Is equity in nature based solutions the key to human capital development? Grounds by Vivid Space is hosted by social entrepreneur Fátima Sani . After a career in global technology companies, which included managing infrastructure programs at Google for connectivity and distribution of climate services in Africa, the Nordics and Latin America. Fátima’s path led her to recognise how physical spaces and technology accentuate exclusion; in her definition “exclusion is the absence of value that would otherwise make a lasting difference. Value that can only be obtained with sincere belonging”. In response, she founded Vivid Space — a hub for regenerative entrepreneurship, that empowers underrepresented diaspora to engage in net-positive climate activities to protect the ecosystems they care about. To humanise technology, Grounds by Vivid Space invites you into discussions that support a thesis: rethink how nature based solutions lift forgotten communities from spatial abandonment into empowered guardianship of our biodiversity.

Fátima Sani shares her journey and the realization that cities often promote quiet immaterial boundaries around who gets to enjoy, shape, and belong in the built environment. She introduces Vivid Space, a platform for enabling human capital in climate action and giving underrepresented diaspora a clear path to becoming regenerative entrepreneurs. The podcast series aims to explore the idealisation of nature as a champion for sincerity in belonging, and the design of solutions that engage more communities to protect biodiverse ecosystems.
