Anyone who listens to me will know... I think what makes rugby special is the people you meet, the relationships you build, the experiences you share, the places you go, and the memories you make. I went to Amsterdam as coach of the Penguins men's XV squad. It was the first tour where the men and women went together. I met Vivian Bahlmann. She is incredible! She is positivity in human form.
