Her, Rebuilt. is for the woman ready to level up in mind, body, and spirit—whether she’s finding herself after a heavy season or simply ready for more. I’m Natalie Strahorn—a wife, mom of two, certified holistic health and wellness expert, entrepreneur and fitness instructor. After navigating betrayal and rebuilding myself and my marriage, my understanding of wellness became deeply personal. Taking care of ourselves goes far beyond what we eat or how we move—it includes our relationships, emotional health, spiritual growth, and the things that make us feel confident in our own skin. Here, we’re talking about all of it: deep healing work, self-trust, and emotional intimacy alongside workouts, nutrition, skincare, and cosmetic treatments. Expect honest conversations, personal experiences, and practical ideas for feeling stronger, more connected, and more like yourself. You don’t have to experience a life-altering event to grow. You’re allowed to want more for yourself—and to have fun becoming her.

How did I get here? In this episode of Her, Rebuilt., I explore the roots of my story—from my mother’s pregnancy, when she was navigating my birth father’s infidelity and alcoholism, to my experience growing up without a dad. I reflect on the core wounds I carried into adulthood, how familiar pain resurfaced in my marriage, and how facing it became part of my healing. This is an honest conversation about understanding our past, recognizing patterns, and remembering that someone else’s betrayal is never our fault.
After years of keeping this part of my life private, I recently shared a painful truth on social media: my husband had been living a double life for three years. In this first episode of Her, Rebuilt., I open up about the secret I carried, the personal healing journey that gave me the courage to speak, and why I’m sharing now—to help others feel less alone and find hope in their own healing.
