We're open about the self doubt we have, how our minds interfere with mediumship, which leads to self-doubt and makes us question our self-worth. An episode which may be particularly helpful for those newer mediums out there.

In this episode we have a random catch up, where we talk about how we're feeling, we talk about reflections we've had recently, and we talk about how to or not to handle social media, in a down to earth and tongue in cheek kind of way.

This is a slightly different type of episode; we're going to talk about death, which is something we haven't explicitly touched on. Don't worry, it's not going to be morbid, but what it will be is raw, honest, and still adding a touch of humour here and there. It might be an episode which gets you thinking.

In this episode we discuss something we've not discussed before but it's something we've been asked about on many occasions. Does alcohol mix with mediumship? Should we eat before a demonstration? What effect do substances have on our mediumship? Well, we answer all these questions and more in this episode.

Welcome to the spirit lounge today where we have psychic medium Craig Morris, whom I first met many years ago, not at a spiritualist event, but at Birmingham's gay pride. Craig started his journey with spirit when his granddad passed over in 2009, whilst working as cabin crew for an airline. Craig’s dream career was to fly as a pilot but it seemed that the spirit world had a different plan for Craig. Although Craig has been doing this work for a number of years, he's a great believer in continued development and that we never stop learning, as mediums, and so Craig also teaches others to do this work. He was also very privileged to meet and work alongside the late and great Colin Fry who very much endorsed Craig as a medium, but we'll get more into that shortly.
