What if pleasure isn’t something you were born knowing how to receive, but something you have to slowly and tenderly learn to come home to? In Episode 46, I sit down with Tantra teacher and Embodiment Mentor Amanda Biccum for a deeply vulnerable conversation about intimacy, sexual healing, and what it really takes to feel safe in pleasure again, especially with a loving partner and especially after trauma. Amanda is an Embodiment Mentor, Tantra facilitator, and co-founder of the Temple of Radiance. She has guided hundreds of women around the world through retreats, trainings, and online programs centered on women’s initiation, and she is currently building a temple space and community in Bali. Her work brings embodiment and Tantra into daily life, so women can reconnect with their bodies, their sensuality, and their sexuality. This is Amanda’s second time on the show, and this conversation goes deeper. Together, we explore why so many women feel disconnected from their own desire, how old pain and shame can quietly shape the way we show up in intimacy, and why reclaiming your pleasure begins with learning to be fully with yourself. We talk about: Why so few of us were raised to feel comfortable with our sexuality Reclaiming your moon blood as sacred through ritual The wildness of the feminine, and why it has been repressed in all of us How sexual trauma can show up as dissociation, even with a safe, loving partner Why self-pleasure is often not pleasurable at first, and why it’s a practice Creating the space and privacy to be fully expressed in your own body How shame from the past can attach itself to your erotic nature Feminine communication: naming desire, fear, and longing so your partner can meet you Leading with what you love and long for instead of what’s missing “Shared reality” and getting curious about your partner’s experience Why most women don’t yet know how they want to be touched The many erogenous zones beyond the obvious De-armoring, yoni massage, and sexuality as a path of healing Amanda also shares a framework for opening up conversations about intimacy with a partner: start with appreciation, name your vulnerability, and speak to what you long for. It’s a practice that creates emotional intimacy long before physical intimacy. This conversation is for every woman who has ever felt like “too much,” who has gone quiet in her own body, or who has wondered whether she will ever feel fully safe in her pleasure. You are not broken. Your pleasure is welcome here. And you are allowed to take up space. Missed Amanda’s first episode? What if the hardest parts of your relationship with money aren’t signs that you’re doing something wrong—but invitations into deeper sovereignty? In this episode, Lauren explores a radically different way of understanding money: not as something you need to chase, control, or use to validate your worth, but as a teacher illuminating what’s happening within your body, nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. Money can reveal where we’re still looking outside of ourselves for safety. It can expose our attachments, our fears, our scarcity patterns, and the places where we’ve confused financial performance with personal worth. Lauren also challenges some of the most common teachings in the manifestation and money mindset world—especially the belief that creating wealth requires you to constantly think positively, feel abundant, or stay in a “high vibration.” Life doesn’t work that way. We expand and contract. We move through seasons. We experience light and shadow simultaneously. And our relationship with money moves through cycles too. In this conversation, Lauren shares why sovereignty may be the deepest spiritual study of wealth—and why learning to remain rooted in yourself through both expansion and contraction can completely transform your experience with money. Inside this episode: • Why money often illuminates what’s already happening within your nervous system • The difference between “money the thing” and “money the experience” • Why more money cannot create lasting safety or self-worth • How manifestation teachings can accidentally create shame and self-criticism • Why contraction does not mean you’re doing something wrong • The cyclical nature of wealth, creativity, relationships, and being a woman • How financial expansion can reveal relationships, boundaries, and patterns that are no longer aligned • Why permission and safety ultimately have to come from within • The spiritual relationship between sovereignty, trust, wealth, and receiving Money doesn’t determine your value. But it can become one of your greatest teachers when you’re willing to study what it is showing you. ✨ THE SIX SPIRITUAL LAWS OF WEALTH Lauren created this secret audio series to share the six spiritual laws that transformed her own relationship with money and supported her journey into creating millions. Learn the universal codes that govern wealth and begin creating a relationship with money rooted in sovereignty, trust, safety, and self-worth. Get the audio series here: laurenoflove.com/wealth
What if your anger isn’t something you need to get rid of—but something you need to learn how to hear? In Episode 44, I sit down with Emotional Release Practitioner, Anger Expert, and founder of the Emotional Release Academy (ERA), Ashley Frost, for a powerful conversation about emotional expression, shadow work, somatic healing, and what happens when women finally give themselves permission to feel. Ashley’s journey into psychosomatics took her deep into the rawest layers of human and physical pain. Through her own experience with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, years of exploring healing modalities, and eventually discovering somatics and emotional release, she learned how to alchemize pain into power. Today, she is a torchbearer for emotional ownership, shadow work, and healing that brings what has been hidden back into the light. Together, we explore why emotional release isn’t simply about screaming, raging, or getting an emotion out of the body. It’s about reconnecting to the experience of being human and developing the capacity to witness what’s actually there. We talk about: Why so many women have been conditioned to believe anger is wrong The difference between reacting from anger and responding from it Anger as intelligence, clarity, and a signal of crossed boundaries Inner-child work and reparenting the parts of ourselves still seeking safety Why healing doesn’t have to involve a huge cathartic release The importance of titration, slowness, and nervous-system capacity The danger of pushing the body beyond what it’s ready to process The facilitator’s responsibility to release the need to “make” something happen Why witnessing is such a powerful component of healing The truths that can surface when we finally stop suppressing ourselves How emotional healing can change relationships, careers, and entire lives Moving beyond helplessness and learning to become deeply self-resourced Giving women permission to take up space Ashley also shares why real emotional work is not about living in blind rage. Healthy anger can be grounded, precise, embodied, and incredibly clear. This conversation is an invitation to stop abandoning the emotions that make you uncomfortable and begin listening to the intelligence they carry. Because becoming a powerful woman isn’t about never feeling anger. It’s about becoming a woman who can feel the full range of herself—and trust herself enough to hold what she finds. What happens when you’ve built the success, made the money, created the freedom… and suddenly realize you don’t want to keep chasing more? In Episode 43, I sit down with Stephanie Hughson for one of the most honest conversations I’ve had about success, identity, wealth, and the evolution that happens when the version of you who built the business is no longer the woman you’re becoming. Stephanie and I have been in each other’s online worlds for years, and in this episode, we meet in a season that feels incredibly similar: the undoing. We talk about what happens when achievement has been part of your identity for so long that slowing down can almost feel like failure — even when you’ve already created everything you once dreamed of. Stephanie shares her experience of stepping away from high-touch mentorship, live coaching, constant access, and the pressure to continually scale. After years of building an incredibly successful business, she found herself asking a completely different question: What if the next level isn’t more? What if it’s actually living the freedom you worked so hard to create? We explore the uncomfortable identity shift from building wealth to actually enjoying it, the nervous-system cost of constantly holding space for clients, and why sometimes creating more space in your business is worth more than creating more income. We also talk about: Outgrowing old versions of yourself without shaming them The pressure to constantly achieve and scale Why Stephanie stepped away from traditional mentorship Unlearning years of personal development and coaching conditioning Protecting your creative energy and capacity The hidden emotional cost of high-touch client work Building offers around how you actually want to create The difference between making money and being wealthy Why financial freedom means nothing if you never let yourself live it Letting your definition of success change Choosing happiness, simplicity, space, and freedom Trusting yourself when your path looks different from everyone else’s This is a conversation for the woman standing between who she used to be and who she is becoming. You are allowed to change. You are allowed to want something different. And you are allowed to decide that the life you’ve already created is worthy of being lived. Ep. 42 Astrocartography, Divine Timing & the Places You’re Meant to Be with Helena Woods What if the places you feel deeply drawn to are not random? In this episode, Lauren sits down with astrologer and astrocartography expert Helena Woods for a fascinating conversation about place, purpose, timing, and the hidden stories within your astrological map. Helena shares how moving from the United States to France changed the trajectory of her life and eventually led her back to astrology. After arriving in France and feeling a profound sense of home for the first time, she discovered astrocartography and realized that the places she had lived, traveled to, and felt called toward reflected specific themes already present in her chart. Together, Lauren and Helena explore how different locations can activate career, relationships, healing, abundance, creativity, transformation, and belonging. Helena also reads parts of Lauren’s map in real time, including her connection to Sedona, Connecticut, Thailand, Bali, Scotland, and more. In this episode, we explore: • What astrocartography is and how your birth chart maps onto the world • Why certain places can feel like home instantly • How planetary lines can activate career, love, healing, visibility, and abundance • Why Sedona has been so powerful for Lauren’s business and healing • The deeper meaning behind Lauren’s experience living in Connecticut • How travel can activate a new storyline without permanently moving • Why you may feel drawn to specific countries, cultures, and places • Astrological timing and the major chapters of your life • Lauren’s upcoming 30 year life chapter • Astrology, Human Design, and other self discovery systems • Collective shifts around technology, AI, individuality, and self sovereignty • Why nervous system regulation matters during times of change • How astrology can help you return to who you really are CONNECT WITH HELENA Instagram: https://instagram.com/mshelenawoods Website: https://helenawoods.com Courses: https://helenawoods.com/courses YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@mshelenawoods Free Astrocartography Cheat Sheet: https://helenawoods.com/cheatsheet CONNECT WITH LAUREN Instagram: https://instagram.com/laurenoflove Website: https://laurenoflove.com Body of Wealth: https://laurenoflove.com/bow If this episode spoke to you, subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who has ever wondered why they feel called toward a certain place, season, or version of their life.
A fire of a bonus episode diving into the recent heat I've been experiencing on instagram.
Episode 41: My Ego Death: Letting Go of Millions What happens when the version of success you spent years building no longer feels like the life you actually want? In this deeply vulnerable episode, Lauren shares the ego death she’s been moving through as she releases her attachment to achievement, entrepreneurship, making millions, being “big,” and the identity she built around success. After years of growing a multi-million-dollar business, building a large online community, launching programs, serving hundreds of clients, and achieving milestones she once believed would make her feel worthy, Lauren began hearing something very different from her body: I don’t want to work this hard anymore. This episode is an exploration of what happens when we stop asking, “How much can I hold?” and start asking, “What do I actually want?” Lauren reflects on the identities she has shed throughout her life—from leaving a marriage, to walking away from a television career, to releasing the business identity that once defined her—and how each death required her to surrender what felt safe before she knew what would come next. She also opens up about the ancestral patterns of survival and hard work that shaped her relationship with money, the physical toll of constantly striving for more, and the profound realization that perhaps the goal isn’t expanding our nervous system to hold an increasingly demanding life. Maybe we’re allowed to want less. Less pressure. Less proving. Less performing. Less attachment. And more simplicity. More rootedness. More intimacy. More space. More truth. Lauren shares why she is returning to the heart of her work—trauma healing, somatic experiencing, nervous system regulation, deep one-on-one transformation, and helping people build an unwavering relationship with themselves. This conversation is for anyone questioning the life they’ve built, feeling exhausted by the pressure to achieve, or standing at the edge of an identity they know they’re ready to release. Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do isn’t become more. It’s trust yourself enough to let something die—and discover who you are without it.
What does it actually look like to meet yourself in the middle of fear, shame, visibility wounds, and old coping patterns? In this conversation, Lauren sits down with Heidi Bruce for a deeply honest dialogue on inner child healing, parts work, self-trust, emotional validation, visibility, and the real-time practice of reparenting yourself. Together, they explore what it means to become the safe adult your younger self needed, especially in the moments when old patterns, fears, and survival strategies start to rise. Heidi shares her journey through depression, psychiatric hospitalization, medication, and the slow awakening that began in her early twenties when she realized no one outside of her was going to save her. Through spirituality, self-healing, somatic work, and the framework of parts work, she began rebuilding a relationship with herself from the inside out. Lauren and Heidi also dive into the fear of being seen, the tenderness of healing while still living with your parents, the difference between soothing and numbing, and how learning to validate your own feelings can completely transform your inner world. This episode is a reminder that healing does not have to be perfect to be powerful. It can happen in real time, one moment of presence at a time. In this episode, we explore: What inner child healing and parts work can look like in everyday life Heidi’s healing journey through depression, hospitalization, and self-reclamation How spirituality and No Bad Parts helped open the door to self-healing The challenges of healing while still living with your parents Why visibility can feel so threatening to the nervous system How Heidi works with fear before posting online or trying something new The Target dancing videos, what they brought up, and how judgment became part of the healing The difference between soothing yourself and numbing yourself Why validation is often the first medicine an inner child needs How to build trust with your inner child through consistent daily check-ins Why boundaries are part of reparenting too Simple ways to begin reconnecting with the younger parts of yourself Favorite takeaways You do not have to wait until healing feels polished to begin showing up for yourself. Validation can be more healing than fixing. Reparenting is not just softness. It is also boundaries, consistency, and self-respect. Your inner child does not need perfection. She needs your presence. Healing often begins by simply noticing what you feel and staying with it. Britt shares her path from corporate advertising and marketing into the world of Kundalini, conscious entrepreneurship, motherhood, and mentoring spiritual women. She opens up about how a painful season of her life led her to Kundalini, how that practice helped her move through addiction and emotional numbing, and how it ultimately became a foundation for both her spiritual path and her business. In this episode, we explore: Why Aries season and the spring equinox can feel like a true energetic new year What it means to ground spiritual vision into embodied action Britt’s journey from corporate life into Kundalini and conscious entrepreneurship How Kundalini helped her move through addiction, awakening, and transformation What Kundalini yoga actually is and why it can be such a powerful tool for change The importance of nervous system capacity when building a new life How to move through fear when your mind wants to keep you safe and stuck The difference between spiritual expansion and spiritual escapism Why aligned wealth matters — especially for spiritual women Healing old stories around money, worth, and what’s possible Britt’s perspective on building your purpose brick by brick How to trust the life you’re meant to build, even before you can fully see it Favorite takeaways Your mind is designed to keep you safe, but your soul is here to grow. EP. 31 Consciously Childfree: Making the Decision to Not Have Children with Wilmarie Hernandez What happens when a woman chooses herself in a world that expects her to become a mother? Many of us have learned that if we just heal our mindset or do enough inner work around abundance, our financial reality will finally shift. But what if the wound underneath our money struggles has very little to do with money at all? This week's episode is a deep, trauma-informed solo talk about what's actually happening underneath the patterns we keep repeating in our wealth creation, and why no amount of empowerment work seems to create lasting change. I'm walking you through the framework I teach inside Body of Wealth, my self-paced study rooted in polyvagal theory, somatic experiencing, nonviolent communication, and complex PTSD education. We explore how attachment injuries from childhood replay in our relationship to money, how emotional flashbacks show up at the register or in our bank account, and why so many of us are stuck in repetition compulsions we never realized we were in. A big theme of this episode is that healing our relationship to money is really about building a healthy relationship to our parts. The wounded, rejected, ignored, and criticized parts of us are also the most creative and abundant when we finally learn to work with them instead of against them. I also talk about: How attachment injuries from childhood replay in our relationship to money The seven sources of wounded wealth and how they leak into our finances What an emotional flashback looks like in your money story Why safety is the foundation of sustainable wealth The difference between integrated and unintegrated trauma responses How to start working with your parts instead of overriding them Episode-Related Resources: Read the blog post for this episode! There's a line between developing spiritual gifts and being prepared to use them in service to others. This episode is about what it actually looks like to be a grounded, sovereign practitioner in a saturated spiritual landscape, and why discernment matters more than ever. Today I'm joined by Victoria Pippo - an interference healer for global visionaries and high-performing lightworkers. She works with leaders navigating influence and impact, helping them clear the subtle distortions that disrupt discernment, sovereignty, and natural order. Victoria is the founder of The Sovereign Healer™, The Spiritual Debate podcast, Light Types, and The Great Merge™ - initiatives devoted to advancing energetic integrity, healing, and leadership clarity for starseeds worldwide. Her work bridges spiritual resolution, psychic hygiene, and the unseen influences shaping modern leadership, equipping high-level change-makers to operate from God's power rather than false light fragmentation. We talked about the pendulum swing from New Age to Christianity that's happening collectively right now, the dangers of un-consented channeling in spiritual spaces, and what it really looks like to be a hollow-bodied conduit without slipping into spiritual arrogance. We also talk about: Navigating dark energies, and the lack of resources for them in spiritual spaces Spiritual arrogance, false light, and energetic protection Why gathering more information isn't the same as growing What it takes to be a clear channel without losing yourself The cost of devotion and why sacrifice is part of the path Episode-Related Resources: Read the blog post for this episode!
