Mike McKinsey was having surgery for a burst appendix when Jesus walked into the operating room and took his hand. Instantly, Mike was transported to Heaven where he saw a bustling city. When fireworks started, Jesus explained to Mike that this was the glory of the Lord. 24 hours after his NDE, Jesus returned to visit Mike in the hospital room. Reed Moores had a profound near-death experience and learned that we have it completely backwards. After leaving his body, he looked upon all his material possessions and discovered that they cannot save his life. In fact, they are meaningless. When looking at his library, he wished that he consumed more knowledge and read more of his books during his life. Later, Reed was transported to a stage he stood on. Heather Vandermeyden had 20+ near death experiences over a three week period in the hospital. In 2021, Holly Porter died while in the hospital and had a profound near-death experience. Dr. Margot McKinnon had two near-death experiences, but has heard the voice of God guiding her her entire life. Even after her NDEs, Dr. McKinnon has had profound spiritual experiences. This is one of the most unique NDEs I've come across! In this one life, Jim Bruton has lived the experiences of hundreds. His past is marked by relentless curiosity and remarkable achievement: he was an African wilderness guide; Emmy Award-winning wildlife film director; aviator; adventurer, inventor of the satellite videophone; NBC News Middle East war correspondent; a husband and a father. It might be because of his many experiences that Jim had this particular near-death experience. After dying in a plane crash, he was taken to a post-apocalyptic world where he was able to see potential futures for himself.
