The Regular Split of the LCS is complete, which means 6 of our teams are moving forward into the double elimination playoff bracket, where only 1 team will lift the trophy in Atlanta, Georgia. To break down all the action from this final weekend of regular play, Jatt is joined by Lyon Isles, Shopify Rebellion Fudge, and Flyquest Gakgos. Right out the gate, the squad breaks down their matches from this weekend. Who trolled and threw the games, who was trying to break records, and who was tryharding in comms while everyone else was funmaxxing? No spoilers here, you'll have to watch to find out. Then the squad looks ahead to playoffs, and debates the patch philosophy, who benefits from best of fives, and who Lyon is going to pick as a result of their first place finish. But only winners advance, and those left behind will still have a chance to compete in the Demacia Cup. Week 5 of the LCS and the double-header between Sentinels, Flyquest, Disguised and Dignitas is complete, and after a full day of the PROS taking over the broadcast, Kobe sits down with Lyon Inspired, Flyquest Massu and Shopify Rebellion Zeyzal to break down all the action. We start off by welcoming Inspired back to the LCS after his long hiatus away, and learn how it's been integrating back into the Lyon team environment, and the hard pivot to a full day of broadcasting the LCS alongside Zeyzal, Zven, Dhokla, APA & Josedeodo. The squad starts off with the biggest news of the weekend, which was the banger 3 game series between Lyon and Sentinels. You can tell the players were locked in on this series, diving into great detail about the moments that swung the series. It's been 5 years since we saw Dardoch in the LCS as a coach for Immortals, now joining Dignitas in their time of greatest need, and the episode kicks off with a summary of what Dardoch has been up to, and whether or not his legacy permeated the sphere's of Josedeodo and Gryffinn. The squad also break down their matches this weekend, commenting on Lyon's continued success sans Inspired, TLAW's dominance, and Flyquest's shortcomings. Travis Gafford hosts this trip down memory lane with CLG's "Zionspartan" and TSM's TheOddOne, Hauntzer, and Xpecial in a special episode of "UNCS"! Find out what these legends have been up to after "retirement" and how it felt to be back on the LCS stage. Two full game best of 5 series between the top 4 teams in the LCS, with Cloud9 Kia taking on Flyquest before Lyon took to the rift versus Team Liquid Alienware. After the dust settled, Emily sat down with Josedeodo, Berkserker, and Isles to talk about all the action packed weekend. The LCS is Back with Opening Weekend of the Spring Split, with best of threes, live patch, fearless and the return of PROS! This week Emily hosts an NRG reunion with Shopify Rebellion Contractz alongside former teammates now repping Dignitas: FBI & Ignar. The episode kicks off with some brief comments to acknowledge the Ultimate Grudge Match Bowl, Two as Contractz faces off against a slew of former teammates, and the results were more one-sided than may have been anticipated. Then we turn focus to a topic on many fans minds: Cloud9 Kia vs LYON, and who is the best team in the LCS? What can we learn from this weekend's results, and is Inspired the best kind of teammate?
