Say "Yes" to the Dress Design! Project Runway Fans...It's time for the Penultimate Pre-Finale Challenge, and for Episode 9 of Season 22 of "Project Runway", the designers were to design Bridal-inspired Looks, but with a Fashion Edge, of course. But not only were they to design the bride's wedding look, but also a second "Party Dress" for the bride. In the latest "The Fashion Daddies" Podcast, Nick and David discuss this week's episode, starting with some "Project Runway" history and that first "Bride" Challenge for a Model Client in Season One (Oh, Austin Scarlett and Nora!), as well as, off-topic, the desire to have Reunion Episodes return to the seasons (Cut to Nick's liquor-fest Reunion on Season 2!)...and eventually get to the bridal and party looks from the designers. They delve into which designers they felt accomplished the fashionable bridal task and which ones were "left at the altar" (or didn't make the wedding party!). In addition, they take you (as always) behind the scenes, showing something that didn't make the "Final Edit" of the Episode: The yards and yards of beautiful lace and tulle, as well as trims, that David's Bridal generously provided to the designers to supplement their Mood shopping for their designs. Don't miss a minute of the podcast to get their "Insiders Take" on this season's "Project Runway" and much more!
Time to Dance...and Design With The Stars! For this week's Season 22 "Project Runway" Episode, the show collaborated with "Dancing With The Stars", enlisting DTWS Pros to model designs inspired by various dances, like Samba, Salsa, the Quickstep, Waltz, and Jazz. They were to create RUNWAY-worthy FASHION looks (not costumes), and some did better than others. In the latest Episode of "The Fashion Daddies," Nick and David discuss this fun collaboration, go through the designs, whether the dance inspiration was there, and, as always, their take on the FASHION element of the looks. In addition, they give you some behind-the-scenes insight into the production of this challenge, their creation of a special Dossier for the designers, which host and Judge from "Dancing With The Stars" they dressed, and don't miss what Heidi Klum called the hairstyle on designer Anna's DWTS model #Strudel. Watch to find out all the Inside Dish and Fashion Takes from...The Fashion Daddies!

As Consulting Producers to the show, they share their pre-Challenge task to do some "unscientific" tests to confirm that Viva Paper Towels could A) be sewn, B) dyed, and C) work as a design challenge, creating prototypes using the paper towels to be shown for approval to the show's executives. After the show ended, Nick and David were then asked to create a gown out of the Viva Paper Towels for a VP of the company for a big corporate event. And naturally, it wouldn't be a complete "Fashion Daddies" podcast if they didn't discuss each of the designers' Viva Towel creations and which ones they thought were successful and which ones, not-so-much.
