Wedding planning is often portrayed as the happiest time of your life, but the reality can be overwhelming, exhausting, and filled with pressure. In this episode, Natasha and Kassidy dive deep into the concept of "Bridal Burnout"—what it is, why it happens, and how to navigate it without losing your joy. In this episode, we discuss: Defining Bridal Burnout: Understanding the emotional, mental, and physical fatigue that comes with planning a wedding. The Warning Signs: How to recognize if you're burned out, from decision fatigue and anxiety to the "need to perform" for others. The Sources of Pressure: How social media "highlight reels," family expectations, and internal pressures to look a certain way contribute to burnout. Actionable Solutions: Practical tips for delegating tasks, setting boundaries (like "no-wedding-talk" zones), and the benefits of seeking professional support through therapy. The Boutique Perspective: Insights into how burnout manifests during dress appointments and how to make finding your dress a stress-relieving experience. Well Bridal Beauties we can't avoid this any longer. You know what we are talking about....that big ol' elephant in the room. SAYING YES TO YOUR DRESS. On this weeks epsiode, Tash and Kass take time to talk about that dreaded question that every bride expects to be asked but has so many fears around. And guess what? It's totally normal. But it is also normal for your consultant to listen to your wants, needs and desires, then taking that knowledge and finding your dream dress. Which will ultimately lead to your consultant asking you if this is your wedding dress. We know how scary it can be, but know we are here to support you! Take a listen, take some notes and get ready to have the best time dreaming about (and finding) your wedding dress. We had an official listener request! Thank you to Emily from Texas for sending us such a great topic to discuss 🎉 On this weeks episode, Tash and Kass are discussing how to choose who to invite to your wedding. This is probably one of the most emotionally driven areas of wedding planning. Most brides will hear "I better be invited" from a co-worker or from an extended family friend that they don't have a close relationship with. So how do you choose? And on top of that--do you allow children or no children to the wedding? We always want to remind our listeners that the most important people are you and the person you are marrying. No one else. So always do what is best for you (both financially and emtionally) We hope this episode gives you a good base for start that daunting task of a guest list. On this weeks episode, Tash and Kass dive into the meaning of the phrase "Beauty is Pain". Growing up Tash heard this phrase over and over whenever someone referred to beautiful clothing or shoes being painful. But why does beauty have to be painful? Why can't it be comfortable and effortless? Kass took a deep dive on this phrase hoping she will be the one to educate Tash on something! (Highly unlikely but we shall see...) This epsiode is fun, informative and will hopefully allow us all to remove this concept from our everyday vernacular and make the future not only beautiful, but comfortable too!
