Does sport get any better on a Saturday night than watching a British athlete dominate an event and win the Commonwealth Games gold medal? Josh Kerr is the true track King of Scotland - he said he would win at the start of the year and he did. Jaz Sawyers won silver in Glasgow in 2014 in the Long Jump, now 12 years later she's also said what she would do, and better it, leaping 6.93m to win Commonwealth Gold.
