In this 3 minute video, long-term retreatant and Dharma teacher Jamyang Tenphel explains the relationship between the Joy Practice and Dzogchen. The Joy Practice was given to Jamyang Tenphel by Kyabje Togden Amtrin, the great Dzogchen yogi of Khampagar monastery.
