Everything You Don't Know About The Absolute Disaster Behind The Scenes of The O.C
The O.C’s first season of was an absolute cultural phenomenon & a triumph for the fox network. Despite a record breaking first season, The O.C didn’t even make it to 100 episodes, and at the end of its third season the show made a decision that resulted in global backlash, that today is still referenced as one of the worst decisions in television history. But it wasn’t just what happened on screen that destroyed The O.C, as what happened behind the camera was just as destructive. The shows four main actors - Ben McKenzie, Mischa Barton, Adam Brody & Rachel Bilson - hated the show & made the set an absolutely horrible environment. Orange Is The New Black launched on Netflix in 2013 as one of the streamers very first original shows, no one could have known that it would change the face of television, forever, in the absolute best & the absolute worst way. Although Orange Is The New Black was hugely successful for Netflix, bringing in millions of subscribers & earning over a billion, unlike other Netflix juggernauts, the cast did not share in the financial success. Which caused massive tensions behind the scenes & these tensions continued to escalate throughout the show’s seven seasons. Euphoria premiered on HBO in 2019, & what no one knew was how big the show, it’s cast and its behind the scenes controversies would become. The show finally wrapped it’s third season after an over four year break between season two & three, & while the fans, & cast, aren’t happy with the ending, the bigger story is what happened behind the scenes. Especially when it comes to the alleged fall out between the shows star Zendaya and euphoria’s showrunner, director and sol writer sam levinson. Rebel Wilson’s directorial debut was for an Australian movie called The Deb, but it should have been called the drama because that is all it has been, thanks to Rebel Wilson. Unfortunately the things that happened on The Deb didn’t just stay drama, & it wasn’t the usual Hollywood actor difficult behaviour, as Rebel Wilson’s behaviour on the set of The Deb & after has had enormous consequences for her & she’s now being sued on two continents for defamation & various other unbelievable things. This truly is an unreal case that you won’t believe is real, if it was a movie, you’d say it would be a Rebel Wilson flop because it is too insane for people to believe anyone would be THAT unhinged.
