We got the third hour started with Mr Mikes Kind of Easy Trivia. It was then time for Three Questions Too Many presented by Park Mazda. The voice of Canada, Rod Smith was the final guest on today's show. He stopped by to preview this CFL Week 16, as well as recap last weeks games in the CFL. We finished the show like we always do with The Wrap from William Huff.
TSN Hockey Analyst Jamie McLennan joined the show today to gear up for the upcoming season, leading off with his take on how Mike Babcock will manage relationships with key veterans like Ryan Nugent-Hopkins. "Noodles" then offered his early impressions on new additions to the lineup—starting with defenseman Ryan Shea—before analyzing whether Babcock will keep the Oilers' elite power play intact or overhaul the system. Finally, the segment wrapped up with McLennan weighing in on Edmonton's latest roster move, sharing his thoughts on the decision to bring forward Alex Formenton into the mix. We then gave our Early Bird Bet presented by Play Alberta. After the break, we got into some Free Advice for Damon Bunting… NFL is back, so plenty of fantasy advice was dished out this morning. Eric Macramalla capped off hour two with lots of laughs, his thoughts on not winning the guest of the year ESTY and some baseball and hockey talk.

We finished hour one with some MMMMMM That's Good presented by The Italian Centre Shop to discuss yesterday's surprise at the ESTYs. What an honour this was.

The fellas led off by getting Craig's take on Isaac Howard and whether he stands as the lone prospect with a legitimate shot to break camp and crack Edmonton's opening-night roster. From there, the conversation shifted to the bigger picture in Oil Country, debating if the Oilers are still firm Stanley Cup contenders heading into the season. Craig also offered his assessment of Calgary's farm system to highlight any potential hidden gems down south, before reacting to the major contract extensions for Drake Batherson and Ryan Leonard. Finally, the segment brought the focus back home to Edmonton to break down what a potential future contract structure could look like for Matt Savoie.
