To access "My Qigong" go to www.my-qigong.com In today's Qigong podcast, Torsten Lueddecke sits down with Leilah Cupido and Heather Bourne — two Qigong therapists who have partnered to create one of the most transformative Qigong workshops available today. Together they explore the most common reason people abandon their Qigong practice: doubt. Through their 7-step framework called “From Doubt to Dedication,” they reveal how intention, discipline, detachment, and joy can turn a wavering practice into a life-changing commitment. Drawing on the principles of Zhineng Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Leilah and Heather break down why doubt is not the enemy — it is actually a signal pointing you toward courage, creativity, and deeper commitment. They unpack the concept of “e-motion” — how every emotion carries energy that is meant to move you forward rather than hold you back. The conversation dives deep into one of the most overlooked obstacles to healing: attachment to illness. As Heather reveals, around 30% of people who don’t experience progress may be unknowingly attached to their condition — not out of choice, but because it has become part of their identity. Through gentle Qigong practice and conscious detachment, this can shift without the need to relive trauma. Leilah and Heather also shae how their workshop uses Lachi and Shanghai Qigong to embody each of the seven steps — from setting a clear intention to developing a joyful, sustainable daily habit. Whether your goal is physical healing, personal growth, or overcoming procrastination, this episode offers a powerful roadmap to show up fully for yourself and your life. 👳️ Next live workshop: August 15th — Switzerland 💛 Online workshop coming in Autumn 🪨 Mindful Moments from This Episode: Qigong begins with a decision — setting a clear intention that acts as your northern light throughout the journey Discipline in Qigong is not about force — it is about relaxation and flexibility working hand in hand Doubt is natural after setting an intention; Qigong teaches you to observe it rather than be consumed by it Emotions are “e-motions” — energy in motion that Qigong helps you channel into courageous and creative action Fear in Qigong practice is not a stop sign — it is an invitation to take courageous action toward your intention Detachment in Qigong does not mean isolation — it means releasing your grip on the story that is keeping you stuck Up to 30% of those not healing may be unknowingly attached to their illness — Qigong gently helps dissolve this Joy is the highest form of Qigong — developing a joyful heart is its own daily practice and act of cultivation Dedication in Qigong is an act of self-love that ripples outward — your healing contributes to the healing of all Qigong’s Qi field means we are all connected — your evolution mirrors and uplifts the evolution of those around you 🔗 Links & Resources: From Doubt to Dedication Workshop — August 15, Switzerland: https://www.theartofhealingwithlove.com/fr/event-details/from-doubt-to-dedication-tcm-qigong-workshop-1 Leilah Cupido & Heather Bourne’s Website: https://www.theartofhealingwithlove.com/ Wisdom Qigong Uncovered Podcast on Buzzsprout: https://www.buzzsprout.com/2317648 #WisdomQigongUncovered #Qigong #ZhinengQigong #FromDoubtToDedication #QigongPractice #QigongHealing #TCM #TraditionalChineseMedicine #Intention #Dedication #MindBodySpirit #QigongMeditation #PersonalGrowth #SelfHealing #Detachment 🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/ 🎁 Discover the power of Qigong with this easy-to-follow Starter Kit: https://qigong-starter-kit.com/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/ Connect on Facebook , Instagram , Youtube
In today's Qigong podcast, Yvonne Hoeboer, a Zhineng Qigong teacher and community builder from the Netherlands, shares her extraordinary journey — losing 20 kilograms through consistent Qigong practice and discovering how Qi itself can become the body's deepest source of nourishment. Yvonne's Qigong journey began in 2012, drawn in almost by instinct — describing her very first class as "homecoming." What started as a personal practice grew into a calling. After traveling to China for her teacher training in 2017, she began her 100-day gong practice. Through consistent Qigong — especially wall squats — something remarkable happened: over two years she lost 20 kilograms naturally, without dieting. The evening cravings she had battled for years simply disappeared. Torsten and Yvonne explore the fascinating connection between Qi cultivation and appetite. When you practice Qigong deeply, the Qi nourishes you at an energetic level — and the body stops reaching for food to fill what it was really craving. She also shares how the mindset teaching of Ming — self-observation without judgment — creates a powerful inner "switch" that can be applied far beyond weight loss, to any habit, pattern, or addiction in life. Yvonne also reveals her exciting new project: a Zhineng Qigong community gathering happening August 28-30 in Limburg, the Netherlands — open to practitioners, teachers, and beginners from across Europe. A beautiful event built on the belief that Western teachers are now the carriers of this ancient wisdom, empowered to spread it in their own unique way. Join Yvonne as she explores: Can Qigong be the key to lasting transformation — in your body, your mind, and your life? Mindful Moments: Qigong practice can naturally eliminate food cravings by cultivating Qi as deep energetic nourishment. Zhineng Qigong's 100-day gong practice, particularly wall squats, creates powerful physical transformation. Qigong reduces stress — often the hidden root cause of overeating, cravings, and weight gain. The Qigong principle of Ming teaches self-observation without judgment, breaking habitual patterns at the root. Qigong creates a mindset "switch" that applies to weight loss, addictions, and any life challenge. Consistent Qigong practice builds both a physical and energetic foundation for long-term health. The Zhineng Qigong community's shared Qi field amplifies every practitioner's personal practice. Qigong teachers in the West are now the carriers of ancient wisdom, spreading it in their own unique way. Practicing Qigong in a community deepens awareness, connection, and the transformative power of the practice. In today's Qigong podcast, Naomi Hales, a passionate Zhineng Qigong practitioner and educator, shares her remarkable exploration into the science of how Qigong can influence our very DNA — unlocking healing through the power of consciousness, intention, and our deep connection to nature. At the heart of this conversation is epigenetics — the study of how our thoughts, environment, and practices can change gene expression without altering our underlying DNA. Naomi explains how Zhineng Qigong works as a powerful epigenetic tool, activating the body's self-healing intelligence through focused awareness and the cultivation of Qi. Drawing on Dr. Herbert Benson's groundbreaking research at Harvard on the relaxation response, she reveals the measurable physiological shifts that regular Qigong practice can create. Naomi explores the profound relationship between Qigong and nature, explaining how immersing ourselves in natural environments amplifies our connection to universal Qi and supports deep nervous system regulation. She also discusses neuroplasticity — how consistent Qigong practice literally rewires the brain, shifting us from chronic stress and anxiety into expanded states of peace, clarity, and wellbeing. Qigong and epigenetics together offer a powerful framework for understanding how we can take conscious control of our health. Naomi shares how daily Qigong practice builds a biological foundation for healing, and how the Zhineng Qigong community creates a shared Qi field that supports every practitioner's journey. Join Naomi as she explores: Can Qigong really change your genes? Mindful Moments: Qigong practice directly influences gene expression through the science of epigenetics. In today's Qigong podcast, we explore one of the most powerful questions in healing: what if trying harder is actually getting in the way? Dr. Cynthia Li, medical doctor, Qigong teacher, and author of The Medicine of Flow - joins host Torsten Lueddecke for the second time to share her revolutionary approach to effortless healing through Zhineng Qigong. Effortless healing, rooted in the Daoist principle of Wu Wei, isn't about giving up or being passive. Qigong teaches us that true healing happens when we stop fighting our bodies and learn to move into a state of flow - a peak healing state where all inner systems sync up and work as one. In this Qigong episode, Dr. Cynthia Li walks us through her seven simple steps from the book: Pause into Stillness, Soften Your Intentions, Empty the Mind, Open the Heart, Inhabit the Body, and Tap into the Collective. Each step is a portal — not a rigid sequence — designed to help you release resistance and let healing happen naturally. Qigong flow state isn't the same as relaxation. It's an activated calm — the state where intuition sharpens, the heart and brain sync into coherence, and the body can finally receive healing at its deepest level. Whether you're dealing with chronic illness, emotional blocks, or simply feeling stuck, this conversation will shift how you think about the healing journey. Dr. Cynthia Li also brings modern neuroscience into the picture — from the heart's electromagnetic field being 100x larger than the brain's, to how collective coherence in Qigong practice creates a healing field that goes far beyond the individual. This is Qigong for the modern world. Mindful Moments: Qigong healing happens effortlessly when we stop resisting and surrender to flow Pausing into stillness in Qigong is the foundational step — without it, nothing else begins Softening your intentions in Qigong creates space for the body's natural wisdom to emerge Emptying the mind in Qigong means partnering with your thinking mind, not fighting it Qigong opens the heart field — which is 100x larger than the brain's electromagnetic field Inhabiting the body through Qigong grounds expanded energy and prevents bypassing Collective Qigong coherence means your individual healing contributes to the healing of the whole Qigong flow state is an activated calm — not relaxation, but peak healing potential The Golden Triad of Qigong: mind empty, heart open, body inhabited Practicing Qigong daily rewrites the body's subconscious programs from resistance to flow 🎧 Listen & Subscribe: Spotify → https://open.spotify.com/episode/2kdvPkkUdlUhWG9sLx8RhC?si=cb0b51a6ada0481e Apple Podcasts → https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/effortless-healing-qigong-dr-cynthia-lis-7-steps-to-flow/id1738244230?i=1000766461323 Amazon Music → https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/46b65dc5-b968-497d-aed3-30a832e76f6c/episodes/9f1392cc-64b5-4405-9779-3a4da5bc40af/wisdom-qigong-uncovered-effortless-healing-qigong-dr-cynthia-li's-7-steps-to-flow Links and Resources: 🌐 Dr. Cynthia Li's book — The Medicine of Flow: Harmonizing Your Inner State for Effortless Healing — available now on Amazon and major retailers 🎥 Video enhancements of Qi and the Qi Universe — already helping viewers deepen their practice. In today’s Qigong podcast, Kristen Pols, the author of the new ebook, Qi Science and Modern Medicine, shares her incredible work finding parallels between zhineng qigong and modern medicine. The foundation of the discussion is Qi study, defined as the study of life energy - the vital force that animates all living things. This ancient philosophy describes how energy, matter, and information interact to sustain and balance the body. Practices such as Qigong and Hunyuan Qi Therapy are tools designed to cultivate and direct this energy for health, vitality, and self-healing. Kristen highlights that these ancient concepts find confirmation in modern science. We discuss how neuroplasticity allows our brains to rewire themselves through mental practices, and how epigenetics demonstrates the ability to influence gene expression without altering DNA. A core concept in zhineng qigong is the Yi Yuan Ti—using consciousness and focused intention to direct the Hunyuan Qi. As the principle states, "Conscious Intention Guides Qi" (Ying leads Qi). This conscious practice, utilizing meditation, visualization, and journaling, serves as a mechanism to activate the body's self-healing processes. Qi Science and Modern Medicine aims to help people who may be skeptical find confirmation of these powerful ideas in Western science, building the necessary trust for the intention to work properly and supporting self-advocacy in health. While limitations exist due to a lack of research funding in the West, there is no scientific evidence that contradicts Qi science; rather, these practices are projected to reshape the way we look at medicine and healthcare in the future Join Kristen as she explores: Can ancient Qigong wisdom align with modern science? Mindful Moments: Qigong and Hunyuan Qi Therapy cultivate and regulate Qi for health and self-healing. Zhineng Qigong aligns with modern research in neuroplasticity, epigenetics, and quantum biology. Qigong uses Yi Yuan Ti (consciousness) and intention to guide Hunyuan Qi. The core Qigong principle: “Conscious Intention Guides Qi” (Ying leads Qi). Qigong improves stress reduction, mental balance, and body-mind coherence. It teaches the Three Treasures (Chen, Jing, Qi), mirroring matter, energy, and information. Quantum biology supports the idea of the body as an energetic, information-driven system. Qigong encourages self-healing and personal responsibility in one’s health journey. Practicing Qigong can influence gene expression, similar to epigenetics. A simple Qigong start: take a deep morning breath and observe your feelings and environment. 🌐 Episode page: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/kristenpols1 Links and Resources: 📖 Click here to read the eBook Qi Science and Modern Medicine: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/product/qi-science-and-modern-medicine-e-book/ 🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/ 🎁 Discover the power of Qigong with this easy-to-follow Starter Kit: https://qigong-starter-kit.com/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/ Connect on Facebook , Instagram , Youtube
In today’s Qigong podcast, guest Meghna Patel, a Hunyuan Qi therapist based in Germany, shared numerous success stories of natural healing involving Zhineng Qigong, often succeeding where Western medicine suggested recovery was "not possible". She detailed the profound recovery of a friend following a dangerous hemorrhagic stroke, which damaged the motor and speech centers. Immediately after the stroke, Meghna utilized the Qi field and Qigong therapy to strengthen and rebuild his energy, focusing on putting good information into the field. Key to the stroke recovery was nurturing his fragmented consciousness and life force energy, alongside maintaining a rigorous positive mindset aimed at a completely healthy body. Remarkable results included the healing of all cerebral arteries and significant recovery from kidney damage (from 40% to 62%). Furthermore, the friend learned to sink his blood pressure 30 points using only his mind and breath, and a physiotherapist noted the successful removal of his right-side spasticity, a feat she described as "not medically possible" based on conventional medical frameworks. The conversation emphasized that blocked life force energy (Qi) is often the root cause of disease, frequently tied to unresolved emotions. Meghna shares how her Qigong practice has helped patients heal — one man’s eye cyst ,linked to liver and anger, reduced after forgiveness work, while a woman’s spinal arthritis, IBS, and anxiety disappeared after a single session focused on strengthening her center. Meghna proved that addressing the blockage in Qi flow was more critical than focusing solely on Western Medicine solutions. This healing process relies on connecting to the True self, the unpolluted part of us that connects purely to the Qi field. Mindful Moments: Qigong and Hunyuan Qi therapy enable natural healing, even when Western medicine deems it impossible. Daily Qigong calms anxiety and strengthens energy after trauma like a stroke. Zhineng Qigong develops consciousness, gathers Qi, and enhances mindfulness. Qigong guides Qi flow so the body functions in harmony for healing. A stroke patient’s kidney function improved from 40% to 62% through Qigong. Qigong helped remove post-stroke spasticity once thought irreversible. Using “where the mind goes, Qi flows,” patients lower blood pressure by focusing on feet and breath. The Qigong Crane’s Neck exercise relieved spinal arthritis, IBS, and anxiety by unblocking Qi. Qigong fosters curiosity—ask the Qi field, “How can I deepen my practice?” Qigong requires deep mindfulness to sense Qi movement and openness for the Qi field to reveal itself. 🌐 Episode page: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/meghnapatel1/ Links and Resources: 📧Email: tieferuhe@gmail.com 🌐 Website: http://www.tieferuhe.carrd.co/ 📷 Meghna's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/tieferuhe/?hl=en About Sufi Master Idries Shah: https://idriesshahfoundation.org/books/the-sufis/ 🎮 Discover Qigong Game: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/discover-qigong/ 🎁 Discover the power of Qigong with this easy-to-follow Starter Kit: https://qigong-starter-kit.com/ 🎙️🌟Explore more podcasts, events, and resources visit: https://www.zhineng-qigong-students-hub.com/ Connect on Facebook , Instagram , Youtube

Without any prior knowledge of Qigong. Hélène described witnessing remarkable moments where Qi, combined with intention and inner awareness, led to visible and often immediate healing outcomes. These experiences were part of daily life at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center. Cancer recovery involves rebuilding emotional resilience, restoring trust in the body, and shifting deeply rooted mental patterns. Mind-body healing lies at the heart of her work. Emotional healing becomes possible as patients learn to release fear, transform their old frame of reference, and regain a sense of empowerment through conscious movement and intention. One of the key concepts Tsoe emphasizes is the idea of the “old frame of reference” the unconscious emotional patterns and reactions that many cancer patients fall back on after treatment. By implementing Daily practice of Zhineng Qigong exercises, individuals are guided to face these ingrained habits in real time, learning to respond with new awareness, presence, and emotional strength. This shift in mindset is central not only to emotional healing, but also to preventing relapse by creating a state of internal harmony, stress reduction, and energetic balance. By implementing Safe Qigong exercises for recovery, Tsoe helps her students experience firsthand how intention, posture, and conscious movement can encourage a powerful transformation, supporting both their immune systems and their return to everyday life with renewed trust in themselves. Moving beyond the structure of traditional Qigong practice, she emphasizes that true healing begins when consciousness becomes self-aware—when we observe not just our thoughts and Qi, but the awareness itself. Through consistent observation, Cynthia encourages practitioners to merge with the information field, allowing the subtle intelligence of the Qi field to guide transformation from within. This practice isn’t just about moments on the mat; it’s about sustaining the Mingjue state during life’s everyday challenges. By grounding Qigong in daily routines, whether through Lower Dantian breathing, La Qi, or simply being present while washing dishes, Cynthia demonstrates how we can bring heart intelligence and self-awareness into everything we do. Her approach to Mingjue daily life is both practical and profound, using comfortably challenging scenarios and incremental exposure to strengthen awareness in real-world situations. She highlights how emotional flow, letting go of resistance, and releasing attachment are not just side effects of practice, they are the signs of true Qigong integration. Through this lens, Qigong becomes not an escape, but a playful, empowering, and joyful way to live. Join Cynthia Li as she explains how to achieve a Mingjue State with Qigong! Mindful Moments: Qigong is most powerful when integrated into daily life, not limited to practice sessions. The Mingjue state in Qigong is a form of deep self-awareness and observation. Healing in Qigong begins with consciousness, not just physical movement. Qigong helps release resistance and emotional blockages by cultivating inner observation. Practicing Qigong in daily activities brings heart intelligence into ordinary moments. Qigong is not an escape—it’s a tool to transform how we live and respond. The Qigong information field holds wisdom that supports healing and personal growth. Group Qigong practice can amplify the Mingjue field through shared consciousness. Playfulness and joy are essential parts of a balanced Qigong lifestyle. While many practitioners experience calm during Zhineng Qigong exercises, Luise highlights that the authentic Qigong state should extend far beyond formal sessions and into everyday life. She explores the misunderstanding of affirmations like “Hao La”, often used superficially, and introduces vision writing Qigong as a tool for deeper emotional healing, self-awareness, and conscious living. This technique encourages practitioners to engage their senses, embody good information, and develop a clear sense of purposeful Qigong. A core theme is the continuous application of good information Qigong—not just during structured sessions, but through every thought, word, and interaction. True emotional healing Qigong and personal growth occur when we release self-judgment, practice self-love Qigong, and remain open to inner transformation. Rather than giving away personal power to Qigong masters or falling into the trap of spiritual bypass, Luise advocates for taking full self-responsibility and living a life guided by joy, awareness, and intention. The Qigong state not as a temporary state, but is a holistic lifestyle. Join Luise Kohl Hayek as she unpacks the common misunderstandings in Zhineng Qigong! Mindful Moments: Qigong practice should continue beyond sessions. The true Qigong state is a daily way of being. Zhineng Qigong is misunderstood when “Hao La” is used superficially. While many begin practicing Qigong to relieve body illnesses or emotional imbalance, Qigong meditation opens the door to a deeper inner transformation. In today’s Qigong podcast, Mariana de la Vega, founder of the Consciousness Lab, explores the question: Why do we practice Qigong? And how can we move beyond the illusion of separation to experience true oneness? The initial motivation for practicing Qigong often starts with healing the body—but evolves into a journey of understanding the mind, releasing suffering, and reconnecting with life as pure experience. Mariana shares how, through consistent Qigong practice, we begin to dissolve the boundaries between the experiencer and the experience, realizing they are not two—but one. Emotional healing is a central theme within Mariana’s Consciousness Lab. Drawing on methods rooted in Hunyuan Entirety Theory, she emphasizes that Qigong meditation is not only a practice for well-being, but a gateway to awakening the true self and accessing the universe within. Applying Qigong in daily life is where true transformation begins. The teachings of Zhineng Qigong and the Consciousness Lab highlight the importance of practical Qigong applications, encouraging us to integrate these insights into our everyday experiences for a complete shift in perspective. Join Mariana as she explores why we truly practice Qigong - and how to move beyond the illusion of separation into oneness and awareness. Mindful moments: Qigong is more than movement—it's a path to healing, awareness, and expanded consciousness. Many begin Qigong for healing, but it leads to deeper inner transformation. Qigong meditation moves us from thinking to direct, embodied experience. Asking why practice Qigong sparks self-inquiry and reveals deeper purpose. Zhineng Qigong shows that experiencer and experience are one, dissolving separation. Qigong supports emotional healing by releasing trauma and restoring presence.
