I'm Simon King a Sports Photographer and a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society. I photograph lots of different sports but my main passion is Rugby. I have photographed Rugby at the highest levels including the recent women's world cup final. I have had my work published online in print around the world including The Times, The Guardian, L'Equipe, La Figaro, La Gazzetta, the list goes on. The podcast is in part educational with tips and techniques on how I use my gear, my workflow and over time I'll introduce gear reviews and interview fellow sports photographers.

In this weeks episode I pick three photographs from my successful FRPS Panel of 21 images. I'll outline why these stand out for me and what it means to successfully be awarded a Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society. A link to my panel https://rps.org/qualifications/fellowship/example-fellowship-panels/simon-king-frps/ The FRPS is one of the highest distinctions a photographer can be awarded so it is no small feat. Let me know which from my panel is your favourite in the comments.
