restore a question
Rows that are not already on air have a Restore button. Clicking it sends the question back to the Inbox: a rejected question returns to pending review, ready to be reconsidered from scratch.
