Since the 1970s, there have been 24 recorded cases of foetal abduction, where a pregnant woman has her baby forcibly removed from her and abducted. In this case, we look at the crimes and deception of Taylor Parker and how she betrayed a woman who only showed her kindness and care whilst they went through their pregnancies together. In July 2025, 20-year-old Courtney Angus moved into a house share with a man called Michael Doherty, excited about her new independence and her upcoming 21st birthday celebrations. But just 2 days after she moved in, Michael started to make unwanted advances toward Courtney and his reaction to her rejection would be fatal. As the police started to gather evidence, they discovered that Michael had a conviction for a sexual assault before and a history of abusive behaviour towards women... but this was never flagged because he changed his name as it was legal for him to do so, even though he was a sex offender. Now Della Wright, a survivor of child sexual abuse, is fighting for change, after her perpetrator changed his name to evade authorities and keep his past hidden.
