What if some of the things we’ve been taught about exercise, nutrition and wellness simply don’t serve us in midlife? In this episode, I’m joined by Cara Metz, founder of the Midlife Mayhem app, for an open, honest and empowering conversation about perimenopause, menopause and learning to work with our changing bodies rather than constantly fighting against them. Cara shares her own personal experience of moving through midlife and the hormonal changes that came with it, as well as the story behind Midlife Mayhem, her platform designed to help women feel stronger, healthier and more confident during this stage of life. We talk about why midlife can require a completely different approach to exercise and wellness, and why doing more isn’t always the answer. In this episode, we discuss: Cara’s personal experience of perimenopause and menopause Why she created Midlife Mayhem How our approach to exercise may need to change in midlife The importance of strength training as we get older Protein and nutrition during perimenopause and menopause Why sleep and recovery need to become a priority The relationship between stress, exercise and our changing hormones How hormonal changes can affect the way we feel physically and emotionally The potential benefits of HRT and Cara’s own experience Why listening to your body matters more than pushing through Building sustainable wellness habits rather than chasing perfection The huge role mindset plays in how we experience midlife Why this stage of life can be an opportunity to become stronger, more confident and more connected to ourselves This is such a positive conversation about moving away from the idea that midlife is something we simply have to endure. Instead, Cara and I explore how understanding our changing bodies and making small shifts to the way we move, eat, rest and think, can help us feel empowered through perimenopause, menopause and beyond. In this week’s episode of With Danielle Collins, I’m joined by women’s health expert and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Chelsea Ann O’Brien for a fascinating conversation about why constantly striving to do more may be having a much bigger impact on women’s health than we realise. Yes you can have a great life and career but it shouldn’t take its toll on your wellness. Chelsea has spent over a decade working across labour and delivery, reproductive medicine, IVF, integrative medicine and women’s health. Through thousands of hours working closely with women, she began to notice recurring patterns around chronic exhaustion, anxiety, fertility struggles, burnout and disconnection from the body. In this conversation, we explore Chelsea’s belief that many women have been conditioned to keep pushing, achieving and climbing what she calls “the staircase that never ends”, always searching for the next accomplishment, body, career milestone, relationship or version of motherhood that will finally make us feel like we’ve arrived. We talk about what can happen when women spend too long operating from stress and survival mode, and why Chelsea believes reconnecting with our bodies, intuition and feminine nature can be such an important part of our wellbeing. We also talk about how you can be wildly successful and financially free with a thriving career AND feel well. We delve into the huge physical and emotional transformation of motherhood, particularly the first three years; nervous system regulation; the patterns and conditioning that can pass from mother to daughter; balancing motherhood with a career; and what it really means to reclaim femininity without losing yourself. Chelsea also shares her own story of rebuilding her life following the end of her marriage and an international lifestyle, and how that experience ultimately led her to write The Feminine Effect and The Feminine Frequency. Chelsea is the author of five books, including Mystical Motherhood and The Feminine Effect, and is building The Feminine Effect as a resource for women navigating conscious conception, pregnancy, motherhood and their changing relationship with themselves. It’s a thought-provoking conversation about women’s health, motherhood, burnout, intuition, identity and what can change when we stop believing that the answer is always to do more. How do you know if that feeling inside you is your intuition guiding you or simply fear holding you back? A few weeks ago, I had an amazing conversation on the podcast with Sarah Gregg and Jill Ritchie, where we touched on the fascinating subject of intuition versus fear. It really stayed with me afterwards and made me want to dedicate a whole solo episode to something I’ve become increasingly interested in: how to really know when your intuition is talking. Because it isn’t always as obvious as we might think. In this episode of With Danielle Collins: The Podcast, I delve deeper into intuition, fear, gut instinct and overthinking, and share some of the things I’ve learnt through my own life and career about trusting that inner knowing. One of the biggest things I’ve realised is that intuition is often surprisingly simple. It can be the first quiet answer that comes to you before your mind has had time to analyse it, question it and create all the reasons why you should or shouldn’t do something. Fear, on the other hand, often comes with a story. It can be repetitive, noisy and filled with “what ifs”. And the more we overthink a decision, the harder it can become to hear what our intuition was telling us in the first place. But I also explore an important distinction: fear and intuition can exist at the same time. You can intuitively know that a decision, change or new direction is right for you and still feel frightened about taking that step. Fear doesn’t automatically mean “no”. Sometimes it simply means that what you’re considering is new, uncertain or taking you outside your comfort zone. I also share one of my favourite questions to ask when I’m struggling to distinguish between intuition and fear: If I knew everything was going to work out either way, what would I choose? In this episode, I talk about: How intuition can feel different from fear and overthinking Why your first instinct can sometimes be your clearest answer The difference between a quiet inner knowing and a fear-based story Why feeling afraid doesn’t necessarily mean something is wrong for you How overthinking can make it harder to hear your intuition Learning to trust yourself when making important decisions Why intuition has become increasingly important in my own life and career Simple questions you can ask yourself when you don’t know which voice to trust I certainly don’t have all the answers, and trusting my intuition is something I’m continuing to learn and practise myself. But the more I listen to it, the more I realise that sometimes we already know the answer — we just need to get quiet enough to hear it. If you’ve ever found yourself wondering, “Is this my intuition or is this my fear talking?”, this episode is for you. Connect with me: Website: faceyogaexpert.com Instagram: faceyogaexpert
What is it really like to work with your husband, run a business together, raise a family and somehow keep your relationship strong through all the different seasons of life? In this week’s episode of With Danielle Collins, I’m joined by husband-and-wife physician team Dr John and Dr Cristina, founders of The Longevity Protocol. This conversation went in so many interesting directions. As two couples who have experience of working together while also raising daughters and navigating family life, we talk very honestly about the realities of being in business with your husband or wife, the good parts, the challenges, how you separate/integrate work from home life and what happens when the lines between the two inevitably become blurred. I also share some of my own experiences of working with my husband, Bruce, and what we’ve learnt from building a business together while raising our two daughters. But our conversation goes much deeper than business. With nearly 40 years of combined experience in hormone optimisation, sexual wellness and regenerative medicine, Dr John and Dr Cristina share their perspective on some of the common changes women, and couples, can experience in their 40s and 50s. We talk about hormones, relationships, intimacy and sexual wellness, as well as how both partners can change during this stage of life and why understanding what is happening physically and emotionally can be so important. We also explore the bigger topic of longevity and healthy ageing. Is our increasing obsession with optimisation actually making us healthier or can trying to do everything perfectly become another source of stress? Dr John and Dr Cristina believe longevity shouldn’t simply be about adding more years to your life. It should be about staying strong, connected, curious and capable of really enjoying those years. We chat about muscle and strength as we age, hormone health, relationships, pleasure, connection and why our sexual health may tell us more about our overall wellbeing than we realise. This is such an open and interesting conversation about marriage, working with your spouse, raising a family, women’s health, hormones and longevity and ultimately what it means to create a life that feels good to live, rather than simply trying to live for as long as possible. In this episode, we talk about: What it’s really like to work with your husband or wife Running a business together while raising children How we navigate working together as husband-and-wife couples Relationships and marriage through your 40s and 50s Perimenopause, menopause and changing hormones Intimacy and sexual wellness as we age Why sexual health can be connected to our wider health Muscle, strength and staying capable as we get older Whether we can become too obsessed with wellness and longevity Finding a sustainable approach to healthy ageing Why longevity should be about living well not simply living longer If you’re navigating your 40s or 50s, working with your partner, experiencing hormonal changes, thinking more about longevity, or simply wondering how to create a healthier and more fulfilling life as you age, I think you’ll get so much from this conversation. I am so excited to launch With Danielle Collins: The Podcast — the new name and new look for The Face Yoga Expert Podcast. After six and a half years, over half a million downloads, millions of views on YouTube and a brand-new episode every single Sunday, I felt it was time for the podcast to have a little facelift… a natural facelift, of course! In this special episode, I’m sharing why I’ve decided to rename the podcast, what inspired With Danielle Collins, and what you can expect from this next chapter. If you’re a regular listener, don’t worry — the heart of the podcast isn’t changing. Over the years, Face Yoga itself has only ever made up a small part of what we talk about here. The podcast has naturally evolved into a space for conversations around wellness, natural beauty, holistic health, mindset, business, lifestyle and real-life stories and experiences. You’ll still hear my solo episodes where I speak from the heart, alongside conversations with inspiring guests. But you may also notice a little more of me — more of my own stories, what I’m learning and experiencing, and conversations that feel genuine, open and connected. The new name simply feels like it has caught up with what this podcast has already become. Because ultimately, this is a space where you can simply be with me — whether I’m talking directly to you or you’re joining me for a conversation with one of my guests. In this episode, I also talk about why I believe we don’t always need to completely close one chapter before beginning another. Sometimes we simply need to evolve, own who we are now and step more fully into the chapter we’re already in. That’s exactly what With Danielle Collins represents for me. Thank you so much for being part of this journey, whether this is your very first episode or you’ve been listening for years. I’m so grateful you’re here, and I’m really excited for what’s to come. New episodes every Sunday. Watch on the Face Yoga Expert YouTube channel or listen on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, my website or wherever you usually listen to your podcasts. In this solo episode, I’m sharing three moments that changed my life, business and career forever. This is a really honest and open conversation where I speak from the heart about some of the pivotal moments that, looking back, completely changed the direction my life was taking. The first happened when I was just 21 and was diagnosed with a chronic illness that left me bedridden for around a year. I talk about my journey back to health, how I immersed myself in holistic wellness and natural healing, and how this incredibly difficult chapter ultimately helped me understand what I felt my soul’s purpose was. It led me to train, begin teaching and eventually start my own wellness business. I then take you back to the early days of my career, when I was teaching yoga and relaxation and incorporating facial massage into my work. This eventually led me to discover Face Yoga and become a Face Yoga teacher, including speaking about it at my first national event. At the time, Face Yoga was almost completely unknown and some people even found the idea funny! But something inside me knew to keep going. I stayed consistent, continued teaching and sharing these natural facial exercises and techniques, and slowly began building what would eventually become the Face Yoga Expert brand. My third story takes us to the end of 2019, when I made the decision to move my business from predominantly in-person work to online. What makes this story particularly interesting is that at the time I had a very strong intuitive feeling that something big was going to happen in the world. I felt that it was connected to health, although I had absolutely no idea what it would be. At the same time, my intuition was strongly telling me to take my Face Yoga business online. Of course, only a few months later, the world changed with the Covid lockdowns. Looking back, I’m so grateful I listened to that intuition. Moving my business online before everything changed meant I was already in a position to reach and support people around the world from home, and it became a hugely important turning point for my business from 2020 onwards. Throughout this episode, I reflect on intuition, consistency, trusting the path that feels right for you and how sometimes the moments that initially feel like challenges or unexpected changes can ultimately lead us exactly where we need to go. I also tell you about my 7 Day Natural Facelift with Face Yoga course. It’s a simple, easy-to-follow Face Yoga programme with lifetime access to seven 12-minute videos, designed to help you naturally lift and tone the key areas of your face using my Face Yoga techniques. The full course is just £21 here https://www.faceyogaexpert.com/natural_face_lift
In this episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m joined by entrepreneur, founder and author Kelly Ehlers for a conversation about success, kindness, ambition, self-worth and giving ourselves permission to choose again. So many women have consciously created the life they thought they wanted — the career, the relationship, the family, the home, the success — and are incredibly grateful for it. But what happens when, underneath all of that, there’s a quiet feeling of “Is this it?” And perhaps an even bigger question: Can we want more without being ungrateful for everything we already have? Kelly believes we absolutely can. Kelly is an award-winning entrepreneur who has spent more than 16 years building businesses and brands. She scaled The Evoke Agency into an agency working with major global brands, with the company earning a place on the Inc. 500/5000 five times. She is also the founder of The Tease Media and author of the forthcoming book Nice Girls Win. What I particularly love about Kelly’s message is her belief that we don’t need to become harder, colder or less ourselves in order to succeed. In fact, kindness, generosity, empathy and integrity can be some of our greatest strengths in both business and life. In this conversation, we talk about the invisible contracts so many women unknowingly live by — the idea that our needs should come last, that wanting something different makes us ungrateful, or that once we’ve chosen a particular life or season, we have to stay there. We explore what it means to choose again without burning everything down. Choosing again doesn’t have to mean quitting your job, ending your relationship or completely changing your life. Sometimes it simply means recognising that you’re allowed to evolve and enter a new season. We also talk about the fascinating difference between wanting, needing and deserving. What happens when instead of saying, “I want this,” we begin to believe, “I deserve this”? Kelly and I delve into manifestation too, not simply vision boards or wishful thinking, but what happens when we genuinely embody the belief that the things we’re calling into our lives are possible for us. We also discuss Kelly’s own extraordinary business journey, the challenges she faced along the way, boundaries, people-pleasing, self-worth and why being a “nice girl” doesn’t mean playing small. Kelly’s work challenges the traditional idea that success requires women to become tougher or less caring. Her message is about winning without losing yourself in the process. This is such an inspiring conversation for anyone who is ambitious but wants success to feel good too and particularly for women who are beginning to wonder whether they’re ready for their next chapter. Find Kelly You can discover more about Kelly, her work and Nice Girls Win here: Website: https://www.nicegirlswin.com Instagram: @kellyehlers Become a Face Yoga Teacher And before we get into today’s conversation, I also share a little about my Accredited Face Yoga Teacher Training Course. If you love Face Yoga and would like to take your knowledge to the next level, whether that’s to teach professionally, incorporate Face Yoga into an existing wellness business or create a completely new career for yourself, my training gives you the techniques, knowledge and confidence to get started. It feels particularly fitting alongside today’s conversation because sometimes choosing again doesn’t require changing your whole life. It can simply begin by taking one step towards something that excites you. Find out more about my Accredited Face Yoga Teacher Training https://www.faceyogaexpert.com/teacher-training-course I hope you enjoy this conversation with Kelly and that it reminds you that you can be kind and ambitious, grateful and still want more — and you are always allowed to choose again.
We all know that consistency is key when it comes to Face Yoga. But knowing what to do and actually motivating yourself to do it regularly are two very different things! After more than two decades of practising and teaching Face Yoga, one of the questions I’m asked most often is: “How do I stay consistent with Face Yoga?” So in this solo episode of The Face Yoga Expert Podcast, I’m sharing 5 simple ways to motivate yourself to practise Face Yoga, even on the days when you’re busy, tired, distracted or simply don’t feel like doing it. These aren’t about creating another rigid wellness routine or putting more pressure on yourself. Instead, they’re small, realistic shifts that can help Face Yoga become an enjoyable and sustainable part of your everyday self-care routine. In this episode, I talk about: Why just 2 minutes of Face Yoga can be enough to keep your habit going How to attach Face Yoga to things you already do, such as your skincare routine, shower, watching TV or bedtime Why choosing the facial exercises, face massage and acupressure techniques you genuinely enjoy can make consistency easier The importance of focusing on how Face Yoga makes you feel, not only how it makes you look How Face Yoga can support relaxation, help release facial and jaw tension and create a moment of calm Why dropping the all-or-nothing mindset may be one of the most important things you can do What consistency really means — and why missing a day, a week or even longer doesn’t mean you’ve failed My biggest reminder in this episode is that there is no perfect Face Yoga routine. Consistency isn’t about doing something perfectly every single day. It’s about coming back to it again and again. Face Yoga should ultimately be an act of self-care, not another reason to be hard on yourself. How do you know when it’s really your intuition speaking — and when it’s actually fear? In this episode, I’m joined by Sarah Gregg and Jill Ritchie, co-founders of The Intuitive Psychology Association, for a fascinating conversation about intuition, psychology, spirituality and learning to trust that inner knowing. We talk about Sarah and Jill’s personal journeys and the experiences that led them to the work they do today, as well as why they decided to create The Intuitive Psychology Association and bring together the worlds of psychology and intuitive wisdom. We also explore: What intuition actually is and why it’s so important The difference between intuition and fear — and how to recognise which one you’re experiencing How to access and strengthen your intuition Practical tips and techniques to help you hear your intuition more clearly Where science and spirituality meet when it comes to intuition Using intuition alongside manifestation How intuition can help us change direction, pivot and create new experiences in our lives How to navigate the often uncomfortable “messy middle” when you know something needs to change but you haven’t reached the next chapter yet The wellness rituals and routines Sarah and Jill use to stay connected to themselves and their intuition Their number one piece of advice for living a more intuitive life About Sarah Gregg & Jill Ritchie Sarah Gregg and Jill Ritchie are the co-founders of The Intuitive Psychology Association — the world’s first and only fully accredited Intuitive Psychology Coach training provider. In this short solo episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of what I packed and wore for our family holiday in Greece — but this episode is about so much more than clothes. I’ve always believed that wellness is about the whole picture. It’s the way we move, the way we think, the way we care for ourselves and, perhaps surprisingly, even the way we dress. Fashion can have such an impact on how we feel, and being more intentional about what we wear can be a simple way to shift our mindset, confidence and energy. In this episode, I talk about: What I packed and wore for our family holiday in Greece The connection between fashion, mindset and wellness My simple approach to packing without taking too much How to rediscover older pieces in your wardrobe and make them feel fresh again Being intentional about dressing for the way you want to feel Why practicality still matters when choosing what to wear How clothes can help us step into a different energy or version of ourselves Embracing the season we are in Why feeling good in what you wear doesn’t have to mean constantly buying something new This is a light, personal episode with some simple ideas you can take into your next holiday, your wardrobe and your everyday life. I hope it inspires you to look at the clothes you already own in a slightly different way and to think about not just how you want to look, but how you want to feel. After more than two decades working in the wellness and beauty industry, I’ve realised that some of my strongest beliefs have completely changed. In this personal solo episode, I’m sharing the lessons that only time, experience and thousands of conversations with clients have taught me. From ageing and skincare to hormones, exercise, success and beauty standards, I talk honestly about how my perspective has evolved over the last 21 years. In this episode, I share: Why my view of ageing has shifted from trying to look younger to embracing healthy, vibrant ageing. The biggest lessons I’ve learnt about skincare and why simplicity often works better than complexity. How my approach to exercise has changed and why supporting your nervous system matters just as much as pushing your body. What I’ve learnt about stress, hormones and the importance of looking after your overall wellbeing. The supplements I now prioritise (and the ones I no longer believe everyone needs). How my definition of success has completely changed over the years. My changing thoughts on fashion, beauty and learning to feel comfortable in your own skin. The evolution of the wellness and beauty industry over the past two decades. Personal stories, reflections and the biggest mindset shifts that have shaped both my life and my business. Whether you’ve followed me for years or you’re new to the podcast, I hope this episode encourages you to question old beliefs, embrace change and remember that growth often comes from being willing to evolve. Mentioned in this episode I also mention my 10 Minute Face Yoga for Sexy, Sculpted, Smooth Skin Over 40 course. If you’d like to find out more, you can do so here: https://www.faceyogaexpert.com/smooth_skin_over_40 Thank you so much for listening. Have you ever noticed that dreaming, planning and setting goals often feels exciting… but actually taking the action is the part that feels hardest? After more than 21 years building a successful wellness business, I’ve realised that most people don’t struggle because they lack ideas. They struggle because fear, procrastination, perfectionism and self-doubt stop them from taking the consistent action that creates real results. In this episode, I’m sharing the mindset shifts and practical strategies that have helped me build an international business while staying true to my values. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been in business for years, these simple tips will help you stop overthinking and start moving forwards. In this episode, I talk about: Why planning, dreaming and goal setting often feel easier than taking action. The hidden reasons we stay stuck, including fear, procrastination, feeling too busy, imposter syndrome and waiting until we feel “ready.” Why confidence usually comes after taking action, not before it. Five practical ways to start making consistent progress in your business and life. The five action steps I share: 1. Start before you’re ready Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Action creates confidence, clarity and momentum. 2. Make the next step ridiculously small When a goal feels overwhelming, shrink it until it feels almost impossible to say no. 3. Schedule action in your diary Treat the most important tasks in your business like appointments you wouldn’t cancel. 4. Done is better than perfect Perfection delays progress. Publishing, launching and learning will always move you forwards faster than waiting for everything to be perfect. 5. Expect discomfort… but do it anyway Growth nearly always feels uncomfortable. The people who succeed aren’t fearless—they simply learn to keep moving despite the discomfort. I hope this episode leaves you feeling inspired to stop waiting and start taking the small, consistent actions that create lasting success. Work with me If you’re ready to gain more clarity, build a business that feels aligned with your values and receive personalised support, I’d love to work with you through my private one-to-one business coaching. What if one simple practice could completely change the way you think and feel about ageing? In this week’s episode, I’m guiding you through a calming meditation that I return to whenever I want to reconnect with gratitude for my face, my body and the privilege of growing older. You can listen with your eyes closed in a quiet space, allowing yourself to fully relax, or simply play it in the background while you’re walking, tidying the house or going about your day. Even if you’re not consciously focusing on every word, your mind can still absorb the positive messages. This meditation is designed to: Calm your nervous system. Relax your mind, body and facial muscles. Help reduce stress and tension held in the face. Shift your mindset from fear of ageing to gratitude for ageing. Cultivate greater self-love, self-acceptance and confidence. Support a more positive relationship with your reflection. Complement your Face Yoga practice by encouraging you to approach it from a place of kindness rather than criticism. I’ve always believed that Face Yoga is about so much more than exercises. The way we think about ourselves, the emotions we carry and the relationship we have with our face all influence how we care for ourselves each day. When we move away from self-judgement and towards appreciation, our wellbeing often improves, our stress levels reduce and our healthy habits become much easier to maintain. I hope this meditation leaves you feeling calmer, lighter and more connected to yourself. Continue your natural lifting journey If you’d like to combine this positive mindset with practical techniques to naturally lift, tone and rejuvenate your face, I’d love you to join my 7 Day Natural Face Lift With Face Yoga course. You’ll learn my signature combination of facial exercises, massage, acupressure, relaxation techniques and wellness practices to help you create healthier, more radiant skin naturally in just 12 minutes a day . Lately, life has felt busy. Like so many of us, I’ve found myself moving from one task to the next, focusing on what needs doing rather than truly noticing the beauty that’s already around me. Then I had a conversation with a friend. I realised she has a wonderful way of romanticising her life. Not in the sense of romance or relationships, but in how she notices the small, meaningful moments throughout her day and creates little rituals simply because they bring her joy. That conversation completely shifted my perspective. In this episode, I share how I’ve started embracing this mindset myself, why it’s helping me feel calmer, more present and more grateful, and how it can be a beautiful way to reduce overwhelm and reconnect with yourself. I also explore the idea of glimmers – those tiny moments of joy, peace or connection that help regulate our nervous system and remind us that happiness is often found in the simplest everyday experiences. This is a gentle, uplifting episode that invites you to slow down, notice more and create a life that feels just as beautiful as it looks. In This Episode You’ll Learn: What it really means to romanticise your life (and why it has nothing to do with romance). How a simple conversation with a friend changed my perspective. Why finding beauty in ordinary moments can help ease feelings of overwhelm. What “glimmers” are and how they can positively influence your nervous system. Why doing things purely because they bring you joy is so important. Easy ways to bring more presence, gratitude and intention into everyday life. How small daily rituals can help you feel calmer, happier and more connected. Key Takeaway Life doesn’t have to be extraordinary to feel magical. When we slow down enough to notice the little moments, create simple rituals and allow ourselves to do things simply because they make us feel good, we often discover that joy has been there all along. What if growing your business wasn’t about doing more, but about doing the right things consistently? In this episode, I’m sharing three of the biggest lessons I regularly discuss with my private business coaching clients. These aren’t complicated strategies or quick wins. They’re simple principles that have helped me build a wellness business over the last 20 years in a way that feels sustainable, aligned and enjoyable. Whether you’re a wellness entrepreneur, personal brand, coach, teacher or creative business owner, these ideas will help you simplify your approach and focus on what really matters. In this episode, I talk about: Why clarity is the foundation of every successful business. How understanding your unique strengths helps you stand out in a crowded market. The importance of clear messaging and knowing exactly who you help. Why consistency beats perfection every time. How small, daily actions create long-term growth and trust. Why chasing every trend often slows your progress. How calm can become your greatest business advantage. Why making decisions from a regulated, intuitive place leads to better results. How creating a business that supports your wellbeing leads to greater freedom and longevity. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unsure about your next step, I hope this episode reminds you that building a successful business doesn’t have to feel complicated. Sometimes the biggest breakthroughs come from simplifying. If you’re interested in working with me one-to-one through my private Business & Personal Brand Coaching, I’d love to hear from you. Together we’ll create clarity around your brand, refine your messaging and build a business that feels authentic, sustainable and aligned with the life you want to create. Good sleep is one of the most powerful beauty and wellness tools we have. As the Face Yoga Expert, I’ve spent over 20 years exploring natural ways to support healthy skin, reduce stress and improve sleep quality. In this solo episode, I’m sharing the seven products I genuinely use as part of my evening routine to help me sleep deeply and wake up with smoother, healthier-looking skin. From reducing sleep lines and supporting collagen production to creating the perfect sleep environment, these are products I use consistently and love. In this episode I talk about: • Sleep&Glow Omnia Pillow – Why I swapped to a beauty pillow designed to help reduce sleep creases, support side sleepers and protect facial skin overnight. • Sleep&Glow Pillow Bra – How this helps minimise chest wrinkles and supports the delicate skin on the décolletage while you sleep. • Weighted Blanket – Why deep pressure can help calm the nervous system, promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. • Valerie Evening Essential – The evening supplement I use to help me unwind before bed and support a restful night’s sleep. • Metagenics Magnesium – Why magnesium has become part of my bedtime routine to help relaxation and support healthy sleep. • Ocushield Blue Light Blocking Glasses – How reducing blue light exposure in the evening can support your natural melatonin production and help you prepare for sleep. • Rejuvenated Collagen – Why collagen is one of my favourite daily wellness supplements to support healthy skin, hair, nails and overall skin health.
