Eight true encounters with creatures that weren't animals. Real witnesses describe skinwalkers, dogmen and wolf-like creatures that stood upright, stared back, and were never explained. These were not simply animals, or even cryptids: witnesses describe something that behaved like a paranormal, non-human entity. These are NOT fictionalised horror stories. Every account here is a documented report of the unexplained, told in the witness's own words. And keep watching this episode to hear about the very spooky phone call Peter had, during the making of this. 00:00 – The Man Behind the Sofa: An Inhuman Introduction 01:27 – The Bempton Cliffs Encounter: Military Witnesses to Standing Wolf 06:21 – Flamborough Head: The Hound and the Infa-Red Camera 09:53 – A Mysterious Coastal Connection: The Demonic Hound of KettleNess 11:18 – The Static Voice: A Creepy Paranormal Phone Call I Had 14:05 – The Highway to Vrådal: Norway’s Leathery, Jointless Creature 20:13 – The Mastiff of Mist: A 14-Year-Old's Terrifying Driveway Sight 22:13 – The Floating Canine: A Severed Head on the Stairs 24:10 – The Hybrid Intruder: A Man Fused with a Black Dog 27:31 – The Guardian Under the Lamp Post: Werewolf or Protector? 31:14 – The Hospice Visitor: A Black Wolf at the Edge of Death 35:19 – Beyond Biology: Are Dogman Sightings Interdimensional? 39:57 – Join the Fog: Bonus Content & Patreon SupportSpecial thanks to writer and researcher Paul Sinclair, author of the Truth Proof series, for generously allowing us to feature two stories explored in Wolf Lands, use footage from the documentary’s trailer, and for the fascinating conversations with Peter that helped shape this episode. *This episode is a newly enhanced re-release of one of my earliest cases. Originally told in two parts, it’s now combined into one complete, updated edition, with new visuals.* In 1969, a property developer thought he’d found the ultimate "golden house", a bargain farmhouse with 26 acres of land. But the local estate agents had a warning: the property was haunted. In this episode, Peter Laws uncovers the terrifying true account of Alec Porter and the "Fatal Fixer Upper." What started as a dream renovation project quickly spiralled into a battle for survival against a malevolent force. From concrete objects being thrown with lethal force to the discovery of a hidden room containing a tall, black, chattering entity, this case remains one of the most distressing paranormal encounters in British history. We dive deep into the research of journalist Colin Parsons, exploring: The "tall, dark spectre" seen stalking the country lanes. The chilling moment a hidden room was breached, releasing a horrific black vapor. The physical evidence left behind, including a scar from a flying religious relic. The shocking connection to a modern housing estate where a patch of land remains undeveloped to this day due to a string of fatal construction accidents. Is it possible for a jealous entity to hold onto a patch of land even after the original house is burned to ash?Join Peter Laws as we step into the fog to investigate this forgotten haunting. #Paranormal #TrueGhostStories #HauntedHouse #IntoTheFog #PeterLaws #Supernatural #ScaryStories #BritishHauntings #HiddenRoom Note: I don’t currently have YouTube memberships but I do offer extra content and connection via Patreon: www.patreon.com/peterlawsHave a genuine experience to share? In the sweltering heat of the legendary 1976 UK heatwave, a different kind of horror was unfolding within the walls of a quiet British farmhouse. While the country baked under an unrelenting sun, the inhabitants of the Hunt house were discovering a secret so sadistic it has remained largely unheard of for decades. In this episode of Into the Fog, Peter Laws deep-dives into the chilling case of a woman bricked up alive, a tragedy born from a "sin" the church tried to bury. We explore the haunting accounts of the crying behind the walls, the dark history of a nun’s secret, and the malevolent atmosphere that gripped this isolated rural home during one of Britain's most extreme summers. In this video, we investigate:-The true story of the 1976 Hunt House mystery.-Why a woman was walled up alive inside a farmhouse.-The connection between the "Sadistic" events and a hidden religious secret.-First-hand accounts of the haunting that occurred during the 1976 heatwave. If you enjoy forgotten cases, true British hauntings, and atmospheric mysteries, make sure to subscribe and step Into the Fog. #TrueHaunting #1976Heatwave #BritishMysteries #PeterLaws #IntoTheFog #ParanormalInvestigation #forgottenhistory 0:00 Into the Fog: The 1976 Heatwave & The Hunt Family 4:57 Renovating the Barn: Ambitious Plans 6:50 Strange Noises: Crying Behind the Sealed Door 9:10 The Manic Chanting: A Frightening Prayer 12:00 Sabotage: The Mystery of the Falling Walls 14:10 The Stakeout: Donald and Annette’s Night Watch 18:45 The Vision: Stumbling into a Medieval Dungeon 22:05 The Sadistic Secret: Walled Up Alive 30:45 A Different Kind of Exorcism: Sarah’s Compassion 33:55 The Research: Colin Parsons and the Medieval Records 36:15 Final Thoughts from the FogEditorGerard Giorgi-CollArtworkSteph LayResearch and Image CreditsThis episode draws on Colin Parsons’s account ‘The Girl in the Wall’, published in the book Encounters with the Unknown (Robert Hale, 1990).The book is now out of print, but a digitised edition can be borrowed free of charge from the Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/encounter... Send us Fan Mail "Don't go into any room that doesn't have a light on." When 8-year-old Anthony Key visited a friend’s house in North Carolina, he was given a simple warning. But what he saw, and what followed him home, would spark a decade of terror that his family is still trying to process today. From heavy furniture moving on its own to a physical attack that left a red handprint on his face, this isn’t your typical ghost story. It’s a relentless, visceral ordeal with multiple demonic creatures that feels like a real-life horror movie. If you’re a fan of the brutal, high-stakes terror in "Evil Dead Burn" or the psychological dread of the Insidious movies, the Anthony Key haunting is a forgotten case you need to hear. In this episode of Into the Fog, we explore: The horrific text messages, following a mothers funeral. The terrifying "ceiling crawler" that Tabitha encountered. The DogMan at the window The laughing demon at the trailer park The 250lb armchair that moved on its own. Prepare to walk into the fog for a paranormal case that will get under your skin. Send us Fan Mail Video Version HERE https://youtu.be/sb4GurkWFKo Brace yourself for a little discussed haunting that shook a local church, and became a teaching tool for priests. In 1965, the Acton Vale Poltergeist didn’t just terrify a family, it forced three Catholic priests to admit they were witnessing something truly beyond explanation. They believed it was a demonic infestation. In this episode, we dive deep into the verified archives to uncover the aggressive and violent phenomena that targeted a young girl and the men of the cloth who stood their ground against it. Was it a haunting, or something DIABOLICAL? Note: This case features a Catholic/ Byzantine religion painting called #OurLadyofPerpetualHelp . The painting was said to be alive, which makes it so weird that I got comments saying that today (the day this came out, June 27th) is the feast day for this very painting. That was totally not planned. Of all the days. Isn’t that a little eerie? In this video, we explore: -The eyewitness accounts of the three priests on the scene. -The violent physical manifestations that defied the laws of physics. -The chilling aftermath and it's implications for us. Send us Fan Mail For decades, visitors to Beacon Hill Park reported seeing a woman silently screaming on top of a rock. A figure that shouldn't have been there. It wasn't until months later that the chilling truth emerged, and it was linked to the dreadful murder of a local in Victoria, British Columbia. In this episode of Into the Fog, we explore one of Canada’s most baffling paranormal mysteries that appears to be linked to a true crime. The "Silent Screamer" of Beacon Hill Park: A timeline of the sightings. The tragic case of Donna Mitchell and the "Negative Image" doppelgänger. Can a location be haunted by an event that hasn't happened yet? The witnesses who thought they were seeing a living person, only to realise the impossible truth. Send us Fan Mail In 1974, a small house on Lindley Street in Bridgeport, Connecticut, became the centre of one of the most well-documented paranormal investigations in history. But this wasn't just a story told by terrified residents. It it was witnessed by the local police, fire fighters, reporters and priests. Join Peter Laws as we step "Into the Fog" to examine the Bridgeport Poltergeist. We delve into the police reports that describe furniture moving of its own accord, objects levitating, and a level of chaos that left seasoned officers questioning reality. Why did authority figures risk their reputations to report the impossible? And what really happened behind those doors? I also explore this cases link to controversial investigators Ed and Lorraine Warren, sharing my own thoughts on them. We explore the chilling eyewitness accounts and the investigative files that make this case a cornerstone of paranormal history. Send us Fan Mail I guarantee that you have never heard this chilling haunted house case before. It began in Kentucky in 1977, with a Ouija board session, which seemed to unlock a series of terrifying events witnessed by the Green family. Strap in for a series of truly unique and nightmarish events, including a spine-tingling phone conversation with a presence that somehow called from inside the house. This case took place in the Dixie Housing Project, Prestonsburg, in the mountains of eastern Kentucky: just 0.7 miles from the site of a catastrophic 1958 school bus disaster. Could there be a chilling link? These events are never fictionalised. The witnesses are real. The locations are real. Send us Fan Mail Video version HERE A forgotten 1889 haunting… a violent poltergeist… and a voice that claimed to be the Devil. In this episode of Into the Fog, I uncover one of the most disturbing and little-known paranormal cases in Canadian history: The Dagg Farm Haunting. After finding a long-lost book and cross-checking it with historical records, I’ve pieced together a chilling story of a rural family in Clarendon, Quebec, whose quiet farmhouse became the centre of terrifying supernatural activity. We’re not just talking about moving objects or strange noises. This case includes: • Spontaneous fires • Windows shattering with no cause • Objects flying violently through the air • Human waste mysteriously appearing across the house • A young girl physically attacked… her hair torn from her scalp • And most disturbing of all… a disembodied voice speaking obscene and threatening words Multiple witnesses, including a visiting investigator, heard the voice for themselves. It claimed to be the Devil… and said it had been sent to torment the family. But was this a genuine supernatural haunting… a hoax… or an invasion of some kind of demonic force. I don’t say this often, but I’m tempted to say this one is demonic. After listening all the way through, you’ll understand why. And after tracking down the original location and speaking with current property owners, I ask the question: Did whatever haunted the Dagg family truly leave… or has it lingered? Send us Fan Mail Video Version HERE In 1991, a young girl named Judith flatlined for eight minutes on an operating table at Dryburn Hospital, County Durham. During those eight minutes, she left her body...and what she experienced on the other side would change her life forever. When she came back, she wasn't alone. What followed was decades of escalating paranormal activity: poltergeist disturbances, shadow figures, disembodied voices calling her name from the attic, and a presence that refuses to leave. Multiple witnesses, including an ex-military specialist (whom I spoke to for this episode). Judith even says that horror icon Kane Hodder (Jason Voorhees himself) experienced the phenomenon firsthand, while at a horror convention. What's more...this case is still happening today. Special thanks to Rob Kirkup of How Haunted? and Rob of DeadAirTV for their help during our research into Dryburn Hospital, and for replying so quickly to our queries. Send us Fan Mail Toby grew up in a remote forest house on Rame Road, Greenhithe, New Zealand. Built on Māori land his home never felt right. Especially the stone outbuilding covered in ritualistic paintings and handprints — prompting rumours of demonic worship and witchcraft. Then one night in the bunkhouse, it came. Tapping at the window. The beginning of a uniquely terrifying haunting, with disturbing links to a real-life double murder - told here for the first time ever. Expect apparitions, dancing imps, and a dog-headed figure eerily similar to dogman encounters reported worldwide. But the most frightening discovery was what we uncovered about the very land on which this house stood. What lurked on Rame Road in Greenhithe, NZ… and more to the point, does it roam there still? Send us Fan Mail Video Version HERE Is this the saddest paranormal case ever told? In 1984, the Columbus Poltergeist case made worldwide headlines when photographer Fred Shannon captured what appeared to be a telephone flying across the room — with 14-year-old Tina Resch sitting right there. Was this real paranormal activity caught on camera, or an elaborate hoax? In this episode of Into the Fog, I investigate the full, disturbing story of Tina Resch — from the terrifying poltergeist events in her Columbus, Ohio home, to the paranormal investigation led by William Roll, to James Randi's explosive accusations of fraud. But the story doesn't end with the haunting. What happened to Tina Resch in the years that followed is far darker than any ghost story. This is one of the most documented poltergeist cases in history — and one of the most tragic. For more on Peter Laws check out: www.patreon.com/peterlaws or www.peterlaws.co.uk
Send us Fan Mail In this episode of Into the Fog, I explore a disturbing haunted house story from 1940s England. I'm surprised this case isn't much known as it's a really interesting and unsettling story. It's about a family who move into a new council house, after being on a long waiting list for accommodation. While there, they encounter a haunting that drove them from the house. But part of that haunting, includes the death of their new baby. So some listeners may find that part disturbing - but it's included because it became a core part of the story, after what one of the children said they saw, just before the baby's death. I covered this story briefly in the Into the Fog Live Patreon event a few months back, but I've gone into much more depth, and (with the help of The Haunted Historian) have uncovered a collection of other experiences from the same area, and same street...possibly even the same house. Send us Fan Mail Video Version HERE In 1945, an elderly farm worker was found savagely killed on the slopes of Meon Hill. His body was pinned to the ground with his own pitchfork. Rumours spread that this was no ordinary murder, but a ritual killing rooted in old English witchcraft. In this episode, I investigate the chilling case now known as the Pitchfork Witch Murder: the killing of Charles Walton in the Warwickshire village of Lower Quinton. I’ll explore the original police files, local folklore about the "Black Dog" of Meon Hill, and the theories that have surrounded this case for decades – from witchcraft, ancient stone circles to occult sacrifice. We’ll also look at the role of the famous detective “Fabian of the Yard”, and ask why this brutal crime remains officially unsolved. Send us Fan Mail Video Version HERE What happens when you are trapped in a tiny apartment with a presence that wants you out? In this witness-collaborated case file, we examine an aggressive haunting that took place entirely within the claustrophobic confines of a small flat. Unlike subtle residual activity, this poltergeist-like phenomenon turned hostile, leaving the witness cornered with seemingly no escape. We analyse the escalation of activity and the terrifying reality of a haunting in which the walls feel as if they are closing in. This is a story of entrapment and a fight for territory against an unseen force. For more on Peter Laws check out: www.patreon.com/peterlaws or www.peterlaws.co.uk
Send us Fan Mail Video Version HERE Most hauntings are tied to a location. If you leave the house, the activity stops. But for one man in the UK, the phenomenon wasn't attached to a building, it clung to HIM. In this true paranormal documentary, we investigate a rare case of lifelong paranormal attachment that followed a witness for decades, no matter where he moved. Based on corroborated testimony and told here for the first time, this report documents the psychological toll of a haunting that offered "nowhere safe" to hide. We analyze the timeline of events and the witness's struggle to understand why this presence refused to let him go. For more on Peter Laws check out: www.patreon.com/peterlaws or www.peterlaws.co.uk
