Listen on Apple PodcastsThe boys are back dishing out questionable love advice this week, helping lasts weeks listener come up with a creative way to properly ask out the girl he's been seeing. Then, fan-favourite segment The Vault makes its return, listener submission edition. My god, are you all fired up. And in the DMs this week: one listener shares her confident pub pick-up line, while another asks the boys to settle a modern dating dilemma once and for all: is it ever okay to approach someone at the gym, or is it an absolute no-go? This week starts with a voice memo from a listener facing one of the biggest relationship dilemmas there is - when and how should you say “I love you”? That kicks off a chat with the boys' own stories of blurting it out at the worst possible times, the “exclusive debate” and how to ask someone out properly. Then Jack relives the horror of getting called out in the middle of a Zoom meeting for very obviously not paying attention. That opens the floodgates for listener stories about the most embarrassing things they've been caught doing on work calls. The boys are joined by their good mate Liam, who takes everyone back to one of the most terrifying moments from filming their TV show, Impractical Jokers. His challenge? Pretend to be the world's most obnoxious reporter while interviewing UFC superstar Bam Bam... in front of a crowd of his die-hard fans. It was pretty much a near death experience. Then, Falcon returns from Burning Man a changed man. Since attending his first ‘burn’ he is officially a convert and tries to explain why the week in the Nevada desert was unlike anything he's ever experienced. This episode starts exactly where you'd expect: with comedian Will Gibb recounting the horrors of his adult circumcision. It somehow spirals into Jack confessing the time he abandoned a girl mid-hang out because he had to rush himself to hospital. Then, the boys expose one of their biggest flaws: they're absolutely useless with remembering names. After Falcon accidentally blanked a very notable golfer at what may have been the worst possible moment, Lulu decides to put the boys through a brutal memory test using three people they'd met around the office just hours earlier. Meet-cutes aren't dead... at least not for Dom! The boys are joined again by their best mate Dom, who shares the surprising story of falling in love, how it all unfolded, and the reason his girlfriend is now known as "Pumpkin." Then, it's time to rile everyone up as the boys attempt the impossible: ranking every major Australian city from best to worst. How do the boys handle jealousy? In this episode, they put themselves to the test, running through a series of classic scenarios to find out. From a partner who can't stop talking about their ex, to a sibling getting a bigger handout from mum and dad, or a friend landing your dream job, they debate when jealousy is normal or not. Then, after hosting a full-blown funeral for their sharehouse and emotionally preparing everyone for its demise, the group of 30-something-year-olds (all in long-term relationships, one engaged) make a shock decision: they're keeping it. Jack and Falcs are tasked with breaking the news to their girlfriends, and let's just say the reactions couldn't have been more different. After the chaos of Jack's girlfriend's dad falsely accusing people of stealing his necklace in Bali, the boys were flooded with messages from listeners sharing their own stories of getting it spectacularly wrong. From accusing coworkers of stealing office food, to being convinced someone was high when they absolutely weren't. Then, fresh off their Bali padel retreat, Jack and Falcs recount what turned into one of the best nights they've ever had. A group of blokes who were complete strangers just days earlier somehow ended up getting matching tattoos, sitting in a 3am ‘truth circle’ and shedding a few tears. For the boys, that's a fairly standard Saturday night. For their new mates, however, it was a slightly more unexpected experience. Finally, Falcon revives his DJ career in front of one of the toughest crowds imaginable: a bunch of 19-year-old college kids. So many things went wrong, the boys genuinely lost count. Then, Jack gives us the update on the Bali trip with both his parents and his girlfriend’s parents. We always suspected something would inevitably go wrong - but a six-hour stand-off involving the police definitely wasn’t on the bingo card. It’s true: Jack hates morning sex. He’s also got a few other controversial opinions up his sleeve, as does Falcs. It’s a rough day to be a gender reveal party… or a high school sweetheart. Jack then prepares for a holiday with his entire family and his girlfriend’s parents (is that even a normal situation?). To calm the nerves and test just how much his family has his back, he decides to prank his mum. Finally, the boys answer your questions about dating profiles, dealing with a mate’s terrible sense of humour, and a very rattling Strava story. The boys check back in with the worst manager ever to hear how negotiations are going… and things have escalated quickly. Falcon’s rider now includes golden retriever puppies and even his face plastered on the side of a bus. Then, the boys reopen The Vault, this time with listener submissions in the form of very angry voice memos. We also hear from you guys in the DMs - chatting about being ghosted, rattled and what's in Jack's bank account. After discovering an old email account made for Falcon’s “DJ career”, the boys realise he’s been unknowingly ignoring gig requests for YEARS. Colleges, clubs, random events… all sitting there unanswered because his mate, Soep, may genuinely be the worst manager in Australia. Naturally, the boys decide it’s time to relaunch DJ Falcs properly. Then, Lulu joins the podcast to investigate one of life’s greatest mysteries: men. Why do blokes insist they’re never cold? Whats the obsession with the BBQ? And are blue balls actually real or a myth? The boys are way too excited to debut a brand new segment… rattling off all the absolute worst places you could possibly get a sudden boner. Inspired by traumatic real-life moments of theirs (think parachute pants and high school). Then, we get a listener on the line who shares a hilariously disturbing story from a family holiday in Amsterdam. In the DMs, the boys answer a few questions about the realities of moving overseas for love and what their favourite music is. Four boys in their 30s - one now engaged - finally say a long, regretful goodbye to their beloved share house. Dom, Grant, Falc's and Jack even got matching tattoos to express their love for this house. But is it finally time to grow up and move on? In this episode, the boys host a full-blown funeral for the house, complete with black suits, somber music, and an emotional eulogy from each of them. Then, they stay in the booth to answer a few house-related DMs. LINKS : Follow @theinspiredunemployedpodcast on Instagram Send us your stories at https://bit.ly/inspired-listener . This week, the boys are joined by one of their best mates, Liam, who shares a truly rattled story from their time filming Impractical Jokers, involving a prank gone too far, a very public apology, and the worst possible person to witness it. Then, in a rare turn, things get real. The boys sit down with producer Lulu for a bit of an unexpected therapy session - opening up about anxiety and panic attacks, Falcs’ confidence, and what it’s actually like trying to be best mates and work together. Then a pivot to listener DMs, and they are unhinged. LINKS : Follow @theinspiredunemployedpodcast on Instagram Send us your stories at https://bit.ly/inspired-listener . Hamish Blake is in the studio this week and comes in hot with a rattled story about his pre-golf nerves, affirmations, and one very unfortunate text that was never meant to be sent. Then, things get practical. Jack calls Falcs out for being physically unable to say no to anything. So Hamish steps in to coach him on the art of saying "no". The boys give Hamish a few fake scenarios to test just how good he is at making up excuses on the spot. And of course, we couldn’t let him leave without getting involved in your DMs - from the best way to pull a sickie, to what to do when the feelings aren’t mutual, to mums getting a little too comfortable on Instagram. It’s finally time to step back into The Vault . The boys properly unload their petty frustrations, minor inconveniences and things that shouldn’t matter but absolutely do. As expected, it gets out of hand quickly, with Falcon yelling into the mic a lot. Falc also has a full-blown parenting crisis… except it’s about his dog. He can’t seem to discipline at all, can’t sleep, and the dog has absolutely destroyed Jack’s room. Is this proof he’s nowhere near ready to be a Dad? Finally, the DMs. This week: Gen Z slang that makes no sense, dealing with cheapskate friends, and a travel tip after being pickpocketed. As always, the advice is questionable at best but they give it a crack. LINKS : Check out @domlittrich on Instagram Follow @theinspiredunemployedpodcast on Instagram . Falcs is trying to wrap his head around the fact his girlfriend bought him flowers for their anniversary. Is that play on? Is there a boy equivalent to flowers? Then, Dom’s back! And after Falcs’ recent betrayal at the hands of a hairdresser, the boys unpack the most offensive betrayals in life - from stiff nights to questionable hairlines. And just when it couldn’t get worse, Falcs reveals the new pet name his girlfriend’s been calling him. LINKS : Check out @domlittrich on Instagram Follow @theinspiredunemployedpodcast on Instagram . After two years off (and relentless bullying in the DMs), you've finally got your wish, they’re back. And yes, they’ve returned on April Fools for dramatic effect. The boys kick things off with a proper rattled story: Jack pocket dialling his ex while sitting next to his current girlfriend. Then Lulu (Sarah) grills the boys on what they’ve actually been doing for the past two years - from travels to medical dramas to airport nightmares and nightmare hangovers. Then, they dive into a few of the questions that have been patiently waiting in the DMs. Jack and Falcs offer their two cents on your dilemmas and questionable decisions. And of course, it all wraps up with a little inspiration. It’s bloody good to be back! LINKS : Follow @theinspiredunemployedpodcast on Instagram .
