She's "Pretty Strong For A Mom" and she's one incredible human! I had the honour of welcoming Arielle Loewen to the podcast and chat about all things training and motherhood! I loved recording this very authentic and raw conversation! Is this episode, Arielle talks about her athletic journey, her experience training during pregnancy, and the realities of returning to training after having her daughter in 2018. Arielle speaks openly about how a lack of support shaped her approach to postpartum recovery, and the rehabilitation she didn’t know she needed. We also talk about her remarkable journey to qualifying for her first CrossFit Games just two years after becoming a mum, followed by five more appearances, and how she navigates motherhood alongside competing at the highest level. Arielle brings such lovely energy and honesty to this conversation, and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her. I hope you love listening just as much.
