Deidra Ann is a twelve-year-old girl living in southern United States during the mid-1960s. Living with her grandmother and aunt, Deidra Ann has never met her mother. Behind their house is a forest where mysterious things happen; a forest that is off limits to Deidra Ann. Some claim that her grandmother is a witch. When Deidra Ann's classmate Jenny goes missing, they all want to help. Especially Deidra Ann, as it gives her a chance to explore the secretive, mysterious woods - and maybe prove the rumors about her grandmother right. The Forbidden Forest is a production of Voyage Media and GoKidGo. Executive Produced by Connie Beckett. Developed and written by Jorjeana Marie. The series is based on the “Deidre Ann Adventures Books”, by Teter Keyes. You can read the first Diedra Ann Adventure book, Lost Lamb, on Amazon, at this link: Lost Lamb (https://a.co/d/cxcpV9B).

The logger's whole plot is revealed. Why are the in the forest in the first place? And will DA be able to stop it?
Granny is meeting with a judge to request an injunction but the loggers keep on cutting. It's going to take a team of animals to put a stop to this!
DA finds that much of the forest has been cut to stumps. The animals are fleeing, but have no place to go. Only one squirrel can possibly save the day!
The loggers threaten the home of a very tricky clan of Gnomes.
DA and Whirly meet Ruff, the half-wolf guardian of the forest.
The loggers return to the east side of the forest after running into trouble in the west and walking all night to find the highway. The mill owner ordered Mike to harvest the Ancient Oak because he found a buyer for it. Mike wants the oak for himself, so he searches for a comparable one. Thirsty, he discovers the merfish pond...
The loggers return. Mike fears his workers will think him crazy talking about weird animals he saw. After snakes invade the worksite, Mike decides to return to the east side, but a crow snatches his truck keys. He orders the crew to walk out. DA uses a trick Uncle Abe taught her to expand and contract space, and the men wander all day. Bernardo, the green snakeman, tells his story.
Mike Johnson’s crew leaves to find more equipment because DA used magic to stop the saws. Mike waits alone at the site to mark trees he wants harvested. Whirly says this would be a good time for Queen Cougar Claws to eat Mike. DA nixes that idea. Exploring the woods, Mike sees a disappearing bear. He debates whether the forest is haunted or if he is losing his mind.
DA discovers the loggers have returned, this time to the west side of the woods. The magical creatures are migrating back east. DA tells foreman Mike Johnson they are trespassing. He claims his boss now owns the land. DA uses magic to stop the saws. Returning home, DA and Whirly meet a large stag, Ronaldo Brave Heart, and his family.
Dekdra Ann and Whirly Squirrel discover loggers have illegally entered the forest. Mike Johnson, the foreman, finds the quiet forest creepy but beautiful. A flock of cawing crows lands in a big oak that the loggers want to harvest. Before they can, they hear a cougar scream...
The forest needs DA’s help and despite thinking she doesn’t possess the ability to unite them, she does exactly that.
DA rallies the forest creatures to help protect The Forbidden Forest from the fast approaching loggers and escorts Jenny (almost) home.
So close to getting Jenny back, yet finding more obstacles. Will they ever get out of this mysterious forest?
DA and Whirly gear up for a daring rescue to find Jenny, only to discover they've stumbled into a mysterious lair deep in the Forbidden Forest.
Despite having new magical abilities, DA finds herself in even more trouble.
DA uses her newfound ability to speak with animals in her quest to find Jenny.
Even though the whole town is looking for Jenny, DA is the only one certain she will find her, with some help, that is!
