Food is our favourite way to get to know people. Every week, Gemma Leslie and Haylee Evans sit down with people they're curious about to talk school lunchboxes, controversial hot takes, unforgettable meals and, inevitably, what's for dinner. It's equal parts creativity, culture and chaos (but mostly chaos). Take a seat, and tuck in.

If sunshine took human form, it would look a lot like Sofia Levin. She’s a journalist, food critic, travel writer and MasterChef judge. Sofia also has an incredible website called "Seasoned Traveller" and a newsletter "Eat Curiously" where she shares lesser known food stories. Her motto, #EatCuriously, encourages people to step outside of their culinary comforts to learn more about others and themselves. She’s a total gem. And there was possibly no better person to help put FFE Radio Hour on the air with our debut episode! We spoke about Sofia's love of finding the weird and wonderful places to score a feed (and how she delves into the national census data to do so), her ongoing family rituals, and a few of her favourite "sexy weirdos". Bon appétit! If you enjoyed this episode, please subscribe wherever you listen to your podcasts. Food is our favourite way to get to know people, so we made a podcast about it. Forget "What do you do with yourself?" We want to know what was in your school lunch box growing up. Your hottest food take. That ultra-specific dish you ate on a holiday 10 years ago that you STILL think about. Every episode, we sit down with people we are curious about - everyone from chefs and artists to athletes, writers, designers and other people doing interesting things - to share snippets of their life through food. But if we're being completely honest, this podcast is mostly an elaborate excuse to quiz people on what the hell they are cooking for dinner tonight because we are running out of ideas. It's equal parts creativity, culture and chaos (but mostly, chaos). Hosted by Gemma Leslie and Haylee Evans, FFE Radio Hour is a podcast to snack on during your day. Gemma is an artist who can't stop painting food. She founded Food For Everyone, the creative studio and culinary poster shop that turns recipes into artworks and helps provide meals for Australians in need. It's niche, but someone's gotta do it. Haylee is a brand and graphic designer, hospitality survivor, AFLW wannabe and all-round it girl. She is currently creating content at Food For Everyone and is chronically online. She needs help. Take a seat, and tuck in. Our first episode launches Wednesday 29th July. Follow us on Instagram.
