Hi Friends! Press play, head to your bedroom, and declutter with me. In this guided session, I'll walk you through my method, which is a mindful approach that turns decluttering into a moving meditation. We'll arrive in the space, connect with the deeper meaning behind what we're doing, breathe, explore the clutter without judgment, and then notice what becomes possible when we create a little more space. Declutter in Layers Start with one category at a time and make your way around the room: Layer 1: Trash Walk around the room and collect anything that can simply be thrown away or recycled. Layer 2: Clothes Gather clothes and separate what needs to be put away, washed, donated, or let go. Layer 3: Toiletries & Personal Items Collect skincare, makeup, hair products, medications, and other personal items and return them to where they belong. Layer 4: Give Away Look for anything you already know you're ready to donate or give to someone else. Layer 5: Things That Belong Somewhere Else Gather anything that belongs in another room. Put it in a basket or pile to relocate when you're finished. Layer 6: Things You're Still Deciding About Set aside anything you're not ready to make a decision about yet. Don't let one difficult item stop your momentum. Layer 7: Clean Once the clutter is cleared, wipe down surfaces, vacuum, dust, open a window, or do whatever makes the room feel fresh. Layer 8: Put Everything Away Return the things you're keeping to their homes and enjoy the space you created. Hope this helps you! Hi Friends! What if joy isn't something you find—but something you practice? In this episode, I sit down with Jen Gomez to talk about creating more joy, moving through fear and anxiety, letting go of control, and finding meaning beyond achievement. We explore how simple practices can help us shift our internal state, why giving can feel so powerful, and how the difficult chapters of our lives can lead us closer to purpose. This conversation is about letting go of what no longer serves us—not just in our homes, but within ourselves—and creating more space for joy, trust, and who we're becoming. Hey Friends, In this episode, I sit down with Celina Caovan, a holistic physical therapist. In this casual conversation, Celina and I explore inner work, boundaries, and how the body can serve as a powerful guide back to self-reconnection. We discuss the ways our physical symptoms, habits, and patterns can offer valuable insight into what is happening beneath the surface, and how learning to listen to our bodies can help us make more aligned decisions in our homes, relationships, and daily lives. Celina shares her perspective on nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and the importance of honoring our own needs rather than continually abandoning ourselves to meet the expectations of others. If you've ever felt disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed by life's demands, or curious about the connection between physical well-being and personal growth, this conversation offers a gentle invitation to slow down, tune in, and come home to yourself. Anna is a sought-after speaker, author and time management expert. We talk about the connection between clutter and the nervous system, why organization alone isn't enough, and how small, intentional actions can create lasting change in both your home and your life. In this episode, you'll learn: • How a dysregulated nervous system can make even simple decluttering tasks feel impossible • The Body, Mind, Soul + Next Action framework for moving from overwhelm to action • Why tiny actions are more effective than marathon decluttering sessions I hope this podcast episode helps you feel better in your home.
