Kjærlig hilsen Lene Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
I denne episoden snakker jeg om “The Good Girl Phenomenon”, om perfeksjonisme, skam og motet til å stå i det ukomfortable. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Loveletters to Lene — Part 2 is another special bonus episode where Lene answers your questions about love, relationships, self-worth, trust and the patterns we sometimes carry into the people we love. Because sometimes healing isn’t about learning how to love someone better. It’s about learning how to stay connected to yourself while you love them. And maybe that’s where everything changes. Before we jump into Season 2 in September. I would love to hear from you. What do you think? https://docs.google.com/forms/u/0/d/e/1FAIpQLSdvt57PLfP5nPqS0OnQ7Nde3x2WFhx5V9eUMPfmw_JRB3e2FA/formResponse Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
Loveletters to Lene is a special bonus episode where Lene answers your questions about love, relationships, heartbreak and self-worth — but also about what happens when we stop trying to figure out the relationship, and start looking at ourselves. Because sometimes the biggest shift isn’t understanding them better. It’s understanding yourself better. ❤️ Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
What happens when your ex moves on before you're ready? In this episode, I talk about the moment I found out my ex had moved on, and why it triggered something much deeper than a heartbreak. This episode is about identity loss, rebuilding self-trust, nervous system healing, and finding your way back to yourself. I’m creating a special bonus episode where I answer your questions about love, heartbreak, healing, relationships, self-worth, or anything else you might be carrying. You can share your story or ask your question anonymously through the link below. I’ll answer as many as I can in the bonus episode coming August 12th. https://forms.gle/jkVm4TJjMDDJG1nz8 Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

This episode is about something I learned about myself through different relationships. How to stop people-pleasing, and how to start putting yourself first. And how to actually understand what your needs are, and why they matter more than we sometimes think. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Are situationships the new dating norm? Situationships raise a lot of questions. Mostly because the structure people usually rely on just isn’t there. In today’s episode, I talk about a new situationship, a 3,000-kroner taxi ride, and how I found myself falling back into old patterns I thought I had already learned from. Hosted on Acast.
