2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass Week 2 is where most managers make their first real mistake. One game of tape is enough to make people bench a guy who is walking into a far better matchup than the one he just had, and start someone whose production came in a spot that is gone this week. 17 calls, split into my starts, my desperate starts and my sits. Some of the starts are guys coming off quiet Week 1s that you are probably about to bench, and a couple of the sits are going to be uncomfortable after what those guys just did. One of them I told you to sit last week and I am starting him this week, and I explain exactly what changed. None of it is gut feel. Every call is built on coverage splits, route participation, target share and what each defense actually gave up in Week 1. 2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass One week of football just rewrote what your league thinks every player is worth. Twelve calls: who I am trading for while everyone panics, who I am moving while the price is still inflated, and who I am holding through the noise. Every one backed by usage rather than one box score. Follow us on Instagram (240K followers): https://www.instagram.com/upperhandfantasy
2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass This might be one of the most underwhelming waiver wires we've had in a while, and after waiting since February for the season to start, I want to be honest about that up front. If you're looking to blow your FAAB budget this week, I'd pump the brakes. But underwhelming doesn't mean empty. I'm walking through 18 names on this week's wire: who's actually worth a bid, who's worth stashing because they could matter a lot more in a few weeks, and who you should leave alone even though everyone's going to be asking about them. Every call is backed by what we saw in Week 1: targets, routes run, snap counts, and who was getting designed touches. There's a receiver who led his team in targets on Monday night, and a stash for your IR spot that could pay off in a few weeks. A few of these will surprise you. 2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Season Pass: https://upperhandfantasy.com/seasonpass Week 1 is honestly one of the toughest weeks of the year to set a lineup. There is no in-season tape, nobody knows who is actually getting the volume yet, and every takeaway from the preseason could be noise. So I am skipping the obvious studs and going straight to the guys on the edge of your lineup, the ones you are genuinely torn on. 16 calls, split into my starts, my desperate starts, the guys to temper expectations on, and my sits. None of it is gut feel. Every one is backed by coverage tendencies, defensive coordinator trends carrying over from last year, and route running splits against the exact look each player sees this week. There is a receiver going up against a rookie corner in his first NFL game that I love this week, and a running back a lot of you have written off who still has real volume coming his way. A few of these will surprise you. Follow us on Instagram (235K followers): https://www.instagram.com/upperhandfantasy/
If you have ever actually won your fantasy championship, you can probably name the one or two players who did it for you. So this year Faraz is just giving you his personal list: the sixteen guys he is building his own rosters around in 2026. Most of them he feels really good about. Two are genuine risks he is betting on anyway, and the very last name is a player he was not even on early in the offseason. Last year some hits were Chris Olave, Drake London and Chase Brown. Chase Brown is back on it again this year. Same process behind both: talent, role, training camp reports, projections, efficiency numbers, the offensive environment, personnel tendencies and pace. 2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Draft Kit: https://www.upperhandfantasy.com/draftkit Preseason Week 1 is the first real football we get to draft off of, and it already moved the price on a handful of guys. Faraz goes team by team through the snap counts, the route participation, and the injuries that actually carry into the regular season, without overreacting to seven snaps with the first team. Inside this one: Jeremiyah Love's high ankle sprain and what it does to a third round price tag, DJ Moore's ankle and how involved he already was with Josh Allen before it, Breece Hall's groin and who actually benefits, Jonathan Brooks taking over the Carolina backfield with Chuba Hubbard out for weeks, plus the usage notes on Tetairoa McMillan, Jayden Reed, Tyjae Spears and Isaiah Likely that do not match where they are going in drafts. Every ranking, tier and blurb in the Draft Kit has already been updated off this week's preseason games, including the live draft assistant that shows you the best pick on the board pick by pick. 2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Draft Kit: https://www.upperhandfantasy.com/draftkit FREE Draft Blueprint: DM the word BLUEPRINT to @upperhandfantasy on Instagram Most draft strategy videos run thirty minutes and still never tell you what to actually do with your pick. So this year I put the whole thing into under fifteen, starting from the only thing that changes your first two rounds: where you are picking from. Some of this is going to line up with what you already believe. A few of these calls are going to sound early, and those are the ones worth sticking around for. I walk every draft slot from the first pick to the last, then show you the exact point where all of those different paths start landing on the same players anyway. Last year I was building around Drake Maye, George Pickens, and Trey McBride before any of that was obvious. This plan is built the same way. 2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Draft Kit: https://www.upperhandfantasy.com/draftkit FREE Live Sleeper Tracker: DM the word SLEEPERS26 to @upperhandfantasy on Instagram Every draft season the leagues get won by the guys nobody wanted to spend a pick on, and by the time the rest of your league figures it out the price is already gone. So this year I put together 10 sleepers the market is still pricing like they do not matter. Some of these names you will recognize the second you hear them and wonder how they are going this cheap. For every guy I go through the metrics, the situation change, and the exact ADP he is going at right now, so you know what you are actually paying. Last year Drake Maye and Tucker Kraft were complete afterthoughts in drafts, and we had both of them as primary targets before they ever started producing. This list is built the exact same way. 2026 Upper Hand Fantasy Draft Kit: https://www.upperhandfantasy.com/draftkit FREE PROVE Running Back Board: https://www.upperhandfantasy.com/prove Every draft season, a guy nobody is talking about ends up as the overall QB1, RB1, WR1, or TE1, and the managers who saw him coming are the ones holding the trophy. So this year I broke down the dark horses at every position with the upside to finish number one overall in 2026. Some of these names will feel obvious. A few are going to sound insane, and those are the ones you want to stick around for. For every pick I go through the metrics and the situation changes, and exactly what has to happen for them to finish as the overall number one at their position. Last year I was the loudest person in the room on Drake Maye, Chase Brown, George Pickens, and Tucker Kraft before he got hurt. All dark horses at the time, all finished near the top of their position. This list is built the same way. Follow us on Instagram (200K followers): https://www.instagram.com/upperhandfantasy/
Every draft season, a few breakout picks win you your league, and a few overhyped names quietly cost you draft capital you can't get back. So I tiered every major breakout for 2026 using my Breakout Meter. Four tiers: Ready to Explode, On the Radar, Dark Horse, and a Not Happening tier for guys who simply aren't breaking out this year. This isn't just a who-to-draft list. This is how you get ahead of the fake breakouts your league mates are already locked in on. I go through the underlying metrics and the situation changes on guys like DeVonta Smith, Ladd McConkey, Kenneth Walker, Ashton Jeanty, Brock Bowers, Rashee Rice, and Jaylen Waddle. I'll also tell you which popular names are getting way too much hype (yeah, TreVeyon Henderson is in there). Last year I was the loudest person in the room on Drake Maye and George Pickens. Both paid off. This list is built the same way. By the way, all these players are in an interactive Breakout Meter tracker that I'm giving you for free. If my opinion changes on any of these guys throughout the offseason, you'll see it.
