What happens when the life you’re building no longer feels like the one you actually want?In this episode of Women Without Limits, MARCHON coaches Jade Henderson and Rachel Faulkner talk about choosing a path that feels like your own — and having the confidence to keep choosing it.
This week, Lucy is joined by MARCHON coaches Annabel Murphy and Freya Maloney - two women at very different points in their relationship with performance. Bel spent years competing as a British event rider before stepping away from elite sport and rebuilding her identity through coaching. Freya is at the beginning of a very different challenge: preparing to take on 50km across the frozen lakes and forests of Swedish Lapland, in temperatures as low as -30°C. Together, they talk about identity beyond achievement, starting again, and the work you do when nobody is watching. Because performance isn't only about what people see. It's about who you're becoming along the way.
What does it actually take to perform at your highest level, and what does that look like when the stakes are different for every woman? In Episode 2 of Women Without Limits, Lucy Mills is joined by HYROX World Mixed Champion and MARCHON athlete Gabby Moriarty, alongside HYROX broadcaster, elite athlete agent and CrossFit gym owner Lauren Smith. They get into handling pressure, building self-belief, owning your ambition and defining success on your own terms, because high performance isn’t reserved for world champions. And for the woman putting in the work but wondering why she still hasn’t closed the gap between where she is and where she wants to be, this conversation is for you.
This week, Lucy is joined by former Great Britain hockey player and MARCHON CMO Kerry Williams, alongside Lauren Marchon, for an honest conversation about what training looks like when life gets bigger than sport. Together they explore balancing motherhood, careers and ambition, why consistency matters more than perfection, and how movement isn't just about fitness, it's about having the energy and confidence to show up for the people and things that matter most. If you've ever struggled to fit training around your life instead of your life around training, this episode is for you.
For too long, many of the conversations around women's health, training and performance have happened without enough space for women's lived experiences. We know it's time to change that. In this short intro, MARCHON founder Ollie Marchon shares why Women Without Limits was created and why, from this moment on, the microphone belongs to Lucy Mills. Ollie will still be in the room, not to lead the conversation, but to listen, learn and better understand the experiences, challenges and perspectives that deserve to be heard. The conversations that follow are honest, unfiltered and led by women who are redefining what strength, health and performance really look like. Welcome to Women Without Limits. Let's begin.
