More visibility doesn't automatically mean more sales, and spending money on ads won't fix a business that isn't converting. In this episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I'm joined by Britt, a paid advertising expert who has managed over $50 million in ad spend across multiple industries and platforms. We're breaking down what it actually takes to turn paid advertising into profit, why so many entrepreneurs waste money on ads, and how to know when your business is ready to invest in them. We're connecting the dots between marketing and sales, because getting more eyes on your business is only half of the equation. If you don't have the right messaging, sales infrastructure, and conversion strategy in place, more leads won't necessarily mean more revenue. Here’s what you’ll learn: Why paid ads amplify what's already working in your business and the three things you need in place before investing The difference between boosting Instagram posts and running strategic ad campaigns that actually track conversions How to identify whether your business has a visibility problem, a messaging problem, or a sales conversion problem Why understanding buyer behaviour, re-marketing, and multiple touchpoints is essential for turning leads into paying clients How product-based and service-based businesses should approach their advertising strategies during the holiday season and into the new year What a realistic starting ad budget looks like and how to use data to scale your investment with confidence Britt left us with an exercise you can do today: grab a notebook and a pen, go to a coffee shop, leave your phone alone, and step outside your business long enough to really see who your audience is and what they need. Don’t just take the inspo, implement it. Whether it’s that exercise, making sure your website is converting, or finally working out your numbers before you spend on ads, DM me your takeaway on Instagram at @authenticgazzy and I’ll hold you accountable. This week on CEO Sales Sessions, I chat with Alessya Baggetta, founder of Alessya Baggetta Designs, an award-winning Toronto-based branding and design studio now in its fifth year. Alessya has partnered with over 250 businesses to build brand identities, websites, and content strategies that turn businesses into brands people actually show up for. In this conversation, we get into why your brand is more than your colour palette and visuals, why consistency and vulnerability build trust with your target, and how the right content strategy fuels growth and revenue as you scale. You’ll also hear Alessya’s incredible founder story and get a real look at what it takes to stay dedicated and build a profitable business from the ground up. Stay tuned to learn: How Alessya went from freelancing on her lunch breaks to tripling her income during a 30-day layoff Why a logo makes you recognizable but your brand makes you memorable How a mismatch in branding across platforms can make people question whether you are who you say you are How strong branding sets up a timeless foundation for sustainable scaling and why chasing trends and constantly rebranding hurts your business The importance of building a personal brand before selling and why vulnerability is essential for creating trust Why content should be one of your founder non-negotiables and why DIYing your designs isn’t actually saving you money Why meeting people in-person and making real connections is the foundation of a referral system that changes the game for your business If this episode resonates with you, share it with a woman in your circle who needs to hear it. Don’t forget to head over to Instagram @authenticgazzy and send me a voice note with your biggest takeaway from this conversation. I'll see you next week. Welcome back to CEO Sales Sessions! In this solo episode, I'm diving into part two of our conversation about building a sales system that actually converts. After speaking to a room of 100 women entrepreneurs in Saskatchewan, I realized just how many female founders are holding themselves back because they believe following up means chasing, bothering, or pressuring potential clients. I'm here to challenge that belief and show you how to build an intentional, ethical follow-up process that nurtures relationships, builds trust, and helps your prospects make confident buying decisions. Here’s what I break down: How to approach follow-up as an act of service rather than pressure Why a lack of response doesn't automatically mean a lack of interest and why taking silence personally could be costing you sales How to create a customized cadence based on your client's buying journey How to provide value, answer questions, and build trust at every touchpoint instead of sending another generic "just checking in" message The three decisions every follow-up should support Why ethical sales isn't about forcing a yes, but helping your prospects confidently decide between yes, no, or not now The importance of giving prospects a way out and how creating space for honest conversations and clear boundaries can strengthen your sales relationships Listening without action is just entertainment and we're here to build profitable businesses. So here's your homework: go back to your CRM, your lead list, or those inquiries you haven't followed up with, and choose ONE action you can take this week to strengthen your sales process. If this episode brought up questions about your own follow-up strategy, come find me on Instagram @authenticgazzy and send me a DM or voice note. I'd love to hear what you're implementing. I'll see you next week. Welcome back to CEO Sales Sessions! I flew to Orlando to record this episode with someone I deeply admire: Suneera Madhani, founder of Stax Payments, CEO School, and Worth AI, and one of 27 women who have exited a billion-dollar business. After building and exiting Stax, Suneera is now on a mission to help more women scale their businesses, build wealth, and step fully into their roles as CEOs. This conversation is a masterclass in what it really takes to build a successful business, step fully into your power as a leader, and have the courage to bet on your vision long before anyone else believes in it. Here’s what we get into: How Suneera turned a rejected business idea into a billion-dollar company by trusting her vision and showing up consistently for 10 years Why being willing to walk away, knowing your numbers, and building genuine relationships are some of the most powerful tools in sales and negotiation What Suneera means when she says "scared money doesn't make money" and how to use data to make smarter investments in your business How to hire like a CEO: why your next hire should multiply your business's capacity and revenue, not simply take tasks off your plate How Suneera protects her time, prioritizes family, and focuses on what truly matters by using the four C’s: capital, content, culture, and closing Why community, support, and financial freedom matter, and the deeper meaning behind Suneera's belief that "nothing bad happens when women make more money” This conversation is a reminder that you don't need to have every answer before you start, but you do need to believe in what you're building and be willing to make the decisions that move you forward. Now I want to hear from you: what's one takeaway from this episode that you're going to implement in your business? DM me on Instagram @authenticgazzy and tell me, because I want to hold you accountable. After speaking with a room of female entrepreneurs in Saskatoon, I wanted to take a deeper look at one of the most common assumptions sold to women in business: that more clients, followers, and leads will create more consistent revenue. In this episode, I challenge that assumption and break down why inconsistent sales can often be traced back to gaps in the sales process rather than a lack of interest. I share a framework for evaluating the full client journey, identifying where potential buyers are dropping off, and creating the infrastructure needed to move prospects from discovery to decision. Here’s what you’ll learn: Why getting more leads isn’t always the answer and how constantly chasing visibility can distract you from the real gaps in your sales system The difference between generating interest and having a reliable process that turns that interest into an actual buying decision Why today’s sales journey requires multiple trust points and how nurturing prospects over time helps differentiate you in a crowded market The five stages I want you to examine in your sales system How to look at your last few promising inquiries and identify exactly where those potential clients dropped out of your sales process Why nurturing the leads already sitting in your email list, Instagram audience, CRM, and pipeline can be more cost-effective than continually spending time and money acquiring new ones Your job after this episode is to find the leak in your system. I want you to look at the people already in your universe and ask yourself: where is my sales system losing them? If you’re not sure where that leak is, my CEO Growth Scorecard is a quick diagnostic designed to help you identify where your business needs your attention and whether you truly have a marketing problem or need stronger sales systems and infrastructure. Be sure to subscribe and stay tuned for part two of this conversation, where I’ll be diving deeper into one of the most common gaps in the sales process: follow-up. In this episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I sit down with Jennifer Singh, CEO and founder of She’s Newsworthy Media and a PR expert who spent nearly two decades working inside TV newsrooms before building her own business. Jennifer helps female entrepreneurs get featured across major media outlets, with a core mission to help more female founders own their expertise, increase their visibility, and become the sought-after voices in their industries. You'll learn the strategy behind landing media opportunities, but this conversation goes much deeper than getting your face on TV. Jennifer and I talk about betting on yourself as an entrepreneur, investing in your growth, protecting your time, overcoming the belief that you’re “not ready,” and actually leveraging media coverage once you get it. Keep listening to hear: How Jennifer’s experience with rejection and being laid off from multiple newsroom roles ultimately gave her the resilience to go all-in on entrepreneurship Why female founders should rethink investing in themselves and use coaching as a strategic tool to grow their businesses and step into their next level as a founder Why strong boundaries around your time, clients, and capacity are essential and why saying yes to the wrong opportunity often means saying no to yourself What actually makes a strong media pitch, from identifying what makes your perspective different to connecting your expertise with a timely news angle Why landing a TV interview is only the beginning and how to leverage media appearances across your content, email marketing, speaking opportunities, partnerships, and overall positioning How the belief that you’re “not ready” can keep you invisible and why more women need to see themselves as experts worthy of taking up space If there’s one message I want you to leave this episode with, it’s this: visibility is so much more than just being seen, it’s about owning your expertise, taking action to put yourself in places where your voice belongs, and leveraging the opportunities that come your way. If this episode resonated with you, don’t just listen and move on. Ask yourself: what’s one thing you’re going to implement or embody today? Today on CEO Sales Sessions, I sit down with Meghan Victoria, founder and creative director of Sol Kyst, the first size-inclusive eyewear brand designed to fit and flatter wider faces. Since launching Sol Kyst, Meghan has generated over $100k in viral sales within 24 hours, pitched and landed a deal on Dragon’s Den, collaborated with the Barbie brand, built an incredibly loyal community, and navigated the very real highs and lows of being an entrepreneur. Meghan gets candid about the realities behind her highlight reels, the lessons she’s learned over five years in business, and why staying connected to your customer matters more than having the perfect pitch. Keep listening to learn: Why the strongest sales pitch is often the simplest one and how Meghan communicated Sol Kyst’s value proposition clearly enough to land a deal on Dragon’s Den What Meghan’s Barbie collaboration taught her about major brand partnerships How Meghan has used highly specific, emotionally resonant content to go viral, generate significant sales, and build a community that genuinely connects with her mission Why entrepreneurship is less about flashy milestones and more about how long you can sit in discomfort, learn from failure, and keep moving forward How Meghan’s definition of success has evolved after five years, from chasing growth to building the systems, team, and foundation required for a sustainable company Why knowing your strengths and being equally clear about your weaknesses is essential as you transition from solopreneur to CEO Now I want to hear from you: what’s one thing from this conversation that you’re going to implement or embody today? In this episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I sit down with Coach Raia Carey, a motivational speaker, corporate wellness and meditation facilitator, and former EDI lead at Canada’s largest children’s hospital. Her work has taken her into boardrooms, onto international stages, and in front of global brands, where she helps people build confidence, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful impact. Today, Coach Carey shares the story of how she learnt to turn the things that once hindered her into what now empowers her. We get into the real work behind confidence, like changing the way you speak to yourself, building relationships rooted in accountability, and finding the courage to use your voice. Take a deep breath and get ready for this masterclass in learning how to fill your own cup so you can lead and serve from overflow. Here’s what we get into: Coach Carey's experiences with bullying and how she learnt to transform her pain into the power that helps her serve and connect with others Reframing imposter syndrome as “imposter thinking” and how changing our language can stop temporary self-doubt from becoming part of our identity Why confidence isn’t something you either have or don’t have, and how your values, self-talk, and daily practices can help you continually return to yourself The personal toolbox of practices Coach Carey uses to regulate, refuel, and get grounded How to lead with accountability and navigate defensiveness, adult friendships, receiving feedback, and self-reflection A behind the scenes look at Ignite Your Voice, Coach Carey's four-week public speaking program designed to help people become more confident communicators, understand their values, and gain real experience speaking in front of an audience One of my biggest takeaways from this conversation is that confidence isn’t about being at your best 100% of the time. It’s about knowing how to come back to yourself and lead with your values, especially in difficult moments. Are you ready to take action? Today, I unpack the hidden cost of one of the most common words in our vocabulary: should. For female entrepreneurs and CEOs, “should” can show up everywhere, including how we divide our time, how quickly we expect our business to grow, and what we think we need to be achieving in life. I explore how “should” is often rooted in comparison, inherited expectations, and the belief that we’re not doing enough or moving fast enough. I also break down what happens when we stop building our businesses according to someone else’s definition of success and start making decisions based on our own goals, zone of genius, and values as a CEO. Keep listening to hear: Why “should” is often rooted in not-enoughness and how constantly believing you should be further ahead holds you back as a CEO How social media and comparison can turn someone else’s success into unnecessary pressure about where we think we should be in our own journey Why the business strategy that works for someone else, from how they sell to how they show up online, doesn’t automatically belong in your business How inherited expectations from family, culture, and society can unconsciously shape decisions that have nothing to do with the goals you actually want Why protecting your zone of genius and understanding the value of your time are essential when you want to scale The shift you need to master in order to grow as a CEO: turning “what should I be doing?” to “what would the person with my goal do?” Your homework from this episode is to reflect on the decisions you’ve been making because they fit into an idea of what you think a CEO “should” do vs. the decisions that are genuinely aligned with your business goals and the person you aspire to be. As always, give this episode a like and DM me your thoughts on Instagram @authenticgazzy . I can’t wait to hear from you and I’ll see you next week. In this episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I’m joined by Kristina Bartold, co-founder and CEO of The Social Snippet, a seven-figure social media and podcasting agency, co-founder of High Vibe Women, and host of the Community podcast. Kristina and her team actually helped bring CEO Sales Sessions to life, so having her on the other side of the mic feels like a full-circle moment. We talk about what it really takes to step out of the day-to-day and lead like a CEO, from building a team that can operate without you to investing in bigger rooms, creating strategic partnerships, and protecting your time as your business and life grow. We also get into the realities of entrepreneurship and motherhood, and why building a successful company doesn’t have to mean choosing between ambition and family. Here’s what we get into: Why Kristina treated herself like a CEO from the beginning, and how accepting that someone else can do a job 80% as well can be the exact thing that unlocks your next stage of growth How getting into rooms with entrepreneurs who are steps ahead of you can completely expand what you believe is possible for your business Why generosity, genuine relationships, and being willing to “go first” have played such a major role in Kristina’s ability to scale her network and businesses What Kristina has learnt from landing high-ticket sponsorships, including why understanding what a brand actually wants is far more powerful than showing up with a massive list of deliverables Why protecting the integrity of your pricing always matters How motherhood forced Kristina to rethink her capacity, protect her highest and best use, and build a business that supports the life she actually wants One of my favourite takeaways from this conversation is that there is no single point where you suddenly become “ready” to build the team, make the investment, enter the bigger room, or create space for another part of your life. If this conversation gave you a new way to think about leadership, growth, partnerships, or building a business around your life, send it to another female founder who needs to hear it. In this episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I’m joined by Morgana Lakatos-Hayward, certified perimenopause health coach, former world champion Latin dancer, best-selling author, and founder of This Isn’t a Diet. After years of extreme dieting, overtraining, and struggling with her hormonal health, Morgana completely transformed her relationship with her body and built a business helping ambitious women do the same. We talk about what it really means to work with your feminine biology, how hormones influence everything from energy and weight to business performance, and why empowering women is just as important in sales as it is in health. Here’s what you’ll learn: Why traditional diet culture was built around male biology and how learning to work with our hormones can completely change the way we approach health How blood sugar, cortisol, and estrogen can contribute to stubborn hormonal weight and why eating less and exercising more isn’t the answer How habits like intermittent fasting, coffee on an empty stomach, and skipping breakfast, affect your energy and hormones How Morgana uses cycle syncing to plan her meals, movement, creativity, networking, and even different areas of her business The simple biohacks Morgana recommends for busy, ambitious women How Morgana and I moved away from “bro marketing” and high-pressure sales tactics to create a sales approach that leaves women feeling empowered, supported, and genuinely excited to say yes If there’s one thing I want you to take from this conversation, it’s to find one way to pour into yourself before you spend the day pouring into everyone else. Start small, whether that’s a slower morning, a nourishing breakfast, or simply giving yourself a few minutes before opening your laptop. Today on CEO Sales Sessions, I dive into a question that sits at the heart of how I approach sales: how do you sell without feeling pushy, scripted, or icky? I share my perspective on what ethical, sophisticated sales looks like in 2026, especially in a world where buyers are more discerning than ever. We’ll talk about moving beyond rigid scripts, how to listen more deeply, and the path to creating buying conversations that feel human, natural, and rooted in genuine service. Here’s what you’ll learn: Why rigid sales scripts often create distrust and why knowing the structure of a conversation is more powerful than memorizing exactly what to say How pushy tactics and overly strategic questions can actually increase buyer resistance instead of moving someone closer to a decision Why the best salesperson is often the one who talks the least and how to base your conversations on deep listening The “map” I use for buying conversations: how to understand where someone is now, where they want to go, what’s standing in the way, and whether I can genuinely help them get there Why your offer shouldn’t feel like a pitch, but rather the natural next step once you’ve identified the gap and established that you can help Why ethical selling sometimes means telling someone you’re not the right fit, and how that honesty can strengthen your sales in the long run I believe that sales isn’t something we do TO someone, it’s something we do FOR them. Take this episode as your invitation to stop performing and start selling from a place of true giving. If you loved this conversation, I want to hear from you! In today’s episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I sit down with Vriti Panwar, who leads private wealth growth at Wealthsimple. With a background in applied economics, mathematics, and wealth management, Vriti helps individuals, families, and business owners navigate investing, financial planning, and long-term wealth strategy. We have an honest, approachable conversation about why so many successful women still feel uncertain about money and how we can build financial confidence and literacy. From automating our savings to organizing our money into clear goals, Vriti shares practical strategies that make wealth building feel simpler and more accessible. Here’s what we discuss: The important difference between earning a high income and consistently building lasting wealth through saving and investing Why automating your investments can help you stay disciplined, remove emotion from financial decisions, and benefit from long-term compound growth How to use Vriti’s three-bucket system to organize your emergency fund, medium-term financial goals, and long-term investments Why women should understand what they own, why they own it, the level of investment risk involved, and the next financial decision they need to make How to determine whether self-directed investing is right for you or whether the complexity of your finances calls for support from a financial advisor Why understanding Canadian investment accounts, including the TFSA, RRSP, and FHSA, can help you improve your after-tax returns and keep more of your money After listening, tell me: what is one money move you’re ready to make? Are you ready to build strategic brand partnerships that increase revenue, fuel sustainable growth, and help you scale with intention? In this episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I sit down with powerhouse relationship-builder and Chief Brand Officer of the Run the World team, Amanee Nassereddine. Amanee has built partnerships with elevated brands such as The Ritz-Carlton, TD Bank, Holt Renfrew, Square One, and the City of Mississauga, and today she shares how she identifies aligned brands, builds win-win proposals, and fosters long-term relationships that go far beyond a single event or transaction. This conversation is for the female founder who wants to create an aligned community where every person feels supported, valued, and empowered to grow. Keep listening to hear: How to choose partners that align with your brand vision instead of chasing visibility through collaborations that look impressive but aren’t strategically aligned Amanee’s ALA framework and why listening should make up the majority of every partnership, outreach, and sales call The open-ended questions that reveal a company’s goals, pain points, and priorities so you can build an offer around what matters to them Why a “no” is often simply a “not yet,” and how adjusting the opportunity can create a pathway toward future growth, revenue, and a long-term collaboration How genuine follow-up, thoughtful communication, and consistent relationship-building can turn corporate contacts into trusted advocates for your business More content, visibility, and sales calls won’t automatically create stronger partnerships. The best collaborations are built by approaching intentionally, listening deeply, and creating an opportunity where everyone at the table can win. What’s your biggest takeaway from this episode? Too many entrepreneurs treat bookkeeping as a year-end obligation, when it should be a tool for making smarter decisions about hiring, spending, compensation, and profit. Today, I’m joined by CPA, financial educator, founder of Chillbooks, and fractional CFO, Jami Monte, to discuss why getting close with your numbers is the key to running your business confidentially and strategically. Jami is passionate about helping solopreneurs gain money clarity and she has a gift for making bookkeeping feel less like punishment and more like freedom. This conversation is exactly what so many business owners need as they step into that next level. Here’s what we cover: Why knowing your numbers gives you the freedom to make better decisions about your time, team, and business growth How proper bookkeeping, categorization, reconciliation, and sales tax tracking can help you keep more money in your pocket Why relying on your accountant to clean everything up once a year keeps you reactive instead of empowered How reports like a monthly profit and loss statement can reveal revenue patterns, spending trends, and what's actually moving the needle What founders need to know about claiming business expenses, understanding grey areas, and documenting write-offs properly How to separate your personal and business finances, plan your cash flow, and build the habit of paying yourself consistently This episode is an incredible reminder that bookkeeping isn’t just about staying organized for the CRA, it’s about becoming the kind of CEO who knows what’s happening in their business and can make decisions based on facts instead of fear. If you've been telling yourself that your business needs more leads, this episode might challenge everything you thought you knew about growing your sales. I'm sharing why the biggest opportunity in your business probably isn't finding new people, it's building stronger relationships with the people who have already raised their hand. I’m asking you: what are you giving to the leads who are currently in your community? Stay tuned to learn how to nurture the systems that build genuine trust, generate consistent sales, and keep working long after you've built them. Here’s what we get into: How neglected follow-up is costing you more sales than you realise The power of building 8–12 meaningful "trust points" that move people from interested to invested How automated nurture sequences and email marketing can continue booking qualified calls while you sleep The "Acres of Diamonds" story and why your greatest sales opportunity is often already sitting inside your existing community How to shift from transactional selling to creating intentional client journeys that feel authentic, valuable, and ethical Practical ways to use email, Instagram, DMs, and AI to build a nurture system that creates long-term revenue instead of short-term wins Listening to this episode is one aspect of learning, but I want to know what you’re doing beyond listening. What happens when you stop building your business around hustle and start building it around systems? This week, I'm joined by my longtime friend, former high school classmate, and collaborator Trevor Davis, Founder & CEO of Digiwell Marketing. From travelling to 29 countries while running his business to helping founders build AI-powered operating systems, Trevor has become one of the sharpest minds I know when it comes to scaling sustainably. Together, we unpack what it really takes to build a business that creates freedom, why email marketing is still one of the most overlooked sales assets, and how to use AI to amplify your expertise, not replace it. Here’s what we get into: Why you should be designing your business around the lifestyle you want, not the other way around How one strategically timed automated email generated over $10,000 in revenue by reaching the right people at exactly the right moment Why most businesses are overlooking the leads they already have instead of nurturing relationships that are ready to convert The difference between using AI to eliminate busywork and knowing where human connection will always matter most How creating an "AI brain" for your business can save hours, improve consistency, and help your entire team operate more effectively Practical ways to identify repeatable tasks and turn them into systems that free up your time without sacrificing quality If this episode gave you a new perspective on AI and how to build stronger systems, I'd love to hear your biggest takeaway. Send me a DM on Instagram @authenticgazzy and let me know what you're implementing first. This week's conversation is a special one because I'm sitting down with someone who knows me better than almost anyone, my best friend, Sara Salehi. Sara is a veteran, neuroscientist, acupuncturist, yoga teacher, and someone who has dedicated her life to understanding the connection between the brain, body, and nervous system. If you're a listener of CEO Sales Sessions, chances are you're obsessed with business growth and scaling, but beneath it all, none of it matters if your body can’t keep up. This conversation with Sara is an honest look at how our bodies communicate with us long before we notice and why taking care of yourself isn't separate from building a successful business. Keep listening as Sara and I discuss: What Sara learned serving in the military that now shapes how she leads, serves, and supports women through healing Why your nervous system has a direct impact on your visibility, confidence, and ability to show up consistently in your business Why embracing yourself as you are and not who you think you should be is the most powerful foundation for sustainable success How slowing down can actually accelerate your growth and help you make better decisions as a CEO The hidden signs of burnout that entrepreneurs often ignore and how to know if your body is signalling to pivot The connection between building a sustainable businesses and protecting your energy as you scale Never forget that your inner journey matters. The stronger your relationship with yourself, the stronger your leadership and success becomes. Please pass along this episode to a woman you know who’s scaling her life. I’ll see you in the next episode! In this foundational episode of CEO Sales Sessions, I dive into one of the most important facets of a CEO: self-image. The truth is, strategy alone won’t get you to your next level if your internal identity can’t hold the result. I’m unpacking why the way you think about yourself shapes your behaviour, your confidence, your leadership, and ultimately your ability to hit the big goals you say you want. If you’ve been chasing the right plan, the right script, or the right strategy but still feel like something isn’t clicking, this episode will show you where the real work begins. Stay tuned for more on: Why the reason you feel stuck with visibility, growth, and revenue, isn’t your strategy, but your self image The powerful lesson behind the book Psycho-Cybernetics and how Maxwell Maltz proved that changing the outside doesn’t automatically change how you feel on the inside Why two CEOs can follow the exact same strategy and get completely different results How to reverse-engineer your self-image as a woman who already leads with true confidence, converts on sales calls, and scales with intention The difference between confidence and self-image, and why one impacts how you show up in content, while the other shapes your long-term growth Practical ways to shift your internal operating system so your next-level business, revenue, and leadership become inevitable I hope this episode sparks a shift not just in the way you approach business, but your entire life. If you know another woman who's scaling towards her dream life, be sure to send this conversation her way. Today on CEO Sales Sessions, I sit down with Zaina Moussa, founder of the Run The World Summit. Over the last several years, I've had a front-row seat to watching Zaina build one of Canada's most impactful and diverse communities for female entrepreneurs. In this conversation, we go behind the scenes of what it really takes to build a global movement, the lessons learned through setbacks, and why community remains one of the most powerful sales and business growth tools available today. Here’s what we cover: How a 17-year-old with no experience and a little bit of delusion turned a single event into a thriving community and award-winning business Why energy, representation, and authenticity create experiences people never forget, and why that matters for business growth The hidden reason in-person events build trust faster than content, ads, or social media ever can Why building something meaningful sometimes requires investing before the results appear How intentional decisions based on community-building create trust and strengthen a brand The leadership lessons that come from building a team, understanding your strengths, and celebrating others Zaina's story is fuel for any female founder who's been hesitant to step into the light and be fully seen. It would mean so much to us if you shared this conversation with a woman in your life who's building something big. Let's keep lifting each other up!
