WELCOME TO YOUR NEXT SPACE CONVERSATIONS Your destination for all things Skin, Wellness + Women’s Health. Hosted by Stephanie Cannalonga, Your Next Space Conversations is a space for casual conversations that create life-changing impact. After 14 years working closely with women through the skin, wellness and aesthetics industry, Stephanie noticed something again and again: we’re searching for more information, more connection, and trusted people who can help us make sense of it all. So, she created the space. Each episode brings together industry leaders, trusted experts, business owners, wellness enthusiasts and special humans with unique stories and powerful insights to have honest, curious and meaningful conversations about the things that shape how we live, feel and experience our lives. From skin health and women’s health to wellness, ageing, nervous system regulation, business, mindset and everything in between these are conversations designed to make you think differently, feel differently and perhaps do something differently. Stephanie’s mission is simple: to connect you with the right people, perspectives and information to help you create your next space. Because Your Next Space isn’t just about where you are now. It’s about creating space for the woman you’re becoming. This is more than a podcast. It’s a platform for connection, conversation and real change. Welcome to Your Next Space Conversations. Let’s create some magic.

Skin is never just skin. What shows up on the outside is usually telling us something about what's happening underneath and one of the most overlooked systems in that conversation is the lymphatic system. This week Stephanie is joined by Chelsey Jean, naturopathic therapist, entrepreneur and founder of Chelsey Jean Lymphatics. Chelsey has spent more than 30 years helping women understand their bodies, and her mission is to reach five million of them. Together they get into what the lymphatic system actually does, the everyday signs it's asking for support, and why so many of the symptoms women have learned to live with - puffiness, aches, sore breasts, low energy, sluggish digestion - are worth paying attention to rather than normalising. Chelsey also walks through her daily sequence live on camera, so you can follow along at home in about five minutes. They also cover:• Chelsey's story - leaving home at 15, starting her first business at 19, and building the movement behind Boob Camp• Lymph node removal, lymphedema, and what women aren't told before and after breast cancer surgery• What “arm puffs” are, and the other early signs worth knowing• Why she's not a fan of compression garments, and what she recommends instead• Practical tools: gloves, creams, pressure therapy, harmonising mats• Rapid fire - sauna vs magnesium pool, yoga vs pilates, and the one symptom women have wrongly accepted as normal Chapters00:00 - Welcome01:55 - Leaving home at 15 and starting out at 1912:20 - The lymphatic system, explained17:37 - When should women start looking after it?20:21 - Taking responsibility for your own health29:24 - Tools for the home31:19 - The five-minute daily sequence, step by step32:59 - Lymph nodes, surgery and lymphedema35:51 - “Arm puffs” and the signs to watch for43:40 - Water, iodine and what we're missing48:36 - Rapid fire52:39 - Every woman deserves to know This episode is a conversation about general wellbeing and is not medical advice.
