Formerly known as Raw Health Rebel. What if we’ve misunderstood healing all along? I’m Lisa Strbac — bestselling author, homeopath, and founder of the Academy of Integrative Homeopathy — and this podcast is where we rethink what truly supports health in the 21st century. Formerly known as Raw Health Rebel , What Heals is an evolving space for conversations that go deeper — exploring homeopathy, frequency medicine, nervous system repair, detoxification and the healing intelligence of nature. Some episodes are new. Some are from the archive. All are here to reconnect you with the tools, insights and perspectives that change lives. Whether you’re supporting a sensitive child, navigating chronic illness or expanding your approach as a practitioner — these conversations meet you where you are. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken. It’s about working with the body’s brilliance. This is What Heals. Listen on Apple Podcasts📚 From the Archive Before we begin a brand new season of What Heals , I wanted to revisit one of my favourite conversations from the early days of the podcast. This episode was recorded over five years ago, long before What Heals existed in its current form. Listening back now feels quite surreal. My work has evolved, my understanding of health, homeopathy and healing has deepened, and I wouldn't necessarily use exactly the same language or framing today. But this conversation has always stayed with me. It begins with homeopathy and somehow opens out into something much bigger. I'm joined by homeopath and former university lecturer Dr Ralf Jeutter, alongside researcher and musician Remy Vega, for a wide-ranging discussion about healing, consciousness, self-responsibility, freedom and what happens when questioning our understanding of health begins to challenge our understanding of reality itself. We explore why homeopathy asks us to think differently about disease, susceptibility and the energetic nature of life, before moving into a fascinating conversation about philosophy, Hermetic principles, history, consciousness and the importance of living in alignment with truth. Whether you agree with every idea discussed or not, I hope you'll hear this conversation in the spirit it was intended: three curious people exploring big questions with open minds. I still think there is real gold in this episode. Key takeaways Why homeopathy challenges a purely materialistic view of health The relationship between susceptibility, terrain and disease Healing as more than simply treating physical symptoms Why consciousness and self-responsibility are central to healing How questioning health can lead to questioning much bigger assumptions The Hermetic principles and how they relate to everyday life Authenticity, intuition and the search for truth Why healing is often an inner journey as much as a physical one We also talk about Ralf's journey from academia into homeopathy Samuel Hahnemann's philosophy and energetic medicine Homeopathy in epidemic disease Freedom, personal responsibility and conscience Steiner, philosophy and consciousness Ancient wisdom traditions and the nature of reality How curiosity can become the beginning of healing Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode is one from the archives, and this time I’m handing the microphone over to my friend and colleague Monique Carmen, who sat down with the wonderful Dr Asa Hershoff. Asa is a homeopath, writer and one of those rare thinkers who can take homeopathy far beyond remedies and symptoms, into the deeper terrain of psychology, intuition, ancient wisdom and what it really means to treat the whole person. This is not a neat, tidy conversation. It is philosophical, slightly wild in places and deeply thought-provoking. We go into Asa’s early journey into natural medicine, the healer who changed the course of his life, his first encounter with homeopathy and why he came to understand illness as something far more meaningful than a list of symptoms. We talk about radionics, remedy machines, Tibetan Buddhism, the five elements, chakras, intuition, energetic medicine and the difference between treating the surface and meeting the person underneath. One of the most powerful parts of the conversation is Asa’s explanation of homeopathy as a kind of mirror. Not something that forces the body to heal, but something that shows the body what it is ready to see. If you’ve ever wondered what homeopathy is really doing, why some cases unfold in layers, or how a practitioner learns to listen beyond the obvious symptoms, this is a conversation worth settling into. Key takeaways Homeopathy as information, meaning and mirror Why illness may sometimes reveal where we are stuck The difference between treating symptoms and treating the person Essence versus persona, and why this matters in case-taking Why the body may only reveal what is ready to be healed Intuition in practice and the moment a remedy “appears” How ancient wisdom traditions can inform healing Why homeopathy asks us to listen more deeply We also talk about Asa’s first encounter with homeopathy Radionics, remedy machines and bioenergetic testing Tibetan Buddhism and the idea of protection in energy work The five elements as a way of understanding people The limitations of conventional psychology Why language matters when describing human experience What makes a great homeopath Why healing is rarely just about the remedy Resources mentioned Monique Carmen https://www.moniquecarmen.com/ Dr Asa Hershoff https://www.drasahershoff.com/ Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode is one from the archives where I'm joined by homeopath Wren Lloyd, one of the world's leading practitioners specialising in autism, PANS, PANDAS and homeopathic detox. This conversation was recorded when What Heals was Raw Health Rebel Podcast, but it remains one of the most downloaded episodes I've ever released. We talk about one of the biggest challenges facing families today: chronic illness in children, and why Wren believes there is always room for hope. Wren shares some of the remarkable cases she has seen throughout her career, including children with autism who have made extraordinary progress through an integrative homeopathic approach. We explore mould, fungi, glyphosate, heavy metals, detoxification and maintaining causes, and discuss why removing obstacles to healing can sometimes unlock cases that previously seemed impossible to shift. This is not about promising miracles. It's about recognising the body's incredible capacity to heal when we understand what may be standing in its way. If you've ever felt overwhelmed by a chronic health condition, wondered whether there is another approach worth exploring, or wanted to better understand the role of homeopathy in complex illness, this is a conversation worth listening to. Key takeaways Why Wren believes there is always room for hope Homeopathy and complex autism cases Mould, fungi and chronic illness Maintaining causes and why some cases become stuck Glyphosate, heavy metals and toxic burden Why detoxification may support long-term healing The importance of patience in chronic cases Why homeopathy is about supporting the body's own healing processes We also talk about PANS and PANDAS Building a successful homeopathic practice Why more homeopaths are needed Homeopathy for teeth and dental health Acute prescribing versus chronic prescribing When self-prescribing may be appropriate Supporting families living with autism The future of integrative homeopathy Resources mentioned Wren's website International Homeopaths For Autism website Wren's Inspire School of Homeopathic Practice Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode is one from the archives where I'm joined by Emma and Eleanor, founders of The Reconnected, to explore one of the most overlooked aspects of healing: the nervous system. This conversation was recorded when What Heals was Raw Health Rebel Podcast, but in many ways it feels even more relevant now. We talk about parenting, trauma, breathwork, connected play and why so many of us spend years trying to heal our children whilst completely neglecting ourselves. Emma and Eleanor share how they came to this work, why they believe the parent's nervous system is central to the wellbeing of the whole family, and how healing ourselves can create profound shifts in those around us. We also explore why parenting can be so triggering, what our children may be reflecting back to us, and how conscious connection can transform family relationships. This is not about becoming a perfect parent. It is about understanding that healing is relational, that our bodies remember more than we consciously realise, and that there are simple, powerful ways to reconnect with ourselves and our children. If you've ever felt burnt out, overwhelmed by parenting, curious about nervous system healing, or wondered why your child seems to trigger every unresolved part of you, this is a conversation worth listening to. Key takeaways Why the parent's nervous system matters so much How breathwork can support emotional healing and regulation The difference between intellectual understanding and nervous system healing Why parenting can be one of life's greatest catalysts for growth How our bodies hold experiences, even when we can't consciously remember them Why healing ourselves often creates change in our children The importance of co-regulation within families How connected play can deepen understanding between parent and child We also talk about Conscious parenting and family healing Strong-willed and sensitive children Why modern parenting can feel so overwhelming The limitations of talk therapy for some people Stored stress, trauma and the nervous system How children communicate through play Why children need to feel truly seen The connection between parenting, self-awareness and healing How community supports nervous system healing Resources mentioned The Reconnected https://www.thereconnected.com/ The Reconnected on Instagram Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode is one from the archives where I’m joined by homeopaths and Family Constellations facilitators Poppy Altmann and Naphia Reggiani , alongside my friend and colleague Monique Carmen. This conversation was recorded when What Heals was Raw Health Rebel Podcast, shortly after I attended my first Family Constellations workshop and came away completely blown open. We go into one of the most fascinating areas of healing. Family systems and inherited trauma. The patterns we carry without even realising they may not have started with us. Poppy and Naphia explain what Family Constellations are, how the work began, what actually happens in a workshop and why simply seeing what has been hidden can sometimes create a profound shift. This is not about blame or endlessly analysing the past. It is about looking at the wider systems we belong to, and asking whether healing sometimes begins when we give something its rightful place. If you’ve ever felt stuck in a repeating pattern, sensed there was something deeper moving through your family line, or been curious about Family Constellations, this is a conversation worth listening to. Key takeaways What Family Constellations are and how they work Inherited trauma and hidden family dynamics Why previous generations may still influence the present The role of the ‘knowing field’ How healing can happen even as a participant Belonging, order and inclusion within family systems The connection between Family Constellations and homeopathy We also talk about Bert Hellinger and the origins of the work Representing family members in a constellation Why sceptics can still have powerful experiences Health constellations and chronic illness Relationships, money and work patterns The Netflix series Another Self Why group work can feel surprisingly safe Resources mentioned Poppy Altmann https://www.poppyaltmann.com/ Naphia Reggiani https://naphiareggiani.co.uk/ Barbara Morgan – Coming Home: A First Step into the World of Family Constellations Netflix: Another Self Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode is one from the archives where I’m joined by Ashley Frager — homeopathic practitioner with a deep interest in environmental health, non-toxic living and the role of maintaining causes in chronic illness. This conversation was recorded when What Heals was Raw Health Rebel Podcast, but in many ways it feels even more relevant now. We go into one of the most overlooked pieces in healing. Environment. Toxic load. Fragrance. Household products. Why some symptoms keep returning. And what happens when the body is still being exposed to something it cannot tolerate. Ashley shares her extraordinary health story, from becoming severely unwell in her early twenties to discovering constitutional homeopathy and completely changing the trajectory of her life. We talk about how she moved into homeopathic practice, why she became so interested in the everyday products people were using in their homes and how maintaining causes can quietly block progress. This is not about fear or perfection. It’s about asking a deeper question: what conditions are we asking the body to heal in? If you’ve ever felt stuck in a case, wondered why symptoms keep returning, or been curious about the link between homeopathy and environmental load, this is a conversation worth listening to. Key takeaways Why maintaining causes can stop healing from holding Environmental toxins, fragrance and household products Constitutional homeopathy and Ashley’s personal healing story Why some symptoms may be warning signs rather than the real problem The importance of looking beyond diagnosis and into the whole person Why “clean” or “natural” products are not always as clean as they appear How everyday exposures may quietly add to the body’s burden Why laundry detergent and air fresheners are often a good place to start We also talk about PANS, PANDAS and the pressure to chase a diagnosis Why homeopathy does not prescribe by diagnosis alone Bioenergetic testing and Ashley’s clinical observations The “fragrance loophole” and why scent can be so pervasive Greenwashing in non-toxic products The difference between sensitivity and the body’s warning system Symptom suppression and why rashes may matter The frustration of treating while the obstacle remains Why healing sometimes requires changing the environment too Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode I’m joined by Natasha Burns — homeopath, fertility coach, and a leading voice in what’s often called homeopathic detox or the Human Chemistry Method. This conversation was recorded nearly two years ago when What Heals was Raw Health Rebel Pocast , but it feels just as relevant now. We go into one of the more debated areas in homeopathy. Detox. Drug layers. Why some cases improve, then relapse. And what to do when progress doesn’t hold. Natasha shares how she came into homeopathy through her son’s illness, how that led her into practice, and why she chose to specialise in fertility and complex cases. We talk about antibiotics, steroids, contraceptive pills, and more recent exposures — and how these may continue to affect the body long after they’ve been taken. This is not about replacing classical homeopathy. It’s about asking what happens when cases don’t fully resolve, and what tools we might need in those situations. Since we recorded this, Stellar Online, has just relaunched as a registered pharmacy in the UK — a huge step forward for access to a wider range of remedies. If you’ve ever felt stuck in a case, questioned why progress doesn’t hold, or been curious about detox in homeopathy, this is a conversation worth listening to. Key takeaways Why some cases improve but don’t hold, and what might be missing Antibiotics, steroids, contraceptive pills and their longer-term impact Detox in homeopathy: what it is, and how it’s used in practice Fertility: why “unexplained” often isn’t unexplained The role of grief, hormones, and environmental factors in conception Why some practitioners integrate detox before returning to classical prescribing The difference between acute prescribing, constitutional work, and layered cases We also talk about COVID vaccine detox: what’s being explored clinically and why Steroid layers and why cases can stall or relapse Endometriosis and fertility cases Heavy metals and environmental load The divide within homeopathy and how different approaches can coexist Why education around homeopathy is still so limited Resources Mentioned Stellar Online website Stellar Online on Instagram Natasha Burns website Natasha Burns on Instagram Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode I’m joined by the brilliant Claire Zarb , homeopath and mentor for practitioners building confident, ethical practice. We get into Claire’s journey from corporate sales to homeopathy, how a personal health awakening led her to train at the College of Practical Homeopathy, and why a flexible toolkit matters in today’s multilayered cases. Claire explains practical homeopathy in clear terms, shares real-world detox and nosode insights, and offers generous advice for new practitioners finding their niche. Join us for an honest, hopeful conversation about what healing looks like in real life. Key takeaways Practical homeopathy 101: why most modern cases need more than one method Detox as detective work: timing, layers, and when a drug history distorts the case Nosodes without fear: when strep, staph, bowel nosodes and Carcinosin help move a case Potency made simple: why 30C is a solid start, when 200C or higher makes sense, how LMs can be gentle and deep Niching grows clinics: people search by problem, not modality Energy and boundaries: protecting your focus, referring out, trusting the right clients to find you We also talk about Starting out: blog-led marketing, local talks, acute pop-up clinics, networking that actually works Building confidence in public despite criticism and noise Healy and frequency tools as supportive extras when cases feel stuck Home use of acutes alongside clear ethics and red flags The bigger vision for bringing safe, simple acute homeopathy into everyday care Resources mentioned Work with Claire: visit here website here Follow Claire on Instagram here Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . In this replay, I’m joined by the amazing Sapna Devi — you’ll know her as The Wild Homeopath . This is one of your all-time favourite episodes, and for good reason. We explore the heart of what makes homeopathy so powerful — treating the person, not the label — and how the stories behind our symptoms often hold the key to healing. We talk about never-been-well-since moments, intuition versus repertory, and why learning the remedy picture is everything. Sapna also shares her practical insights into making placenta remedies and simple autonosodes safely and ethically — a topic she now teaches inside Lisa’s practitioner-level training. Key takeaways Why homeopathy treats the person , not the condition What never-been-well-since really means and how to recognise it The Ignatia case that showed how shock can trigger physical illness How intuition and repertory work hand-in-hand in real practice The energetic nature of remedies and why energy medicine is coming full circle Understanding societal “miasms” like fear, control, and the Arsenicum state When to change homeopaths (and why it’s sometimes the right move) The role of trust, intuition, and connection in both patient and practitioner growth We also talk about Placenta remedies and simple autonosodes — what they are and why they’re so gentle Self-empowerment and “off-grid” medicine in a changing world The deeper symbolism of the remedy Saccharum (sugar), from slavery to modern addiction Why learning remedy pictures transforms your home prescribing The importance of matching energetically with your homeopath Resources mentioned Sapna’s website here Connect with Sapna on Instagram here Lisa's book The Homeopath in Your Hand here Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode I’m joined by the amazing Natasha Andreo, Medical Astrologer, internationally certified Tissue Salts Facial Analyst, and experienced Animal Communicator. We go into how medical astrology was once part of every doctor’s training, and how each zodiac sign rules a different part of the body. Natasha shares the story of how her rabbits led her to study the moon and how their illnesses matched the moon’s position with uncanny accuracy. Join us for a fascinating, practical conversation that takes ancient knowledge into the 21st century. Key takeaways Your body has a blueprint: birth charts can highlight constitutional strengths and susceptibilities. Head-to-toe map or each zodiac sign How timing matters: use the moon void for review, not initiation. Tissue salts: simple, safe support for mineral balance and how this ties to your zodiac sign Facial analysis: visible clues can point to specific tissue salt deficiencies. From sky to clinic: astrological timing can support launches, surgeries, and big decisions. We also talk about What big changes are in store for everyone in 2027 How medical astrology once underpinned medicine and why it faded. Why simplicity beats overwhelm when starting with tissue salts. In this beautifully grounded episode, I’m joined by one of my original teachers, the brilliant Caroline Gaskin — homeopath, educator, and one of the most inspiring voices in women’s health and homeopathy. We talk about how she first discovered homeopathy through her children, the drop-in clinics that made it accessible to everyone, and what 25 years of practice have taught her about health, energy, and trust. Caroline shares stories of real-life cases — from coughs and whooping cough to menopause and chronic fatigue — and explains how she blends Narayani combination remedies, bush flower essences, nutrition, and frequency tools like the Healy in her practice. We also explore: ✨ Why classical and combination prescribing can coexist beautifully ✨ How our environment, soil, and light affect hormonal balance ✨ Simple ways to support the liver and mineral balance naturally ✨ What she’d give the whole of humanity right now (her answer will make you smile) This conversation is full of practical wisdom, gentle humour, and the reminder that healing is never just one thing. It’s about energy, integrity, and how we use our attention. More information on Caroline: For Workshops, Webinars & Masterclasses visit here Caroline's Natural Menopause Worskhop click here Caroline's Homeopathy Membership visit here Caroline's Instgram page here Caroline Gaskin MCPH - Caroline has been in practice for 25 years and is a much-loved lecturer and tutor. Like many women, she came to natural health through her children and first used homeopathy when her son was just 4m old. He had a cough and the GP offered him a sedative. Caroline knew instinctively that she didn’t want to give medicine with unwanted side effects and instead went to see a homeopath at a drop in clinic. The homeopath wanted to know ‘how’ the cough was for him and what he was like as a person. Caroline was fascinated by the difference of approach and the remedies worked. Homeopathy soon became the family’s primary health choice. When her children were old enough she went on to study homeopathy and flower essences. Originally from a fine art background, she has also worked in PR for complementary health and has studied permaculture and sustainable systems. This conversation was first recorded for Homeopathy is Changing Lives with the brilliant Wren Lloyd, and I’m delighted to share it here with you here on What Heals . I also encourage you to check out Wren’s podcast — she’s doing incredible work and you can find it here . Wren and I go deep into how homeopathy can be the ultimate form of preventative medicine. We talk about what I witnessed recently in A&E that made me even more determined to get remedies into every household, why communities need their own “wise elder” figures again, and how even a handful of remedies in the right hands could transform emergency care. We also explore the overlaps between nutrition, toxicity, and acute health, from paracetamol and ultrasound detoxes to the surge in PANDAS/PANS. And yes — we even touch on Robert F. Kennedy Jr., homeoprophylaxis, and what might be possible if mainstream medicine truly opened its doors. This episode I’m joined again by the brilliant Ian Watson. Ian is one of those rare teachers who can tilt your view a few degrees and suddenly the whole landscape looks different. We go new places together. From the day a book literally fell off a shelf in Watkins and opened the door to Australian Bush Flower Essences, to the lost Arborivital tinctures of Dr Thomas Cooper that may well have inspired Dr Bach. It’s a tour through forgotten treasure and living practice. We talk about why simplicity beats overload. What Hahnemann might say about where homeopathy sits today. LM potencies and why higher isn’t always higher. Ferrum phos as the great clarifier when an acute is just brewing. Hawthorn as a classic heart tonic with stories that give you chills. Dowsing, remedy machines, and how on earth any of this works in the first place. And we circle back to why acute prescribing can be the most preventative medicine we have. Ian is also guest teaching on my new practitioner-level PIHAP course. The link to my new Academy is in the show notes, along with Ian’s books. Settle in for a grounded, generous conversation that moves from hidden corners of homeopathic history to the simple truths that change lives today. Key takeaways Simplicity over overload: depth with polychrests. Potencies: LMs designed to minimise aggravations; and “higher” ≠ harsher. Ferrum phos: clarifies vague acutes and often resolves the “something’s brewing.” Hawthorn (Crataegus) tincture: a time-tested heart ally with jaw-dropping cases. Arborivital tinctures & Bach: the living-plant, sunlight-infused lineage. Inner authority: insight changes behaviour faster than information. Acute prescribing as prevention: treat the spark, avoid the wildfire. We also talk about Vaccine-linked themes showing up unexpectedly in polychrest prescribing Why some methods fade (unless a new generation carries the torch) Gentle prescribing: reducing aggravations without losing momentum Dowsing and machine-made remedies — what works, what to watch Resources Mentioned Ian’s website : Click here 'The Blue Book' The Homeopathic Miasms - A Modern View by Ian Watson - USA , UK , Australia 'The Green Book' A Guide to the Methodologies of Homeopathy by Ian Watson - USA , UK , Australia Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode was originally released under Raw Health Rebel and it’s one of the most requested conversations I’ve ever had. So many of you have been messaging me asking, “Where’s the episode about amalgam fillings and oral health?” Well, here it is. I’m joined by the brilliant Daniel Sutcliffe — a holistic and biological dentist based in London, whose special interest is safe amalgam removal. Daniel is not only highly skilled but deeply compassionate, with an approach that looks at the whole person, not just their teeth. Daniel was actually the dentist who removed my own amalgams - I’d put it off for years out of fear and yet he removed four fillings in less than an hour. It was painless, effortless and life-changing and my only regret was waiting so long. In this episode we cover the hot topics so many of you ask about: Amalgam fillings and the SMART removal technique How oral health connects with the brain, gut and heart The oral microbiome and why it matters as much as gut health Fluoride, hydroxyapatite and how to choose the right toothpaste Mouth taping, airway health, and why nose breathing is vital Root canals, implants, stress-grinding, xylitol and more This isn’t just about fillings — it’s about how your mouth is a gateway to whole-body health, and why looking after it can transform your wellbeing in ways you might not expect. Key Takeaways: Why Daniel refuses to use amalgam and the precautions he takes when removing it The truth about fluoride, hydroxyapatite and biocompatible alternatives How gum disease is linked with heart disease, diabetes and even dementia The role of the oral microbiome and why we should nourish, not disinfect it Simple daily practices to radically improve your oral health If you’ve ever wondered whether what’s in your mouth could be affecting your health, this conversation will give you answers, tools, and a lot of reassurance. This episode was originally released under Raw Health Rebel — and it’s one of the most powerful, insight-packed conversations I’ve ever had. I’m joined by the brilliant Ian Watson — author of numerous highly regarded homeopathy books, founder of The Lakeland College, and a teacher in the wellbeing and personal transformation space for over 30 years. Ian is internationally and, since 2011, has been sharing the Three Principles understanding — helping people see that wellbeing is a constant within every human being. In this rich, wide-ranging conversation we cover susceptibility, healing, trauma, intention, provings, and why the great late Robin Murphy — Ian’s own teacher — called acute prescribing “the highest form of homeopathy.” We explore how almost every chronic case begins with an acute, how miasms can be reframed as growth challenges for humanity, and why some people can change in an instant while others stay stuck. This isn’t just about remedies — it’s about the nature of transformation itself, and why insight, not information, is what truly creates lasting change. Key Takeaways: Ian’s journey from classical homeopathy to the Three Principles understanding The truth about susceptibility and how it shapes who gets sick and who stays well Why acute prescribing is the most preventative form of homeopathy How miasms can be seen as opportunities for growth and evolution The role of insight in healing and why it works faster than you think If you’re ready for a conversation that connects the dots between the practical, the philosophical and the profoundly human, this is it. In this episode, I’m joined by US-based homeopath Cristie De Los Reyes — known to many as @homeo_girl on Instagram— for a conversation that needed to happen. We talk about the ways the wellness world is drifting into extremes: the obsession with detoxing, the cult of parasite cleanses and the subtle fear driving so much of it. Cristie shares her take on where homeopathy fits in now, why integrity matters more than ever, and how this work demands humility, curiosity and the willingness to break your own rules. It’s honest, unfiltered and full of the kinds of conversations homeopaths are having behind the scenes — about responsibility, training, clinical practice and staying rooted in a space that’s rapidly losing the plot. 🔗 Connect with Cristie: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/homeo_girl/ Website: https://homeogirl.com/ Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode was originally released under Raw Health Rebel and I had to bring this one back. This episode with Steve Falconer (filmmaker, researcher and creator of Spacebusters) is still the most downloaded podcast I’ve ever released — and with good reason. We go deep into Schuessler’s Tissue Salts — the 12 core mineral remedies that support your health at the most physical, energetic and emotional levels — and how they map across to the Zodiac signs in ways that might just blow your mind. Whether you’re into astrology or not, what Steve shares here is both grounded and deeply illuminating — especially if you’ve ever wondered why certain symptoms keep showing up in your life, or your child’s. We talk: Why your Sun sign is only one part of the puzzle What the next two signs after your birthday can tell you about your weaknesses How salt imbalances can show up as emotional patterns or chronic issues The forgotten connection between astrology and cell salts How this knowledge empowers you to take health into your own hands Why tissue salts are not supplements and how they work energetically This episode is raw, unfiltered and full of strong language but also full of heart, deep insight and genuine tools for transformation. UPDATE: The Holistic Health Bundle as mentioned at the start of this episode is now closed, but you are able to get the Introduction to Tissue Salts course as a standalone course here . 🎥 Watch this episode on YouTube to see Steve’s full slide presentation. 📚 Grab the book here (or google Schuessler's Tissue Salts Rediscovered by Lisa Strbac) 🌐 Find Steve’s work at Spacebusters on Odysee / BitChute / YouTube 📩 Contact: spacebusters@hotmail.com (info only – not medical advice) Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode was originally released under Raw Health Rebel Podcast. Raw Health Rebel Podcast is now What Heals. This conversation with Doc Steve goes deep into why the future of healing lies in frequency — and what it really means to treat the body as electrical , not just chemical. We talk about the paradigm shift that’s already underway: from suppressing symptoms to restoring balance… from chronic disease management to true healing… and from outdated pharmaceutical models to energy, information and vibration. Doc Steve has over 46 years of clinical experience in Quantum Integrative Medicine , holds 4 doctoral degrees, and is known as the Doctor to the Stars — having treated everyone from top NHL athletes to Gigi Hadid and Steven Spielberg. He’s also a TimeWaver practitioner, educator for Healy World, and Dean of the International Medical University of Natural Education. This episode covers: Why stress and inflammation underpin almost all modern disease How root canals, scars and tattoos can block healing The real reason pharmaceuticals create chronic patients The forgotten history of homeopathy and how it was erased Remote treatment, quantum entanglement and the information field What makes the Healy different to every other frequency device Why coherence, cellular voltage and emotional resonance matter How frequency supports not just the physical but also the emotional, spiritual and generational Bonus: healing for animals, psychic awareness and the bioenergetic field If you’ve ever felt like the current system is broken — this episode will remind you that something better already exists. ––– To connect with Doc Steve or request custom Healy programs: Email: healydocsteve@gmail.com Watch the free Healy webinar: https://www.lisastrbac.com/meet-healy-the-only-device-i-rave-about-besides-homeopathy Visit the Healy store: https://www.healy.shop/?partnername=0187-3337-2790 Send us Fan Mail Join Lisa's new global homeopathy community, The Atrium, here . This episode was originally released under Raw Health Rebel Podcast. Raw Health Rebel Podcast is now What Heals. I had to bring this one back from the archives. Off the back of my first conversation with Philly J Lay – where we touched on ancient architecture, timelines, and possibly being Tartarian – I knew this episode with JT Follows JC needed a re-release. So many of you asked: What even is Tartaria? This episode is your starting point. JT – who went from an ordinary guy rereading the Bible to a viral voice on ancient symbolism, lost architecture, and world fairs – brings a fresh, faith-centred lens to the idea that history might not be what we've been told. We talk: What Tartaria actually refers to (and what it doesn’t) The World Trade Fairs that built cities – then tore them down Why buildings might be the clue that our past is far more advanced (and recent) than we think Biblical theories around the millennial reign, deception, and what this might mean for us now The mud flood, buried buildings, and eerie empty city photos Antarctica, orphans, asylums, and how the physical world might hold the keys to hidden truths You don’t need to agree with it all. Just listen with an open mind, and – as always – do your own research. 💡 Whether you're here for homeopathy, lost history, or just sensing that something doesn’t quite add up – this episode is for you.
