This episode explains how to keep the skin hydrated by topical of the application versus simply just relying on the water that you drink.
The second part or second phase of skin care is only relevant for your evening routine make sure you're not exfoliating more than two to three times a week unless otherwise advised sometimes less is more especially with exfoliation and don't forget whenever you take away put back.
Cleanse and then do it again.
