Tht's it! Another series finished up. Thank you to everyone who followed along for this series and thank you to ASICS for the support. A great recap on the Sydney Marathon for Liam Boudin who finished 21st overall where the course record got smashed. Liam also finished third Aussie to take home some great prize money for his efforts on a tough course. Bec is well and truly on her way to the Copenhagen Half and enjoyed being on the otherside of the course to cheer all the runners. Nath is back doing some consistent running after his stress reaction and is still catching up on rest after the expo and other ASICS jobs. Thanks for tuning in!

Its the week in the lead up to Chris's first marathon in a decade. He assures us that he's fit, but his main objective is to enjoy it! Australia announced the team for the road running champs in Copenhagen and GGR's very own Liam Boudin, Bec Lowe and Donve Viljeon have been announced in the team. It's race week and as it turns out Liam is now the only member who will take part in the 2026 Sydney Marathon. Through the week, Bec and Liam were both selected to represent Australia at the upcoming road running champs in Denmark. Because they are so close, Bec made the decision to pull from Sydney. Nath is making his way back to running which means its the perfect time to shed light on the ASICS Metaspeed series and where they all actually fit in. Thanks for tuning in!
Chris is 10 days away from his first marathon in 10 years, trying to figure out pacing and fuelling. While Jordan returns from his bung back and runs his fastest longy in the last 12 months. At the pop up over the GC marathon weekend Andy Buchanan stopped by on the Saturday afternoon to chat about the Half marathon that morning. Although the race didn't go to plan for Andy, he was happy to delve deeper for those that came to remind us there are plenty of races to run in.
