Endeavour is about going after more in life. Setting big goals. Pushing your limits. Finding out what you’re truly capable of. And how you respond when life doesn’t go to plan and your resilience gets properly tested. I’m Phil Caseley, founder of Perform 24. I walked away from a successful corporate career in search of fulfilment and freedom, built a coaching business from scratch, fought back from advanced cancer to become stronger than ever, ran ultras across the desert, and started a new life abroad. On Endeavour I share the stories, lessons and methods that shaped me across life, business and training. I’m also joined by successful and inspirational men from my network to talk about what they’ve built, what’s tested them, and what you can take from their journeys. For ambitious men who want to raise their standards, physically and in every other area of life.

There’s probably a fair bit you don’t know about me. I built a successful corporate career. Then walked away from it in search of fulfilment and freedom. I built Perform 24 from scratch. Got diagnosed with advanced cancer and had everything stripped away. Fought back to become stronger and fitter than ever. Ran 100km through the Sahara. Packed up and started a new life in Portugal. In this first episode I share the story so far. What shaped me, what nearly broke me, and what I learned along the way. I also explain why I called this podcast Endeavour, and what’s coming next. Real stories, lessons from life, business and training, and conversations with successful men about what they’ve built and what’s tested them. If you’re ambitious and want more from life, this one’s for you.
