He walked over 6,000km from the Western-most point to the Eastern-most point of Australia, right through the middle. Troy Croxdale, known as Punisher on trail, is a thru-hiker, runner, and ultra athlete from California. After a major personal reset in 2019, Troy built a life around long trails and big endurance challenges. He has hiked the Pacific Crest, Appalachian, and Continental Divide Trails multiple times, and in 2025, hiked all 3 in a row, completing the Border-to-Border Calendar-Year Triple Crown and a 10,000-mile hiking year. He’s also an accomplished ultrarunner, making the podium of the Tahoe 200, and recently finishing the Cocodona 250 after a massive day-one comeback.
