seaQuest DSV: The Comic By DG Chichester, Keith Pollard, and others Bridger saves lives aboard a family submarine before investigating a new undersea religion in a 4-color take on the seaQuest multimedia launch, in what would turn out to be its only issue. This comic book tie-in ramps up the action, quips, and sex appeal beyond where the show would reach in only the first ish.
seaQuest DSV: The Novel By Diane Duane and Peter Morwood, based on a script by Rockne S O'Bannon and Tommy Thompson As seaQuest embarked on its tv journey, the multimedia strategy made port in bookstores as well. This novelization of the premiere episode centers the action in the minds of Captains Bridger and Stark, and has an electric prose in moments of tension. How does it compare to the filmed version that's become so familiar?
