How well is your farm doing? In order to answer that question, there’s several things to establish first. What metrics best reflect the overall health of a farm? Cashflow? Unit Cost of Production? The amount you’re leveraged? What areas of your operation require improvement, and what do you tackle first to get the best ROI?
