In this episode of the Deep Rooted Self-Love Podcast , I’m guiding you through an open heart and manifestation meditation designed to help you reconnect with your body, step into gratitude, and align with the life you truly desire. This is a deeply embodied meditation practice I’ve personally used for years—especially during times of calling in love, partnership, and identity shifts. It’s a gentle yet transformative way to move out of your mind and into your heart, where true manifestation begins. We begin with a personalised mantra , helping you anchor into inner knowing and self-trust. From there, we open the heart by sending energy and love to others, creating a powerful energetic flow. Finally, we move into gratitude-based manifestation , allowing you to feel and embody your desires as if they are already here. This meditation supports you in: Cultivating self-love and inner connection Shifting your identity on a somatic and energetic level Practicing heart-led manifestation Deepening your sense of gratitude and alignment Moving from overthinking into embodied knowing Whether you’re new to meditation or deep in your self-love journey, this practice is here to bring you back home to yourself. ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) In this inspiring and humbling episode, I sit down with Paige Rollison, retired founder of Your Light Space —and someone who played a pivotal role in the very beginning of my own coaching journey. Paige shares her story of building a thriving business in the online wellness and coaching space, only to slowly feel a quiet but persistent whisper: this isn’t it anymore. What unfolds is a powerful journey of identity shifts, motherhood, and learning to let go of the version of yourself you once worked so hard to become. From her early drive for success and freedom, to building a personal brand and becoming highly visible in the coaching world, to ultimately stepping away from it all—Paige opens up about what it really looks like to follow alignment over achievement . We dive into: The hidden pressure and “shadow side” of the coaching & spiritual industry How success and identity can become dangerously intertwined Motherhood as a portal for deep identity shifts and ego death The courage it takes to walk away from something that once felt like your purpose Navigating the unknown when you don’t yet know what’s next Letting go of productivity and embracing presence Choosing a slower, more intentional life rooted in family and nature This episode is for anyone who feels like they’re outgrowing a version of themselves… but doesn’t yet know who they’re becoming. It’s about trusting the in-between. Lovingly letting go of the identity you’ve built.
Feeling like your old life no longer fits — but have no idea what comes next? This episode is for you. So many of us stall in transitions because we're desperately trying to force our way into the next version of ourselves. But real, embodied identity shifts don't come from strategy — they come from surrender. I'm sharing my own identity shift: stepping more fully into motherhood, slowing down, and leaving behind a life that no longer felt aligned. And the biggest thing I've learned? Stop trying to control it. Whether you're questioning your career, your relationships, or navigating the identity shift of motherhood, this episode will help you stop resisting and start flowing. In this episode: Why control is keeping you stuck in your old identity How to surrender into your next chapter (without being passive) What motherhood taught me about letting go and trusting life How to regulate your nervous system so you can hear your own truth ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) In today’s episode of the Deep Rooted Self-Love Podcast , I’m sharing a very personal life update. Over the past years my work has revolved around coaching women, guiding inner child healing and supporting deep transformation. But motherhood has shifted something profound inside of me. In this episode I open up about: • Why I’m stepping back from my coaching business • The surprising exhaustion that came with motherhood • The fear of becoming financially dependent • Deprogramming the belief that women must always pursue a career • Trusting alignment instead of forcing productivity • Choosing motherhood consciously and unapologetically I also share reflections on how the expectations we inherit from our parents and society shape the choices we believe we’re allowed to make. For me, this season of life is about slowing down, tending to my family, listening to my intuition, and trusting that when we follow what truly feels aligned, life continues to support us. Whether you’re a mother, entrepreneur, or someone navigating a life transition, I hope this episode reminds you that self-love sometimes means choosing a path that doesn’t make sense to everyone else. ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) What do you do when you feel a chapter of your life ending — but you don’t yet know what’s next? In this episode of the Deep Rooted Self-Love Podcast , I share what it means to outgrow an old version of yourself and step into uncertainty with trust. So many women right now are rethinking their careers, relationships, pace of life, and identity. Maybe your job no longer feels aligned. Maybe your relationship dynamic is shifting. Maybe motherhood, burnout, or a personal awakening has changed you. In this episode, I talk about: Navigating life transitions and identity shifts How to tell the difference between intuition and fear Letting go of hustle culture and achievement-based self-worth The “soft girl era” and feminine energy in personal growth Human Design (including Manifesting Generator energy) and following your excitement Why you don’t need to know your next chapter yet If you’re in a season of change, career transition, motherhood shifts, or personal transformation — this episode will help you trust your inner voice and move forward with grounded self-love. You don’t need all the answers. For now, you might just need to listen. ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) ✨ Listen to this whenever you feel depleted as a mother. I love motherhood. I love being a mom. I love my child. I love my family. I love the new life that motherhood has created for me. But with that comes a very demanding role, and it comes with a lot of giving—physically, emotionally, mentally. In this episode of The Deep-Rooted Self-Love Podcast , I talk honestly about the depletion cycle of motherhood and how to replenish yourself in the midst of sleepless nights, constant giving, and the pressures of modern parenting. I share my personal experiences, practical ways to care for your body, mind, and soul. With a gentle reminder that it’s okay to take care of yourself even if it can feel selfish. Your purpose of being a mother is so important and so valuable and so sacred that it needs replenishment! ❤️ ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) In this episode, I’m talking about how teenage TV shows like Gossip Girl , The Vampire Diaries , and even newer dramas may have shaped — and distorted — our view of love. When I look back at the relationships I had in my teens and early twenties, I can clearly see how much I normalized drama, emotional chaos, hot-and-cold behavior, and the “bad boy who changes for the right girl” storyline. And I truly believed that this was what love was supposed to feel like. In this episode, I share my own experiences, the patterns I see in my clients, and how our subconscious gets programmed during our teenage years through the shows we consume. I talk about love addiction , the savior complex , constant forgiveness cycles without real change , and why calm, consistent love can feel “boring” when we’re used to chaos. Most importantly, we explore what healthy love actually looks like — and how you can begin rewiring those old relationship scripts. Because real love doesn’t consume your entire nervous system. It supports your growth. It gives you strength. And it starts with the relationship you have with yourself. In this episode of the Deep-Rooted Self-Love Podcast , I talk about dating, emotional availability, and the fear of being “too much” in relationships — especially when it comes to sharing your feelings. So many hold back in dating because they are afraid that expressing emotions, needs, or desire for commitment and intimacy will push the other person away. In this episode, I share why being honest about your feelings is never the problem , and how someone’s reaction to your vulnerability is actually one of the clearest indicators of emotional maturity and relationship compatibility. I talk about my own dating experiences with avoidant partners, situationships, and unbalanced relationships , as well as how things shifted when I learned to trust my emotions and prioritize the relationship with myself . I also share personal insights from the beginning of my relationship with my husband — and why the right partner leans in when things get real rather than pulling away. In this episode, I share: Why sharing your feelings early in dating is a powerful act of self-love How attachment styles and emotional avoidance show up in modern dating The cost of downplaying your needs to keep someone interested Why being “low maintenance” often disconnects you from your authentic self How to stop taking someone pulling away as a reflection of your worth This episode is for you if you’re navigating dating, a situationship, or a relationship where you’re afraid to ask for more , and you want to build secure, emotionally available relationships without abandoning yourself in the process. Your feelings are valid. Your desire for deep connection is not too much. And you don’t lose the right person by being honest about what you want — instead you find alignment. In today’s episode of The Deep Rooted Self-Love Podcast , I guide you through a hypno-meditation designed to help you connect with your most authentic, highest self . This practice supports the release of emotional and physical tension while allowing you to receive guidance for living more aligned with your deepest desires. This hypno-meditation is an add-on to last week’s episode , where I shared a gentle goal setting practice to help you make aligned steps in 2026. You can use this hypnosis whenever you need a boost of energy, want to reconnect with your goals, or when you want to feel into the next version of yourself. Through visualization, breathwork, and deep relaxation, you’ll connect with your body, mind, and soul, and align with the light of your highest self. By the end of this meditation, you’ll carry this energy with you, feel more grounded and inspired, and be ready to take aligned action toward your goals. Share your insights or experiences with me on Instagram (@nora.ring) or share this hypno-meditation with friends who may benefit from connecting with their highest self. What if you could make 2026 your best year yet? Not through forcing or hustle, but through soft, intentional shifts of alignment? In this episode, I'll guide you through a simple but powerful exercise to help you reach your goals with more ease and clarity. We'll explore the areas of your life that feel off, transform them into inspiring goals, and identify the one small step you can take this week to move closer to the life you want. This is a gentle, reflective practice you can come back to weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Grab a notebook, get cozy, and let's make this your best year yet — together. What currently bothers you or feels off in your life? (List everything — big or small) How can you flip each problem into a positive goal? Rate each goal from 1–10 (where 10 = fully reached) What would your life feel and look like once you've reached this goal? What are all the steps you can think of to achieve your goal? (Include any inner healing that might need to be done) Which single step will get you one step closer right now? (Just focus on moving your rating up by +1) Commit to that step for one week, then check in again. If this episode resonates with you, I'd love to hear about your "one step" — DM me on Instagram and let's celebrate your progress together. You have impact on your life. Let’s own that. 💞 ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) What if the key to moving forward isn't rushing ahead, but fully owning where you are right now? In this episode, I'm getting vulnerable about the fears that come up when we put our hearts on the line—whether in business, dating, or life transitions. I share my own journey of launching something new while facing the shadow of "what if I'm not chosen?" and why this fear shows up so similarly in love and in work. We explore the difference between acting from anxiety (misdirected excitement rooted in fear) versus acting from love, and why grounding yourself in the present moment—with all its messiness, shame, and beauty—is the most powerful place to move forward from. If you're in the in-between right now—changing careers, navigating a breakup, struggling with motherhood, or building something that requires you to be seen—this episode is your reminder that you don't have to have it all figured out. You just need to root down, honor where you are, and trust that when you choose yourself first, you can't lose. Topics covered: owning your shadows and shame, the fear of not being wanted, acting from love vs. fear, finding groundedness in uncertainty, and why naming your shame sets you free. ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) Many of us carry a hidden fear of being seen as lazy. Even when we don’t use that word, it shows up as guilt for resting, pushing through exhaustion, or feeling like something is wrong with us when we slow down. In this episode, I talk about why laziness is so often misunderstood — especially for women and mothers. How it’s never a character flaw, and much more often a signal from the body. A call for rest. Or a sign that something in our lives is no longer aligned. I talk aboout hustle culture, internalized pressure, and the judgment we fear from others — parents, colleagues, friends, partners — and how much of that judgment is rooted in their own stories and fears. I also talk about life as cyclical rather than linear. About seasons, the body, and why forcing ourselves to keep going out of fear of being lazy disconnects us from our truth. This episode is an invitation to question the word lazy, to listen more closely to your needs, and to ask yourself a gentler question the next time you feel stuck or unmotivated: Do I need rest — or do I need to pivot? ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ Free First Self-Love Coaching Session Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library (for integration of this episode!) This is 3/4 of my Family Support Kit Series I've created for you to navigate your family with more ease over the holidays (or any other time tbh). I recorded this episode to support you in soothing your inner child. When it's hysterical, it's historical. Meaning, often when we feel most triggered, it's because the wounds of a younger version of ourselves are being triggered. And who can trigger old wounds better than our closest family members, right? Probably just our situationships... Jokes aside, I really hope this episode helps you in bringing your inner child back to a state of calm when needed. Sending you so much love! Notes for inner child exercise: I didn't have control over x. But I do have control over y. ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ 1:1 Coaching Options Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library Free Core Needs In Dating Worksheet Free Self-Love Quiz I What Area In Your Life Needs More Self-Love?

In today’s episode of The Deep-Rooted Self-Love Podcast , I sit down with one of my best friends, Tabea Zoé (@tabeazoe), for a deeply honest and totally fun conversation about shadow work. This is Part 1 of our two-part series. Zoé is a coach and spiritual mentor whose work weaves together spirit baby communication, shadow work, inner-child healing, and the delicate dance between feminine and masculine energetics. She brings a rare blend of clarity, depth, and honesty to every conversation. We each bring one of our shadows to the table: mine is the shame of being “masculine”, and Zoé’s is the shame of being “deceitful” or a “pretender”. This episode feels like sitting on the floor with your closest friend at midnight, speaking every truth that needs to be said — like a gentle light shining on the places you usually keep hidden. This episode is for anyone who feels like they need to hide parts of themselves from the world because they believe them not to be lovable; for the person that feels like they need to be anyone but their true imperfect self. Hopefully with the help of this episode you can meet those parts with softness, humor, and compassion. What unfolds is a raw, heartfelt journey into the parts of ourselves we learned were unlovable — and how bringing them into the light can be both healing and strangely liberating. We talk about our relationships with our mothers, where these shadows began, the tricky dynamics of intuition (and how we sometimes use it to control), pretending when relationships feel over, feeling deceived, and the fine line between twin flames and trauma bonds. We also wander through beauty standards, identity, inner safety, and what it really means to love the parts of yourself you learned to hide. Shadow work isn’t about perfection. It’s about integrating the pieces of you that have been pushed into the dark — so they stop running the show. And this episode is a beautiful, imperfect, laughter-filled example of just that. Part 2 continues next week with the rest of our conversation. ~ CONNECT WITH ZOÉ ~ The Crown Counsil THE CREATIVE WATERS PODCAST Her website ~ LINKS ~ My website: https://www.nora-ring.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/nora.ring/ TikTok: tiktok.com/@nora.ring ~ PRODUCTS & FREE OFFERS ~ 1:1 Coaching Options Deep-Rooted Self-Love Hypnosis Library Free Core Needs In Dating Worksheet Free Self-Love Quiz I What Area In Your Life Needs More Self-Love?
