There is a lot of confusion about gluten in the gut health world. While AI can be a helpful tool, it lacks the clinical experience to make nutrition therapy recommendations, regulation and accountability and ability to assess safety of a recommendation. On November 24th, 2025, at the Holly Jolly Fun Run in Toronto, I ran 5 kilometres in under 20 minutes.
