Manifesting Weight Loss: How to Build Motivation, Self-Love and Healthy Habits What if manifesting weight loss isn't just about visualising your dream body, but about becoming the person who takes consistent action towards better health, fitness and confidence? In this episode of The Manifest Movement, I talk about manifestation and weight loss, and why taking action is such an important part of creating the results you want. For a long time, I thought the answer was simple: get out of bed, go to the gym, eat nutritious food and stop making excuses. But I've realised there's so much more to manifesting weight loss than simply doing the work. Your mindset, self-love, confidence, motivation and the environment you surround yourself with all play a part. I share my own experience of losing my fitness motivation after having twins, how I made health and fitness a priority again during my January 2026 Manifestation Challenge, and the practical changes that helped me become more consistent. I also talk about women who have achieved incredible results through the Manifest Challenge by focusing first on self-love, self-belief and confidence, rather than making weight loss their only goal. In this episode, I talk about: Why manifestation requires action, particularly when it comes to health and fitness. How prioritising your health can help you feel better, raise your energy and support your manifestation practice. My personal journey back to the gym after losing motivation following the birth of my twins. How to make getting up and exercising easier through preparation, routines and simple habits. Why you shouldn't wait until you feel motivated to take action. How joining classes, finding a workout partner and choosing activities you enjoy can help you stay consistent. Why self-love, self-belief and confidence can be powerful starting points for personal transformation. How visualisation can help you connect with the version of yourself you want to become. How negative self-talk can hold you back, especially when you're worried about what other people think. The importance of community, encouragement and accountability when working towards your goals. How to use my seven-step manifestation process to get clear on what you want, why you want it, what you want to see, hear and feel, and the action you're going to take. My biggest takeaway: You don't have to feel motivated every day, and you don't have to get everything perfect. Start by building habits you can stick to, taking action that feels achievable and learning to show up for yourself. If you're ready to focus on your health, fitness, confidence or personal goals, I also share why the Manifest Challenge community can be a great place to find encouragement, support and accountability. Remember, manifestation isn't about sitting back and hoping things will change. It's about aligning your mindset with the actions that move you towards the life you want. Are you struggling to trust the manifestation process? Do you find yourself constantly checking for signs, overthinking your desires or wondering when the universe is finally going to deliver? In this episode of The Manifest Movement, I'm talking about how to strengthen your belief, recognise synchronicities and learn to let go of the need to control every outcome. If you've ever been told to simply surrender and let go, but found it almost impossible when it comes to something you deeply desire, this episode is for you. I'm sharing why building belief can be more powerful than trying to force yourself to surrender, along with personal stories about manifesting twins, trusting my intuition around a potential book publisher, and recognising signs that seem to point me in the right direction. I also open up about one of the darkest periods of my life following the loss of a baby, and how gratitude, yoga, boxing and a conscious decision to work on my mindset helped me begin finding my way forward. This is a powerful reminder that manifestation isn't just about waiting for something to happen. It's about believing in what's possible, changing the stories you tell yourself, taking inspired action and learning when to stop obsessing over the outcome. In this episode, I cover: Why belief is an essential part of the manifestation process. How to strengthen your belief when doubt starts creeping in. How to recognise signs, synchronicities and intuitive nudges from the universe. When to take action and when to surrender control. How to stop obsessively checking, overthinking and chasing your manifestation. Why rejection can create space for redirection and new opportunities. How changing your thoughts and daily habits can support personal transformation. Why gratitude, affirmations and consistent action matter. How to start making different choices if you're ready for a different life. Whether you're manifesting love, a soulmate, a baby, money, a dream job, a new home or a completely different life, I want this episode to encourage you to reconnect with your belief and trust yourself enough to take the next step. ✨ My reminder to you: Anything is possible when you believe. You don't have to control every detail to move forward with faith, intention and action. Ready to take your manifestation practice further? Are you doing all the gratitude, affirmations and visualisation… but still wondering why what you want isn’t showing up? In this episode, we’re talking about one of the most important parts of manifestation: alignment . You might say you want your soulmate, dream job, more money, a family or a completely different life — but what are you actually thinking and believing about it underneath the affirmations? We dive into how your hidden thoughts, limiting beliefs and doubts can reveal whether you’re truly aligned with what you’re trying to manifest. You’ll hear real stories about soulmate manifestation, money, unexpected wins and what happens when you stop letting other people dictate what you should want. Plus, there’s a simple exercise you can do in the Notes app on your phone to uncover the beliefs you actually have around the things you’re trying to manifest. In this episode: ✨ What alignment really means in manifestation ✨ How limiting beliefs can contradict what you say you want ✨ Why your thoughts matter beyond gratitude and affirmations ✨ The soulmate manifestation lesson you need to hear ✨ How other people’s opinions can influence your dreams ✨ A simple exercise to uncover your subconscious beliefs ✨ Why rejection can be redirection ✨ How to stop chasing and start attracting If you’re ready to get serious about manifestation, this is your reminder to look at what you’re actually saying to yourself. Your thoughts need to be in alignment with the life you say you want. And remember: it’s a yes, a yes-but-not-yet, or a no because something better is coming. Ready to go all in? What if being completely, unapologetically yourself is actually part of the manifestation process? In this episode, I share a new manifestation theory I’ve been thinking about: when you fully step into your authentic self, you create space for the right things to find you. I explore what I mean by “the universe,” why authenticity matters, and why you don’t need to believe exactly what I believe for this idea to resonate with you. I look at Katie Taylor and Oprah as two powerful examples of people who have stayed true to themselves, even when it would have been easier — or potentially more profitable — to follow the crowd. We also talk about: ✨ Why being authentic can feel like the harder path ✨ Katie Taylor, faith and doing things her own way ✨ Oprah’s lesson about intention and following your inner voice ✨ Why listening to everyone else can pull you away from yourself ✨ The pressure to build your business in the way everyone says will make you the most money ✨ Why I’ve chosen to keep the live, accountable element of the Manifest Challenge ✨ Following the “whispers” when you know there’s something more for you ✨ How to start moving towards the life that feels more authentically yours The big question I want you to ask yourself after listening is: Am I really showing up as me — or am I doing what I think everyone else expects me to do? You don’t necessarily have to quit your job, change your entire life or make a huge leap overnight. Sometimes you just need to start making small tracks towards the person and life you know you’re meant to become. Do it your way. Bring your vibe to it. Follow the whispers. And if you’re ready to start your own manifestation journey, the next 28-Day Manifest Challenge starts January 3rd. How to Manifest What You Want Without Doubt or Attachment What do you do when the people around you question your dreams? How do you keep believing when your manifestation seems to be taking forever? And how do you actually let go of the outcome without giving up on what you want? In this episode, I’m answering three of your manifestation questions and sharing personal stories from my own journey with manifesting love, a home, a baby and other big life goals. We talk about why other people’s doubts can trigger us, how to protect your dreams when not everyone understands them, and the importance of building an unshakeable belief in yourself. I also share why manifestation isn’t about sitting back and waiting for miracles. You still have to show up, take action and consistently support the reality you want to create. And when you’ve genuinely done everything you can? That’s when surrender and trust come in. In this episode: What to say when family or friends question your manifestation How other people’s doubts can expose your own doubts Why you don’t have to share your dreams with everyone The importance of choosing the qualities you want rather than fixating on a specific person What to do when your manifestation is taking longer than expected The role of action, consistency and showing up for yourself How gratitude, affirmations, visualisation and other manifestation practices can support your mindset Knowing when you’ve done your part and it’s time to surrender How to detach from the outcome while still believing in what you want Creating belief through visualising and acting as if your desired reality is possible Why trusting the timing of your life can be one of the hardest—and most important—parts of manifestation The big reminder You don’t need everyone else to believe in your dreams. You need to develop the belief within yourself, take the action available to you, and learn to trust the process. As I say throughout the episode: “Everything always works out for me.” And if you’re ready to commit to yourself, the 28-Day Manifestation Challenge is designed to help you build that belief and show up consistently for the things you want to create. Can You Change Your Future? The Psychic Told Me What Would Happen… What if someone told you exactly what was going to happen in your life — and then some of it actually came true? In this episode, I’m answering your manifestation questions and sharing some stories I’ve never really told before, including a seriously wild experience with a fortune teller who predicted a major family tragedy, my future career, my relationships and even my children. But here’s the question: if someone tells you your future, does that mean you’re stuck with it? My answer is a very strong NO. I’m talking about why I believe you can change your “cards” through your mindset, why I don’t recommend manifesting a specific person, and what to focus on instead when it comes to love, career, money and the life you want. We also get into what to do when you’re trying to manifest multiple things at once — without completely overwhelming yourself — and why manifestation has to be balanced with real action. Plus, I share a recent money manifestation that happened completely unexpectedly and explain why becoming aware of the stories you tell yourself can be such a powerful part of changing your direction. In this episode: ✨ Can you change what a psychic or fortune teller predicts? ✨ My wild fortune-teller story from 20 years ago ✨ Why you shouldn’t manifest a specific person ✨ What to manifest instead when it comes to love ✨ How to manifest multiple things without feeling overwhelmed ✨ Manifestation + action: when you need to get up and do the work ✨ Using visualization to bring different areas of your life together ✨ How to shift negative thoughts around money and career ✨ Why your mindset matters when you’re manifesting ✨ Learning to trust the timing of your life You are the writer, creator and director of your life. IVF & Manifestation: Trusting the Journey When You Can’t Control the Outcome In this deeply personal episode, I am talking about IVF, fertility, manifestation and what it means to keep believing in your dream while letting go of the need to control exactly how or when it happens. I share my own experience of recurrent pregnancy loss and visiting an IVF clinic, including the lessons I learned about advocating for yourself, asking questions, getting the information you need and finding the right support along the way. We also dive into how manifestation can fit alongside taking real-world action — from visualising the end result and creating positive rituals around the IVF process, to staying focused on the bigger picture rather than becoming consumed by every individual step. In this episode, we talk about: Why advocating for yourself is so important during a fertility journey The difference between taking inspired action and trying to control the outcome How to approach IVF while still practising manifestation Why you can’t dictate the “how” or the “when” Using visualisation to connect with the end result you desire Creating positive rituals around difficult parts of the process What to do when you have doubts, wobbles or difficult days Why you don’t have to be positive every second to keep believing The importance of looking after your mindset as well as taking practical action How to keep showing up when the journey doesn’t happen on your expected timeline Most importantly, if you’re struggling to have a baby, I want you to know that you are not alone. The emotions, uncertainty and loneliness that can come with this journey are real — and it’s okay to have days where you wobble, cry or wonder if it’s ever going to happen. This episode is for anyone navigating IVF or fertility challenges, or supporting someone who is. Please remember that my experiences and views are personal and are not a substitute for medical advice. You can also reach out to me with your questions around IVF and manifestation — this is a subject that is incredibly close to my heart because I know what it feels like to struggle in this space. Also, we still have a handful of tickets to my event on September 19th at The Johnstown Estate. I would love to see you there: https://pausepenny.com/product/ready-sept-manifest/ Hosted on Acast. How to Make Manifestation a Lifestyle: Daily Habits That Help You Attract What You Want What if manifestation wasn't something you did occasionally, but simply became part of who you are? In this episode, I am talking about how to make manifestation a lifestyle—especially if you're busy, overwhelmed, or feel like you've fallen out of your routine. I start with a powerful reminder about surrendering and letting go. After becoming consumed with checking ticket sales and trying to make things happen, I decided to step away, stop chasing and trust that things would work out. The result was a reminder that sometimes we need to stop forcing and start allowing. We also talk about why you can't manifest for someone else. You can support your partner, family or friends, but ultimately manifestation requires them to take responsibility for themselves and want the change too. Then we get into the main topic: how to make manifestation part of your everyday life . Manifestation doesn't mean being positive every second of the day or suppressing difficult emotions. Life will still happen. Instead, it's about developing daily habits and tools that help you shift your mindset, raise your energy and respond to life differently. In this episode, you'll learn how to: Get clear on what you actually want to manifest Use affirmations throughout your day Build manifestation into existing daily routines Practise gratitude while making your morning drink Visualise what you want before going to sleep Use habit stacking to make manifestation easier Create reminders that keep your manifestation practice on track Stop chasing and learn to surrender Audit the people, music, books, TV and social media influencing your energy Start small and gradually build your manifestation habits The key is that you don't need an hour-long morning routine, 30 minutes of meditation or a perfect life to manifest. You can build manifestation into things you're already doing every single day. So if September feels like the perfect time for a reset, this episode is your reminder to stop waiting for the "perfect" routine and start creating small manifestation habits that fit into the life you already have. Start small. Build the habits. Trust the process. And let manifestation become a lifestyle. If you want a little Manifest Reset - Join my Ready, Sept, Manifest on September 19th: https://pausepenny.com/product/ready-sept-manifest/ Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Signs, Manifestation & Abundance What do you do when you know all the manifestation rules… but you’re still anxious, checking, obsessing and wondering when it’s finally going to happen? In this episode, I’m sharing three real-life stories from the past week that reminded me of some of the biggest lessons in manifestation: surrender, trust, intention and abundance. I talk about what happened when I was feeling completely consumed by my upcoming event, why I decided to ask the universe for a sign — and the very unexpected sign that appeared. I also share a powerful reminder that manifestation doesn’t mean you’ll never struggle. Sometimes the thing you’re manifesting can bring up fear, doubt and anxiety, and that’s where the real work begins. We also get into the importance of going back to your why and remembering that what you’re creating doesn’t have to be solely about you. What are you giving back? Who will your manifestation help? And finally, we talk about abundance — why you shouldn’t obsess over how the money is going to come, and why becoming aware of the abundance already showing up in your life can completely shift your perspective. In this episode: Why even people who know manifestation inside out can still struggle A simple “I surrender and let go” practice The affirmation: “Everything always works out for me” How to ask for a sign — and recognise it when it arrives Why your why and your intention matter The difference between connection and criticism How your mindset can affect the way you approach what you’re manifesting A simple practice for noticing the abundance already in your life Why you don't need to know exactly where the money will come from The reminder that what goes around comes around Sometimes you don't need to know how it’s going to happen. You just need to believe that it can. Live Event: Ready, Sept, Manifest. If you would like to come to my manifestation morning on Saturday Sept 19th, get your ticket: https://pausepenny.com/product/ready-sept-manifest/ Hosted on Acast. You know that feeling when you really want something to happen… and suddenly your brain starts doing everything it can to convince you that it won’t? What if it doesn’t work? What if it never happens? What if I fail? What if I’m running out of time? In this episode, I’m getting really honest about the fear and panic that came up for me while launching this year’s Ready Sept Manifest event — and how easily I found myself slipping into the exact kind of thinking I tell you to stop doing. Last year, I nearly cancelled my event because the tickets weren’t selling as quickly as I wanted. Instead, Matt Cooke told me to surrender, let go and trust. We collectively visualised it selling out… and it did. There were ultimately almost 170–175 people at the event. And this year, the same fears started creeping back in. So I’m sharing exactly how I deal with that spiral, including: How to identify what you’re actually afraid of when you start panicking Why constantly asking “What if it doesn’t happen?” keeps you stuck My “Yvonne, cut it out” technique for stopping negative thought patterns The 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 — let it go method Why talking to yourself can genuinely help you shift your mindset The difference between letting go and giving up How to take practical action while still surrendering the outcome Why you don’t need to be “high vibes” all the time And why awareness of your thoughts is one of the most important manifestation tools you have Because manifestation isn’t about pretending everything is perfect or forcing yourself to feel positive 24/7. It’s about noticing when you’re spiralling, cutting off the story that’s taking you somewhere you don’t want to go, taking the action you can take — and then trusting that it’s going to work out. Your job is to show up. You don’t have to obsess over the how. And if you want to experience manifestation in real life, I’d love to see you at Ready, Sept, Manifest on September 19th at the Johnstown Estate, just outside Dublin. Come by yourself, bring your friends or bring your team from work. It’s going to be an experience. What to Do When You Don't Know What You Want Have you ever found yourself thinking: "I know I don't want this job anymore... but I have no idea what comes next." If so, this episode is for you. One of the biggest misconceptions about manifestation is believing you need complete clarity before you can begin. The truth is, you don't need to know exactly what your dream career or dream life looks like—you simply need to start moving towards the feelings and experiences you want to create. In this episode, I share how to manifest your next chapter even when you don't have all the answers. I also share my own journey from corporate law into entrepreneurship, along with inspiring stories from Sara Blakely (founder of Spanx & Sneex) and Robin Arzón, who both found incredible success without having every step mapped out from the beginning. In this episode you'll learn: Why "I don't know what I want" is usually not the full truth How your thoughts and energy shape what you experience every day Why focusing on how you want to feel creates more clarity than obsessing over the perfect job title A simple exercise to uncover what truly matters to you The power of gratitude, affirmations and trusting divine timing The seven manifestation steps you can use even when your destination isn't yet clear Key Takeaways ✨ You don't need to know exactly where you're going to begin moving forward. ✨ Clarity comes through action—not overthinking. ✨ Focus on the life you want to create, rather than the career you're trying to escape. ✨ The Universe can't guide someone who refuses to take the first step. Favourite Quote "Stop trying to figure it all out. Focus on what you love, how you want to feel, and trust that the path will unfold." If this episode resonated with you, I'd love it if you subscribed to the podcast, shared it with someone who needs to hear it, and left a review. We often think manifestation is about visualising, affirmations and taking aligned action—but what if your environment is working against you? In this week's episode, I'm sharing the biggest lesson I brought home from my family trip to Los Angeles. What started as a holiday quickly became a reminder of how powerfully our surroundings affect our thoughts, emotions and vibrational frequency. I also explain why manifestation is just like booking a holiday. Once you've booked your flights, you don't spend every day wondering if you're really going. You trust it's happening. That same feeling of certainty is what creates true surrender. In this episode, you'll learn: Why manifestation is like booking a holiday. The difference between surrender and giving up. How your environment can lower (or raise) your vibration. Why your nervous system matters more than you think. How to recognise when you're focusing on fear instead of possibility. Practical ways to shift your energy when life feels heavy or overwhelming. Why protecting your peace may be one of the most powerful manifestation tools you have. If you've been feeling anxious, stuck or like your manifestations aren't flowing, this episode will help you understand why—and what you can do to shift back into alignment. How to Stop Caring What Other People Think What happens when someone criticises you, copies your work, or makes you question yourself? In this episode of The Manifest Movement , I'm sharing some very real stories from my own week that brought up confidence, self-worth, people pleasing, boundaries, and the fear of judgment. Because here's the truth: Manifestation doesn't start with your vision board. It starts with how you think about yourself. You can repeat affirmations all day long, but if you're constantly doubting yourself, seeking validation, worrying about what other people think, or allowing criticism to derail your confidence, you'll keep creating the same reality. In this episode, I share the mindset shifts I use when negative thoughts spiral, how I handle criticism online, why people pleasing can become a major manifestation block, and the simple techniques I use to get back into alignment. In This Episode: Why manifestation always starts with self-worth The connection between confidence and what you attract into your life How to stop seeking validation from other people What to do when criticism triggers you My favourite mindset tool for interrupting negative thought spirals Why people pleasing is keeping so many people stuck The importance of boundaries in relationships and business How to handle difficult colleagues, workplace dynamics, and online negativity When to let things go—and when to stand up for yourself Why confidence is built through action, not perfection Key Takeaways: You don't manifest what you want. You manifest who you are. Your worth is not determined by someone else's opinion of you. Negative thoughts are more damaging than a lack of positive thoughts. People pleasing often comes from a lack of self-belief and boundaries. Not every criticism deserves your energy. Sometimes confidence looks like letting it go. Sometimes confidence looks like speaking up. The more you trust yourself, the less you need validation from others. My Favourite Reminder From This Episode Your life changes when you stop asking, "What do they think of me?" and start asking, "What do I think of me?" Manifesting Through Relationships: Exes, Negative Partners & Money Mindset Relationships can be some of our greatest teachers when it comes to manifestation. In this Q&A episode of The Manifest Movement , I'm answering listener questions about exes, closure, negative partners, money mindset, and how to stay aligned with your manifestations when the people around you don't always share your beliefs. I share a personal story about a relationship that took me years to move on from, what happened when I finally got the closure I thought I needed, and why trusting that the universe is making space for something better can be one of the hardest—but most powerful—things you do. We also dive into what happens when your partner doesn't believe in manifestation, whether someone else's negativity can affect your energy, and how to focus on what you can control instead of trying to change everyone around you. Finally, I answer a question from a stay-at-home mum who is trying to manifest financial abundance and a house, and explain why manifestation is about so much more than affirmations—it's about mindset, belief, action, and becoming the person who is ready to receive. In This Episode: ✨ Do you need closure from an ex to move on? ✨ What to do when you've been ghosted or left with unanswered questions ✨ Can a negative partner block your manifestations? ✨ How to stay positive when your spouse doesn't believe in manifestation ✨ Why your energy is your responsibility ✨ The connection between gratitude, mindset, and relationships ✨ Manifesting money and a house as a stay-at-home parent ✨ Why affirmations alone aren't enough ✨ How to combine belief, action, and possibility Key Takeaways: Closure doesn't always come from another person. No one can block your manifestations unless you allow them to. You don't need everyone around you to believe in manifestation for it to work. Gratitude can shift the energy in your home and relationships. Manifestation is a lifestyle, not a one-time practice. Money and opportunities can arrive in unexpected ways when you're open to possibility and willing to take action. The most important relationship you'll ever have is the one you have with yourself. My Favourite Reminder From This Episode: Stop focusing on changing other people and start focusing on changing your thoughts, your energy, and your reactions. That's where your power is. In this Q&A episode of The Manifest Movement , I'm answering three manifestation questions from my community—and showing you why manifestation is far simpler than most people make it. We dive into: ✨ Should you tell people what you're manifesting? ✨ How to know when your belief is strong enough to share your goals with others ✨ Whether you can manifest something as simple as a parking space ✨ The neuroscience behind prayer, manifestation, and focused intention ✨ Why manifestation works best when it becomes a lifestyle rather than a task ✨ What to do when you're having a low-vibe day ✨ Simple ways to shift your energy without spending hours journaling or meditating I also share personal stories about manifesting my soulmate, passing the New York Bar Exam, navigating fertility struggles, and the daily practices that help me stay connected to gratitude, abundance, and possibility. If you've ever felt like manifestation is complicated, overwhelming, or something you're not doing "right," this episode is your reminder that manifestation isn't about perfection—it's about consistency. In This Episode When to share your manifestation goals (and when to keep them private) Why other people's doubts only matter if you secretly doubt yourself The surprising connection between prayer, neuroscience, and manifestation How to make manifestation part of your everyday routine Why you don't need to be positive all the time to manifest My favourite ways to shift my mindset when I'm having a low day Key Takeaway Manifestation isn't something you do when you want something. It's a way of living. The more you build gratitude, intention, self-belief, and awareness into your daily life, the easier it becomes to attract the things you're calling in. Hosted on Acast.
