You can achieve the thing you thought would define success and still find yourself asking: who am I without it? In this episode, I’m joined by entrepreneur Anna Lozano for a conversation about the part of success we don’t talk about enough: what happens after you reach the goal and the identity that got you there no longer fits. Anna shares what followed selling Love Powered Co, the messy middle that came next, and why she knew she couldn’t build her next chapter the same way, even though the old way worked. In this episode, you’ll hear: • What can happen when achievement becomes part of your identity • Why reaching the goal doesn’t always make the next step clearer • The difference between building something successfully and wanting to build that way again • What Anna learned from swinging between hustle and surrender before finding her own middle • How trust, rejection, intuition, and discernment are shaping what she’s building next Connect with Anna: • Instagram: @_annalozano | @theprosperityplayground | @theaudaciousask • Website: annalozano.com • Substack: substack.com/@theaudaciousask • Founders Retreat in Mexico : January 18-23, 2027 Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. At 52, I’m thinking less about who I’m supposed to become next and a lot more about the life I still haven’t lived. I’m kicking off Season 7 of the podcast with a personal conversation about what this birthday has brought into focus: the opportunities I’ve almost made myself wait for, old definitions of success I’m no longer interested in carrying forward, and a few expensive business lessons I’m finally ready to talk about. I’m also sharing why this podcast is evolving again, even before I know exactly what that evolution will look like. In this episode, you’ll hear: • Why turning 52 has me questioning the version of success I once thought I wanted • The experience that forced me to confront where I was still waiting to feel “ready” • A business lesson that took four years to clean up and changed how I think about growth • Why I’m letting The Limitless Life evolve before I have the full plan • What it means to stop preparing for your life and start actually living it Mentioned in episode: • Iconic Magazine: https://becomingiconic.co/magazine • October Affirmations for Becoming Available for More: Listen on Apple or Spotify Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. You can say you want more and still be living in a way that leaves no room for it. This month’s affirmations are about expanding what you believe is possible, making space for more support, money, freedom, visibility, and opportunity, and allowing your life to reflect who you are now instead of who you had to be before. These are for the version of you who is ready to stop just wanting more and become available to actually receive it. Inside this month’s affirmations, you’ll be supported in: • Expanding what you believe is possible for you • Making room for opportunities that stretch your current capacity • Becoming more comfortable with greater visibility and support • Creating a life that reflects who you are now • Saying yes to the opportunities that expand your life Each affirmation is repeated three times and cycles throughout the episode so you have space to actually let the words land, not just hear them once and move on. Return to this episode daily for 21 days or more to help reinforce the new subconscious patterns you’re choosing to build. You can build an audience without ever building a relationship. And those two things create very different businesses. In this episode, I’m joined by community builder and entrepreneur Kristina Bartold to talk about the relationship side of business that most people underestimate. We get into why being in the right rooms matters, what gets missed when visibility becomes the goal, and the art of becoming someone people actually want to know, refer, and do business with. In this episode, you’ll hear: • Why being in the room can matter more than being on the stage • What most entrepreneurs miss about building real business relationships • Why some approaches to networking create connection and others create an instant “ick” • The role generosity plays in referrals, opportunities, and business growth • What Kristina has learned about building communities people want to return to Connect with Kristina: • Website: kristinabartold.ca • Instagram: @kristina.bartold • High Vibe Women: highvibewomen.ca Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. You may already know what you want. The harder question is what choosing it would ask of you. In this episode, I’m looking at the space between knowing and choosing, and why more clarity isn’t always the answer. Sometimes the thing keeping you stuck isn’t confusion at all, even if it looks like overthinking, procrastination, or needing more time. We also get into what makes these decisions feel different when you’ve already built a life, career, business, and relationships around who you’ve been. If there’s something you keep saying you want but still haven’t chosen, this conversation may help you see what’s actually sitting underneath that hesitation. In this episode, you’ll hear: • Why knowing what you want doesn’t always make choosing it easier • What may actually be happening when you keep asking for more clarity • Why the decisions you make later in life can carry a different kind of weight • What your hesitation may be revealing about the choice in front of you • Four questions to help you look at the decision differently Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. Becoming the woman you say you want to be is much more challenging than anyone warns you about. In this episode, I’m talking about the part of personal growth that doesn’t fit neatly into the before-and-after story. You can want different boundaries, more freedom, greater self trust, and an entirely different way of living, then feel surprisingly disoriented when you actually start changing. Becoming someone new means something else has to be left behind, and sometimes what you feel in that space isn’t doubt or a sign that you’ve made the wrong choice. It’s grief. In this episode, you’ll hear: • Why personal growth can feel disorienting even when you want the change • What can happen when your old identity no longer fits • Why missing who you used to be doesn’t necessarily mean you should go back • How to honour who you’ve been without letting her determine what comes next • Three questions to help you trust the woman you’re becoming Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. At some point, you have to stop asking the room to tell you who you are. This month’s affirmations are about self trust, authority, visibility, and leading like the woman you’ve already spent years becoming. Not waiting for permission. Not chasing validation. Not shrinking so other people can feel more comfortable. These are for the version of you who is ready to walk into the room knowing she belongs there and move from that place. Inside this month’s affirmations, you’ll be supported in: • Trusting your own decisions without waiting for permission • Owning your worth without needing outside validation • Taking up space with greater confidence and self trust • Showing up with more authority in your life and leadership • Living and leading from the identity you’ve already grown into Each affirmation is repeated three times and cycles throughout the episode so you have space to actually let the words land, not just hear them once and move on. Your inner critic doesn’t always sound critical. Sometimes she sounds responsible, professional, and extremely convincing. In this episode, I’m looking at the inner critic differently, because the obvious voice telling you you’re not good enough may actually be the easiest one to recognize. The more interesting version is the one telling you to wait, prepare more, explain yourself better, tone yourself down, or make absolutely sure you get it right. I share a recent realization about my own visibility and the version of myself I’ve been showing online, plus what it revealed about self-protection, authenticity, and being seen. If you’re highly self-aware but still find yourself overthinking, over-explaining, perfecting, or holding back, your inner critic may be doing something much smarter than simply criticizing you. In this episode, you’ll hear: • Why your inner critic doesn’t always sound negative • How reasonable advice can sometimes be fear in a much more convincing form • What the “Bland Barbie” realization taught me about authenticity and visibility • Why understanding your patterns isn’t always enough to change them • A different question to ask when your inner critic tells you to wait, perfect, prepare, or play it safe Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. Being the woman who can handle anything sounds like a strength. Until you realize you no longer know how not to. In this episode, I’m exploring what happens when competence stops being something you have and becomes something you feel responsible for proving. For high-achieving women, this pattern can be especially hard to see because it’s often rewarded with trust, responsibility, success, and praise. But if you’ve built a team, delegated more, set better boundaries, or created more support and still can’t seem to fully let go, there may be something deeper going on. This is a conversation about overfunctioning, leadership, self trust, receiving support, and the cost of always being the one who can handle it. In this episode, you’ll hear: • When competence shifts from a strength into an identity • Why overfunctioning is so easy to mistake for leadership • What may be underneath the need to stay indispensable • Why more support doesn’t always create more relief • A different way to think about capability, responsibility, and being supported Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. Maybe getting over your fear hasn’t worked because you’ve been trying to solve the wrong fear. In this episode, I’m breaking down why fear isn’t one single thing and why familiar labels like fear of failure, fear of success, fear of judgment, and fear of not being enough are often too broad to create lasting change. Different fears create different beliefs and behaviours, which means procrastination, perfectionism, inconsistency, and overthinking may be symptoms of a much deeper pattern. I also share real examples of how a fear of failure can actually be a fear of uncertainty or of being seen getting something wrong, why not every fearful feeling necessarily belongs to you, and what becomes possible when you identify the true source. This work isn’t about becoming fearless. It’s about recovering the self-trust that disappears when you keep organizing your life around a fear you don’t understand. In this episode, you’ll hear: • Why “getting over your fear” and working with generic fear labels rarely create lasting change • How fears of failure, uncertainty, and judgment create different beliefs and behaviours • Why procrastination, perfectionism, inconsistency, and overthinking are often symptoms rather than the real problem • How to distinguish between a fear that belongs to you and one you may have absorbed or amplified from someone else • What changes when you identify the real fear and stop organizing your decisions around it Let’s go deeper: • The Limitless Life Uncensored starts the conversation. Most of us have been taught how to strive for more. Very few of us have been taught how to receive it. This month's affirmations are designed to support abundance, financial expansion, receptivity, and becoming the version of yourself who naturally welcomes more into your life. They're intentionally created to work with your subconscious mind in a way that minimizes internal resistance, helping you strengthen beliefs that support wealth, opportunity, self trust, and possibility. These affirmations are for you if you're ready to stop chasing what's already trying to find you. They're an invitation to strengthen your capacity to receive, trust, and live from a place of true overflow. Inside this month's affirmations, you'll be supported in: • Becoming the version of yourself who naturally attracts opportunities and abundance • Developing a healthier relationship with money and receiving wealth • Releasing subconscious beliefs that create resistance to financial overflow • Strengthening an identity rooted in expansion rather than scarcity • Opening yourself to greater trust, possibility, and abundance in every area of life Each affirmation is repeated three times in a row and cycles throughout the episode so you'll hear each one multiple times as your subconscious mind begins reinforcing these new beliefs. For the deepest impact, return to these affirmations daily for 21 days or more. One of the hardest transitions we experience isn't letting go of what hurt us. It's letting go of a version of ourselves that actually worked. In this episode, I'm exploring a kind of grief we rarely talk about: the grief of outgrowing an identity that helped you build your life, your career, or your business. It wasn't unhealthy. It wasn't a mistake. In many ways, it was exactly who you needed to be. But there comes a point when the version of you that got you here isn't the version that's meant to lead you forward. We also explore why high-achieving women often mistake this transition for burnout, boredom, or a lack of gratitude, when it may actually be grief. If you've been feeling disconnected from a role, identity, or way of operating that still looks successful on the outside, this episode offers a compassionate framework for understanding why and what might be asking to emerge next. In this episode, you'll hear: • Why outgrowing a successful identity can feel like grief instead of growth • The difference between burnout and the natural ending of a life season • How old identities can continue serving you long after you've outgrown them • Why letting go of who you've been isn't a rejection of your past, but an honouring of it • Questions to help you recognize the version of yourself that's ready to be released Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. I've been wondering if some of what we've labelled as anxiety, overthinking, or uncertainty is actually something else entirely. What if it's information we've simply never been taught how to interpret? In this episode, I'm exploring one of the foundational ideas behind my work: that energy isn't just something we feel, it's information. I unpack what I mean when I say "energy speaks before your mouth even opens," why so many women become disconnected from their own inner knowing, and how learning to understand your body's signals can completely change the way you make decisions, build your business, and trust yourself. We also explore the relationship between intuition, energy, the nervous system, and self trust, and why so many high-achieving women mistake intuitive information for anxiety. If you've ever struggled to explain why something didn't feel right, even when it looked perfect on paper, this episode may completely change the way you interpret what your body has been trying to tell you all along. In this episode, you'll hear: • What it means to think of energy as information instead of something mystical • Why so many women mistake intuitive information for anxiety or overthinking • How to distinguish your own energy from the energy of the people around you • Why your body often recognizes truth before your logical mind can explain it • How reconnecting with your own energy helps you make clearer, more aligned decisions Mentioned in Episode: • Daily Energy Management Practice: https://www.brenda-johnston.com/energy-management • 60 Minute Power Session: https://calendly.com/brendajohnston/deep-dive Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. The hardest person to hear is often ourselves, especially after years of putting everyone else first. In this episode, I'm joined by Jenn Pike, a Functional Medicine Diagnostic Nutritionist and Medical Exercise Specialist for an honest conversation about the subtle ways women disconnect from themselves and the physical, emotional, and spiritual cost of staying there. We explore what it means to come back to your body, reclaim your voice, and begin listening to the wisdom that's been there all along. Together, we dive into nervous system regulation, burnout, intuition, and the patterns that keep so many women overgiving, overfunctioning, and disconnected from their own needs. This conversation is an invitation to stop abandoning yourself in the name of productivity, perfection, or pleasing others, and start creating a life that's rooted in self trust and alignment. In this episode, you'll hear: • Why so many women become disconnected from themselves without realizing it • The link between burnout, nervous system regulation, and women's health • How people pleasing and overfunctioning pull you away from your authentic self • Why your body often recognizes misalignment before your mind does • What it looks like to rebuild self trust by listening to your body's wisdom Connect with Jen: • Website: jennpike.com • Instagram: @jennpike • Podcast: The Simplicity Sessions Podcast Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. How do you know whether you're following fear, intuition, or your higher self? In this episode, I'm exploring what it actually means to lead from your higher self and why this spiritual concept is so often misunderstood. Rather than treating your higher self as either a mystical idea or a source for everyday answers, I share a grounded perspective on how it can become a practical guidance system for decision making, personal growth, and authentic leadership. We also explore the relationship between your higher self, subconscious programming, intuition, and soul, and why so many people mistake fear, conditioning, or external validation for inner knowing. If you're seeking greater clarity, trust, and alignment in your life or business, this episode offers a framework for understanding how to make decisions from a deeper place of wisdom. In this episode, you'll hear: • What it actually means to lead from your higher self • The difference between your intuition, subconscious programming, and higher self • Why inner knowing often comes before logical proof or understanding • How to recognize the difference between fear and genuine inner guidance • Why leading from your higher self isn't about having all the answers, but trusting yourself to take the next aligned step Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. You've done the healing, gained the awareness, and learned the lessons. The question is: when do you finally start living like the woman you've been becoming? This month's affirmations are designed to support embodiment, self trust, identity integration, and closing the gap between understanding and action. They are intentionally created to work with your subconscious mind in a way that minimizes internal resistance, helping you reinforce the beliefs, behaviors, and energy of the version of you that's already emerging. If you've been feeling like you know what's next but haven't fully stepped into it, these affirmations are for you. This episode is for the woman who's tired of waiting to feel ready, tired of living from old versions of herself, and ready to start acting from who she has already become. Inside this month's affirmations, you'll be supported in: • Closing the gap between awareness and embodiment • Trusting yourself enough to move before certainty arrives • Releasing outdated identities and patterns • Taking action from who you are now, not who you used to be • Living at the level you've already grown into Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. Some stories shape your life long before you're ready to tell them. In this episode, I'm joined by author, speaker, and mentor Alexis Carpenter for a deeply honest conversation about identity, trauma, loss, and what happens when a woman stops performing her life and starts telling the truth about it. Alexis shares her journey through addiction, foster care, devastating personal loss, and the collapse of multiple identities that once held her together. We explore what it really means to move from survival into self leadership, and how telling the truth about your story becomes a powerful catalyst for healing, purpose, and reconnection to self. This conversation is raw, human, and deeply validating for anyone who has ever felt like they've been rebuilding their life from the ground up. In this episode, you’ll hear: • What it means to stop surviving your story and start telling the truth about it • How loss can completely reshape identity, purpose, and self perception • Why high-capacity women often build lives from survival mode without realizing it • The difference between performing a life and actually living it • How vulnerability and truth become a pathway back to self connection Connect with Alexis: • Dive into the first 18 pages of Changing The Reflection when you join Real Talk Sis Waitlist • Substack: The Truth Telling Experience • Website: raisinghopellc.org • Instagram: @alexismcarpenter | Facebook: Alexis.Carpenter Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. You've read the books, taken the courses, learned the mindset tools, and maybe even had profound breakthroughs. So why does it sometimes feel like the same patterns keep finding their way back? In this episode, I'm unpacking one of the biggest misconceptions in the personal growth and spiritual development space: the belief that self-awareness alone creates lasting transformation. I walk through the four layers that shape your experience of reality, from the conscious mind to the subconscious, the superconscious, and the soul, and explain why so many people get stuck trying to create transformation from the wrong level. I also share a deeply personal story about my own experience in the spiritual coaching world, how giving away my authority led me further from myself, and why the goal of this work should never be dependent on someone else's wisdom. If you've been doing the inner work but still feel like something isn't clicking, this episode may help you understand what's actually been missing. In this episode, you'll hear: • Why personal development alone doesn't create lasting transformation • The four layers of consciousness and how they influence your life • How subconscious programming shapes behavior, beliefs, and patterns that logic alone can't change • The difference between your intuition, higher self, and soul • Why true spiritual work should return you to your own authority, not someone else's Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. Some conversations challenge the rules you've been taught to follow, especially the ones you didn't realize you were still living by. In this episode, I’m joined by Spiritual Mentor and Entrepreneur Jaclyn Shaw for a conversation around truth, God, money, authentic expression, and what happens when you stop building your business around what you think you're supposed to say. Jaclyn shares her journey of honoring her voice, releasing external expectations, and creating a business rooted in alignment rather than performance. We also explore the intersection of spirituality and entrepreneurship, including money mindset, frequency, self expression, and what it means to build a business that feels deeply true to who you are. This conversation challenges conventional ideas around success and opens the door to a different way of thinking about abundance, purpose, and receiving. In this episode, you'll hear: • Why following truth over trends changes the way you build your business and life • What Jaclyn means when she says she's "employed by God" • How authentic expression becomes a powerful business strategy • The connection between energy, frequency, money, and receiving • Why owning your voice often requires releasing shame and external validation Connect with Jaclyn: • Website: jaclynshaw.ca • Instagram: @the.jaclynshaw • Facebook: The Jaclyn Shaw • Podcast: The Jaclyn Shaw Show Take the next step There’s something you want to change, something you can’t quite figure out, or you know you’re ready for something different but you’re not sure what that looks like yet. This month's affirmations are designed to support identity shifts, self trust, authenticity, and stepping more fully into who you already are.
