Minnesota Gophers battled and had a chance to pull one of the biggest upsets in college football this season, leading at one point 13-10 early in the fourth quarter. However, the game did not finish the way the Minnesota Gophers and Gophers fans would have hoped. Solid effort but a tough loss in overtime by a final of 23-16. We know Indiana has a GREAT defense and team, BUT this offense continues to STRUGGLE. Will Drake Lindsey and P.J. Fleck be able to get the offense going in November? Let’s talk about it on Gophers 101 with Ross Brendel and Manny Hill. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .

Minnesota Gophers were absolutely crushed by the Purdue Boilermakers on Saturday in West Lafayette. Let that sink in. The Purdue Boilermakers. All credit to Purdue. But that is an awful loss for the Gophers. So much for building momentum after nice wins over the Washington Huskies and Michigan Wolverines. That was ugly! Why do these types of losses always happen to the Gophers and P.J. Fleck? Where will the Gophers season go from here? See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .
Minnesota Gophers are 2-0 in the Big Ten after last Saturdays win over the Michigan Wolverines. Yet, it feels like nobody is buying into or believing in the Minnesota Gophers and P.J. Fleck. Why is that and should college football be buying in? Thor Nystrom and Ross Brendel are back talking Gophers as the team prepares for the Purdue Boilermakers. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .

Everything you need to know about the Minnesota Gophers and Washington Huskies is right here with Thor Nystrom and Ross Brendel on Gophers 101 See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .

Minnesota Gophers are now 1-1 after what Thor Nystrom calls a “pathetic loss” on Saturday to Mississippi State. Was it the play on the field or the postgame press conference that bothered Thor the most? Ross Brendel and Thor Nystrom are together again on Gophers 101 still trying to make sense of whatever it was that we saw this past Saturday at Huntington Bank Stadium. Up next for the Gophers… A get right game against Akron. Hopefully. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .
Minnesota Gophers are now 1-1 after being outclassed at home by Mississippi State. The Danny Collins Gophers defense continues to disappear and be non-existent when needed most. It is really tough to win that way, not just in the Big Ten, but against anybody. What's more annoying... The play on the field or the postgame P.J. Fleck press conference? Read the room, P.J.! And yes, Kamario Taylor is REALLY good. See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .

Ross Brendel and Thor Nystrom are back with Gophers 101 from the Minnesota State Fair as they break down the 2026 Minnesota Gophers position by position. What record do they have the 2026 Gophers at? Will they once again beat Wisconsin? See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info .
If the Minnesota Gophers are to meet or even exceed expectations in 2026, they are going to need these five players to elevate their play. This is not to say they were bad in 2025 BUT the Gophers will need them to be even better in 2026. Ross Brendel and Manny Hill discuss what they are hopeful to see from Drake Lindsey, Darius Taylor and more. The boys also bust out "Manny Mania" and quiz Manny on the 2017 Minnesota Gophers football team. Hint... Manny was more right than Ross gave him credit for if you know anything about the Barber family at the University of Minnesota.
