Forest Hills with Damien Fahey!
We have a very special episode this week as we were joined by the former host of MTV's TRL, current writer/producer/voice actor for Family Guy, and LA-area DJ, Damien Fahey! Damien has been a DMB fan for nearly 30 years, and was able to catch last week's show at the iconic Forest Hills Stadium. We had a ton of fun chopping it up with him about how he became a fan of the band, his adoration for Carter, his most memorable time from hosting TRL, and of course how he wants to get Dave on Family Guy one day. The Texas Trifecta
The 2026 Summer Tour has begun, and the first 3 shows proved that things truly are bigger in Texas. The band kicked off the tour in style with 3 of the more unique and consistent setlists we have seen in a very long time. One of the more popular guests to join DMB on stage, Jake Renick Simpson, joined us for one of our favorite installments of Convos on the Corner to date! The Return to Richmond (And SPAC!)
DMB made its triumphant return to Richmond last week - the first time since 1997! It's also the pod's first sibling episode - Bruce's brother Jason recaps Richmond N1 with us - his first ever DMB concert! It's hard to believe it has been 20 years since the 2005 Summer Tour, which included Bruce's first show, 6/29/05! We revisit this show which includes some fantastic performances of DMB classics, several songs Bruce has not seen again in 60+ shows, an early glimpse into some songs from 'Stand Up' that sound much different today, some extremely rare teases, and a ton of nostalgia.
