Submit listener questions, confirm SMS consent, and receive limited updates if a question is reviewed, answered, or featured.

How SMS consent works
- 1A listener sees the Mato SMS disclosure on this page or a participating show's public Mato page.
- 2The listener texts START to (747) 677-1037 or texts a question to a Mato number published by a participating show.
- 3Mato replies with a confirmation prompt. If the listener sent a question, the question is held as pending consent.
- 4The listener must reply YES before the question is submitted and before any follow-up Q&A SMS updates are sent.
- 5The listener can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time.

- Message frequency varies based on listener activity.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out.
- Reply HELP for help.
- SMS participation is optional and is not required to listen to a podcast, submit a web question, use Mato, or make a purchase.
- Mato does not share mobile opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
